I had a lovely experience at this French-inspired bakery and café! The peppermint latte was a perfect blend of cozy and refreshing, ideal for the season. For lunch, I tried the salad and sandwich—both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was charming, with a relaxed vibe and friendly service. A great spot for a quick bite or a leisurely break with a warm drink. Highly recommend!

McDonald's never fails me. The price was so affordable, and u could get big portion food. But remember, always order from the McDonald's app & choose the rewards or deal. This morning, I ordered buy one get one bagel & buy one get one breakfast. In total, I got 2 bagels and 2 chicken biscuit. I only spent $10.87 for all of the food, which I believe u would be charged hire in other restos. The place was clean, plenty tables and there were restrooms for male & female. I have to commend this particular McDonald's location - despite being absolutely slammed by tourist traffic, the restaurant is clean and organized each time I swing by. This is a lovely cafe with a chill vibe. I think food tasted good. Breakfast was not too flavorful. Bread was good. The dessert was a bit dry. It feels like humidity has been sucked out too much. Quick service. Plenty of parking. Overall, a good place to hangout or work from cafe.

My first time trying their breakfast meal. Found out about this new eatery thru Facebook ad. We signed up and received a coupon for buy 1 free 1. We ordered the Classic LB Breakfast and the Croissant French Toast. My son said the Classic LB Breakfast was good but the portion was smaller. It was not enough for him. The French toasts taste average. After the 1st visit, I received another coupon for free coffee ☕ from them.

I recently tried the croissants at this bakery and was blown away by the variety of options available! From savory to sweet, there was something for every taste preference. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate hazelnut croissant - the flavor was so delicious and the texture was perfect. Highly recommend checking out this spot for some amazing pastries 🥐

Food was good. Fries were hot. Order was correct. Took about 15 minutes to get fries and a drink. The restaurant could have been cleaner and the bathroom definitely could have been cleaned. You need a code to access the bathrooms. The code is on the bottom of your receipt.

My boyfriend and I came for valentine's breakfast as he mandatory works later, we decided on this place because its close and heard its nich enough, but not too pricey , upon coming to the store, the atmosphere felt quite rushed, and there was 2 guys manning the counter, both did not acknowledge our presence, asked if we had any questions, we stood there for a minute and let the couple that came in go ahead, they were served and the guy stayed at the register, we then came up to him after a minute to tell him what we wanted. Felt like food was over priced, but can't complain too much with smaller businesses, and strawberry basil lemonade was concentrated. After waiting a while for our food,( considering they reheat the pastries in the air fryer and serve) my ham and Swiss croissant was cold in the middle :*( . Honestly not worth it, plus the cheese Danish was just ok definitely won't go again 🙃

Taking a french name does hold you to the French standards in patisserie. And in comparison to any such "boulangerie", the baked items in this place are absolutely tasteless. Do not go there if you are thinking you'll get a taste of France, it doesn't taste anything like it!

I came to this mcdonald’s earlier today and it was quite busy, which means many orders were being called out at once and there were lots of people waiting around the pickup area. My number gets called out and in the 2.5 seconds that it takes me to walk from where i was standing to the pickup bay, the woman working there decides that my order is not allowed to be put down on the counter where at least 20 other orders were and locks it inside a box, i’m standing there watching her out it away and am a bit unsure of what has just happened, i wait by the box for a few minutes to see if maybe she realised my order was incomplete and was waiting on additional items, but she never adds anything else so i ask her to retrieve it for me in between her calling out numbers and she stands there and lectures me about how i shouldn’t wait ages to get my order and should have gone when she called it, i then proceed to tell her that actually i did go as soon as she called it, she just put it in this box before ever placing it on the counter even though every other order was placed on the counter. she then rolls her eyes at me and waves me off. I found this really upsetting as i didn’t do anything wrong and instead of her just giving me my order she had to stand there and lecture me even though she was the one who made the mistake. I feel as though every other place i’ve been to in new york has had excellent service and was quite upset by her actions. I don’t know her name but she had short hair so be ware of her!!! she will hide your order from you and lecture you when you’ve done nothing wrong :((

Absolutely horrible. You can not go in between the hours of 2-5pm . Wild school kids . You see them picking fights with customers security does nothing . If the school kids don't take your order when # is called . They should enforce other restaurants in the area way of handling this like shake shacks . No school kids between 10 and 17 with out adult . They usually stop them at the door . I even seen these kids open up peoples bags and take stuff . It's so jammed pack with them you can't even turn around. People definitely don't even notice half the time. Don't allow school kids at the door. 10 of them buy one burger not worth losing customers during prime time . It's just getting worse as 2025 comes to an end .this place also has no drive threw. Is not open 24 hours .

I have been to this location about 5 to 6 times within the past 2 months and every visit is a major major disappointment. The managers are absolutely useless. The service is unbelievably slow the food is barely freshly served. There's no hustle there's no leadership no care for how the food is made. Nobody should be waiting 25 minutes for anything they order that's completely unacceptable. When you complain the so called "managers" don't even acknowledge this issues properly if not at all when you say something they are quick to get an attitude. This location barely deserves 1 star

Absolutely disgusting establishment. You’re based in the heart of Times Square and this is how you treat your restaurant? Sure it’s a McDonalds but if I’m in the middle of the city I expect better conditions. The hood in the Bronx has better bathrooms than this. I told the worker (who ignored me twice when I said excuse me to her) there was no toilet paper and she just walked away never coming back to assist. If this is how you keep your bathrooms imagine how you keep your kitchen!!! Disgusting. Don’t eat here if you worry about CLEANLINESS.

I've never given a McDonald's a 1-star rating. I felt like I had to in this case. A customer was complaining about the quality of her drink. It was a specialty drink of some kind. The lady was impolite if not downright rude. The customer was out of line and there's no doubt about that. But the manager could have been diplomatic and chose not to. The manager could have simply diffused the situation by being super polite. Yes ma'am, no ma'am, sorry about that ma'am. The whole thing would have been over. She did not offer to make her a new one. She simply gave her a refund. Basically threw the money down on the counter right in front of her. The manager argued with her and raised your voice. The customer raised her voice. Seeing that the manager is supposed to be a leader, the other employees chimed in against the customer as well. They were all talking negatively about the customer in Spanish. This customer did not speak Spanish as far as I can tell. Even after she left, the front crew went on and on about what a terrible person this customer was, in Spanish. By the time I got to the register, the lady behind the register was all fired up and fairly rude. She kept yelling, next in line next in line. All of this was due to the manager setting a negative for her everyone's behavior. P.S.: My wife squashed a rather large cockroach on her way out.
