Been following this place on Facebook for a while, finally got a chance to stop in. This place is awesome! Fast and friendly service, prices are good, and the food is delish! I got the patty melt, my wife got the Cornudas burger. Both came with plenty of hand cut fries that were cooked perfectly. Highly recommended.

A charming, wild west cafe that's a thousand miles from nowhere. They serve up some food that is good enough to keep you going on your long journey through the west Texas desert. The whole place and the decor is just perfect - the only thing missing are some batwing doors on the front. The tables legs were cowboy boots, and the whole exterior was totally understated - we weren't sure that this was a real place from the highway.

We recently stumbled upon this restaurant while driving along US-62 and decided to order chicken fingers from the kids' menu since we weren't very hungry and just wanted a light snack. To our surprise, the chicken fingers were exceptionally well-made, and the fries tasted incredibly authentic. It was clear that both were handmade from fresh, high-quality ingredients. We later found out about their famous burger and wished we had tried it. We'll definitely stop by again on our next trip and make sure to enjoy their burger then.

A must stop for a meal here. Breakfast was hot, fresh & delicious! The hamburgers and fries are the absolute best hands down. Will return soon to try the rest of the menu. Motel rooms are the perfectly comfortable & quiet good nights sleep.

What an amazing gem of a place ! Loved the food here, breakfast all day?! Sign me up! Their breakfast plates are so delicious, some of the best I've had ! Super reasonable prices, generous portions. We tried the blueberry pancakes with potatoes, biscuits with gravy, and sausage omelet with bell peppers, green chili, onions. Everything was absolutely good ! We got a brownie and their blueberry loaf to go, also yummy. Their interior and decor is awesome. Friendly staff. This place is so beautifully well kept for being in business for 95 years. Def recommend this to anyone passing by ! They also got cool events they host from time to time, like a chili cook-off contest with camping and festivities next weekend.

This was quite the sweet spot in the middle of nowhere between El Paso and Midland! We stayed in our rv a few nights, as well as eating some great food: their famous burger, onion rings and to-die-for coffee cake and brookie. Really friendly staff, tons of cute decor, and not too far from Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Make sure you’ve stocked up on gas, and beware that you might lose phone service like we did. I was going to El Passo from Stockton, Texas and this cafe caught my eyes, fortunately. It was a great road-side stop for me. I was hungry and looking for some foods. Cornudas served the burger and onion rings to my liking and I must say they are true to their claim- Home of world's best burger. I just loved the burger and onion rings there. This cafe got some nice interior decorations with Texas stuff as well as a nice gift store attached to the cafe. I checked the store as well. Best of luck guys!

We came across this gem of a place. We were headed back to El Paso after doing Carlsbad all day. We were hungry and this place was literally in the middle of nowhere and open late on a Sunday afternoon. The food was very good. The BBQ sandwich was outstanding as well as the burrito plate. We came in hungry and left full. The waitress was friendly and we also talked to the owner quite a bit since we were the only ones in there for awhile. If you are ever in the area then stop!! Also has a gift store and bakery items. Thank you again!!

Great people and a wonderful place. The Ghost Town or Old Town as they call it is very nice as well as very interesting. Jeff, I truly appreciate all your help and hospitality. Cornduas texas Was located as being part of the original wagon train as it went through Texas. The store is really cute. Lots of stuff in there to look at like the Slim Pickens hay bag souvenir. The history is great, but one of the favorite things about this place is how they decorated their legs underneath the tables. Looks like Cowboys standing under there to hold up the table top, lol. What I didn’t like was one of the coldest kinda rudest employee that I’ve met on my trip I didn’t bother to catch her name. All in all. I WOULD RECOMMEND

After being seated and waiting for about 20 minutes, I was going to order my usual: cheeseburger and onion rings. Instead, I was handed a Wednesday/Thursday menu. This menu has very limited number of prepared sandwiches or a hotdog. Very disappointing!!! Again, after waiting another 15 minutes to place my order, I left. When I first entered, I saw others waiting to be served their meal, and when I left, they were still waiting for their meals. Therefore, I thought, since I had not had the chance to place my order, after 45 minute, it would take another 45 minutes to an hour to be served my meal. So, if you have a lot of time to kill, like taking a hike or watching a movie on your phone, on a Wednesday or Thursday, avoid having lunch at the Cornudas Cafe. Again, a very disappointing experience!!!

Foods not too bad if your really hungry. Limited menu during the week day. Was hoping for a real breakfast.
