Worst Burger King ever. Fries were oily with no salt at all. Sweet tea was unsweetened with muddy water. The sprites were carbonated only with muddy water. Shut them down.

When I got to the DT order station there was a car in front of me that waited to order at least 3 minutes. Then when i finally got to the order station I plainly asked for a #2 Combo Bacon egg cheese croissant with a medium Dr. Pepper thinking it would make it easier for the cashier. When "She" replied she asked "did you say a Taco?" I said no didn't know you had tacos and it sounded nothing like that, repeating I want a BEC combo with a medium Dr. Pepper. She came back and asked "did you say a coffee?" I said no Dr. Pepper which sounds nothing like coffee. I do apologize I was a bit irritated. When I drove around there were 4-5 cars waiting in line. After 5 minutes I finally jumped the curb and left. I was not irritated with the cashier but management who apparently just stuck somebody at the drive through who had not been trained properly the cashier was not familiar with the menu which is key and nobody was pulling forward to wait like most places to help get the cars all waited on. This is a sign of improper management, the manager if they were even there should have been involved with customer service but was probably just sitting in their office oblivious. Not going there again. Dining room looked empty just the drive thru had customers which should have been given fast customer service. Most people especially those who work for a living do not have time to wait but the stores P&L statement should tell them that!

The cashier with bad attitude. That woman. is not good ladies I was there 7:00 p.m. Tuesday but I. Never will go again. I don't understand why. That lady works in that place

I recommend you check your receipts. They add that donation to round off your change to the dollar figure. I have multipel receipts that the cashier on drive thru does not ask me about the donation they just add it . The change is not alot. This ain’t about the money. But you don’t have to be shaddy about it. I will be contacting corporate with receipts and also contacting the franchise owner. That is not right.

So sad my kids and parents were there today and my son called me they got bad service he asked for plain burger he got pickles and mustard, my daughter was ordering chicken the lady asked her if she wanted 8 or 12 my daughter trying to figure out the lady asked her again how many my son told her she is thinking and for the 3rd time she asked rudely 8 or 12 !! My daughter was crying when she told me !! And after they place the order and the lady was asking for a tip??? Never again this place I will make sure to tell the ones I know to not stop to this place at all !! If you don't like your job quit don't take your bitter to work !!

They need to do better at making sure customers get the right food. They gave us someone else food. Didn’t had time to go back and looks like LG fries were half food. I had to stop elsewhere to get myself something to eat since they missed my food.

Portion control is horrible, ordered large fry and onion rings and half of the containers are empty. Doesn’t take double digit IQ to know the carton needs to be filled to the top.

Order on my mobile App food for my son. I went to the drive thru as my pick up preference. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. The took over 25 minutes after they had told me on the intercom “ One Moment “ that was ridiculous. Service was bad and the location was worse. Only the menu from the drive thru had lights. The WHOLE building was without power but all the other businesses were lit. I canceled my mobile order and went straight to Chick Fil A

I placed an order by doordash and for starters I was missing one beverage! I didn’t get any ketchup or any type of sauces for my fries! As you can see the picture, the lettuce is disgusting and my fries had absolutely no salt whatsoever! My fries tasted like they were soaked in oil and if you just picked up one of the fries the oil stayed on your fingers! I called thier location and they never answered. And the beverages I did get, none had ice. 😏

Just got home from a long day of work. I ordered a TX double whopper and they gave me a single patty and man I’m not one to complain but that’s a 12$ burger man. Come on. They gave me a 5$ burger. Absurd really. I called the location as soon as I got home to see if we can fix it and no answer on the phone I let it ring for a bit. I tried also doing your survey on your receipt but it asks for a allocation number which is not displayed on the receipt. Pointless

Worst Burger King experience ever, will never be coming back to this location again because it took me me at least 10 tries to get what I wanted and even then she handed it to me it was just a Patty and cheese and I specifically ordered with bacon and lettuce. Patty is Tiny and I ask for a bigger one she said no and closed the window. I hope a manager sees this, but I don't think that would make a difference because I think that idiot that helped me was the manager.
