I wanted to hate this place because it had been really hyped up; I didn't want to b.h Ve on the bandwagon. But I'm sold on this burger joint! What a great experience!!! The cheeseburger was Tasty!! I shared it with my date and it was filling and flavorful. I can't talk enough about the French fry seasoning!!! I'll give this place the nod over what-a-burger because of their execution.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger in store today and left as soon as I got the order. What I got was a burger with no bacon and a hair in the cheese. This is so disappointing, I wanted to enjoy the meal but just couldn’t anymore.

It had been a long while since I had been to a Five Guys and I went to this location in December 2016. Very quickly remembered why I don't patronize Five Guys. First off, the staff was super friendly. True, they did not offer to "fix" what I saw as problem, preferring to give an explanation. But they weren't snarky or rude about it. They were just "well, that's the way it is and here is why" about it. The reason I dislike Five Guys is that the manner in which they wrap and deliver their burgers results in a smashed in burger bun. And the fries are very greasy. See photos. So I brought the bun to show them and the response was that occurs because they put the burger on the bottom of the bag and when the fries go on top, that compresses the bun. Yep. That and the fact that it is wrapped in a bit of aluminum foil that also causes compression. On the plus side, the fries are real potatoes. And the oil is peanut oil. But they are not great fries. On the burger plus side, the meat is okay. but tasteless, and there are a lot of choices for toppings, including grilled mushrooms. The small burger with one patty and the small fry currently set you back about $9.30 with tax. So for under $10 there are many other burger options where one doesn't have to contend with smashed buns.

Next time you have a BOGO.. bring in more staff and or turn off the orders ! Over an hour wait… keep in mind i ordered online. Pretty rediculous considering the app and email notification mentioned orders being ready in 12-14 minutes. Staff did there best with what they had. But the staff continued taking orders even though orders just kept coming in from online.

I am very disappointed in the way I was treated at this location. I love five guys and I think the food is amazing. When I walked into this location today nobody smiled or greeted me …not even the manager..Two minutes later two women of another race walked in and were greeted immediately!!! My concern was addressed to the manager..The feeling of being discriminated against is disheartening. I will not be returning.

Witnessed staff deny a customer 5 minutes before closing. Told the customer they were closed. Does the establishment close at 8:55 or at 9. Not cool. You should be able to get food until 9. If you are going to shut down early then post that on the door or website. Yes we know employees want to leave but to deny service while you're technically still open to serve customers is not humane or professional.

Went once and the food was terrible. A friend convinced me to give them a second try years later, and they gave me a burger with a half a bun. Everything else I ordered was disgusting other than the Cajun fries. The worst fast food restaurant Houston, period.

Normally, I love this place, decent burgers, patties always get soggy, but you know what you're getting. TODAY, I ordered pickup through UberEATS and this guy literally sneezed while packing up my fries into my combo and didnt wash his hands.... for real? Please talk to staff about cleanliness

UPDATE: wanted to try this again because it might’ve been a mistake but they gave EVEN LESS this time for a REGULAR sized one which should feed at least 4 people. They used the smallest cup btw. BY FAR THE WORST FRANCHISE OF FIVE GUYS! DO NOT GO HERE! I went to Five Guys almost weekly when I lived in the suburbs and they always give a massive amount of fries regardless of the regular or large size of fries. Went here and I got the smallest portion I’ve ever seen when I ordered a regular size. It looked smaller than a small. I was pretty disappointed. I expressed my concerns and they gave a bit more but it’s still much less than usual :( The fries were also undercooked…

I love five guys so much. This branch has friendly employees. But this is my second time and it disapoints me. It's the worst branch compared to other branches with the burger and fries. But the branch is clean.
