Food is really great and it’s nice because you can get a good slice for $5, it’s affordable an taste alot better than other pizzas. Service is a little off at this location, i usually go to one by work and they are alot friendlier. Also saw mr moto at this location didn’t seem interested in talking to clients maybe rough day. but overall food is fresh and yummy and not to bad on the wallet, you legit have nothing to loose coming here.

Living most of my life in upstate New York, experiencing some of the best New York style pizza, these boys are throwing it down! Highly recommend if you enjoy legit NY Style Pizza and service.

We really enjoyed this place. The menu had a lot of different options and we were satisfied with our food. We ordered the meat, lovers, pizza, pesto, rigatoni, Caesar salad, and some wings. All of the food was high-quality and Chris was so great.

First time here and was absolutely blown away by the combination all the flavors. Had the California love and the piece of art slice. Perfect crisp and crunch. Totally going to recommend this to all my pizza loving friends and family. They have a special for 2 slices and a drink after taxes comes out to $6.50 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼

What makes Wendy's hamburgers different from other brands' hamburgers is the fresh, square-shaped patty. In particular, Wendy's has Baked Potato and Chili, which are not usually found on other brands' menus, so it is nice to have variety in the menu. Also, French Fries do not get soggy quickly and remain crispy for a long time.

This is a an actual gourmet authentic style pizza. Not a sober up , or after the game 30 team pizza beer joint . It was as good as Whole Foods( Which is a super popular beloved pizza brand) , and as good as your traditional Italian thin crust NY pizza. If it had a fire brick oven and bigger , it would easily be a 5 star.

Solid pizza joint in the area that's quick service. Loosie slices are about $5 a slice which is a pretty good deal. We tried the California Love, Piece of Art, and Mr. Moto. Their namesake piece was definitely the best one of the bunch. Their garlic knots are also tasty as well but not a must try. Would come back again if I'm in the area and craving pizza.

The staff was well trained. Food was fresh restaurant was clean. Like the $1 frosty on now. It has one of the touchscreen coke machines so you can make mixed drinks not every flavor was there but a lot were so you can make your own flavor

There are a wide selection of pizza choices, depending which one, the taste is better on some with a crunch on the crusts than others. I wasn't a fan of the pepperoni pizza, since it was all around soft mushy taste surprisingly, but the plain tomato one is pretty good. The location has a lot of parking, but the restaurant it self is quite small, limited seating. Best to get togo. Price is average and the staffs are friendly.

Fine burger joint. It's a hit and miss, sometimes their service is flawless, other times not so much. Right now for example there are two tables which are filthy and haven't been cleaned since we sat down 30+ minutes. It's Wendy's.

When you consider the prices, this is a very overrated product. Spend your money at WiseGuys and enjoy a better pizza experience.

If your in the drive through you get priority, I typically wait 20 minutes in the regular inside line tho, lots of teenage kids during lunch time being rowdy. Sometimes slow service up to 20 minutes for food or 2 minutes when it’s slow. Either really good or really bad.

Dear Owner of this Location, this was disappointing. Upon its development at the Village of Orange, I had high hopes for this place, and part of me still wants to. The Service really needs to Shape Up, its need work, because this location definitely does not have a Friendly atmosphere. A week ago, I step inside, I am not greeted by anyone. I didn't see anyone on the POS machine ready to fulfill an order. I was met with Attitude and Misandry from the employee with the Pinkish hair. His demeanor changed the minute I brought my Mother inside. But this did not stop him from overcharging her when it came to the deal Mr. Moto Pizza was having. Could have told her not pizza is included in the Two Slices and a Drink for Five bucks. I have the receipt too for that. Nothing is wrong with the product. Food is delicious. Due to the mistreatment and overcharging, the poor service, I will not be returning to this location. Unfortunate, because Mr. Moto just developed here in Orange County. Not a good start.

This issue was 100% a management failure. Corporate should be very concerned about how this location is being managed. I had a 50% promo code that would not work online, so I called the Orange location and was instructed by staff to place the order by phone and show the coupon at pickup to be honored. When I arrived, the manager took my phone, attempted the code himself, admitted they’ve “been having issues with it,” and still refused to honor it. That is not a system issue — that is poor management and zero accountability. Instead of resolving a problem he clearly knew about, the manager told me to “Call corporate” and walked away mid-conversation. No apology. No empathy. No attempt to de-escalate. Just dismissive and unprofessional behavior in front of other customers. Even the employee assisting me appeared uncomfortable. For a brand that claims to value guest experience, this new location is being run terribly. Management chose to hide behind a broken system rather than lead, problem-solve, or show basic respect. I drove out of my way excited to try Mr. Moto Pizza and left humiliated and upset. Corporate needs to address the leadership and customer service standards at this location immediately. If this is the standard for management one month after opening, it’s a serious red flag. Do better. I can’t imagine how bad it’ll get later. Train your managers better.

I placed an online order through their app at 8:20pm (they close at 9) for delivery one medium pizza which came to a whopping $49 after delivery fee and tip. There was a first time customer coupon that I applied but didn't work for 25% off. My wife insisted I order anyway because she was hungry and wanted to try this place. Forty minutes later 1 get a text from UBER who they apparently partnered with saying my order was canceled. I called the restaurant and the guy who answered wasn't very helpful. He didn't seem at all sensitive to my situation and l had to do all the thinking for him. Will it be delivered I asked. He said probably not if uber cancelled it. Then pause... I then said uhhh are you going to deliver it? To which he said no. Another pause... I then said in a frustrated voice "soooo what's your solution" He said, "you wanna pick it up" to which I replied no way. Then another long pause.... I was waiting for him to say he would refund the order. I had to ask " so you gonna refund the order" he said "ya I can do that for you" like it was some sort of favor. I won't be trying their pizza unless I'm offered a free one for all this nonsense.

The pizza is trash. I watched them throw out a whole pizza. They should have thrown ours out to is was bad pizza. Not enough sauce or cheese. Tasted funny and the bottom was way too crispy cuz the dough is too thin. They took forever to open but I guarantee they will close down a lot faster

Ordered the new mozzarella chicken sandwich and halfway through it, I noticed something off. Felt as if I was chewing on paper. Come to find out there was still paper wrap on the cheese they forgot to take off. That’s pretty forgivable accidents happen sure. But the worst part is I came here during work and I don’t live in the area. So when I did come and eat I’m pretty sure the cashier forgot to give me back my debit card. So the next day I try to call the store multiple times and I even left a voicemail. Towards the evening I gave up on calling and decided to just drive over which is about a 35 minute drive for me. Of course after asking a manager if they have my card he said he couldn’t find it. Would have saved me time and gas if they just picked up the phone.

This location is ultra slow to serve you at the counter when you’re the only one standing in line. They’ll see you walk in then let you stand there forever before taking your order. Also, the manager likes to cat-call whistle too much and too frequently and once you get your order, they don’t give you everything you ordered. Had to go back and ask for our cup, napkins and the sauces we ordered that they didn’t put on the tray. Never coming back here.

If the name that I was given is even correct, Eduardo, the closing manager on Sunday the 27th at 12:50 AM, when his drive-through employee asked him to come speak with me for a second regarding an order that had been picked up already, but not dropped off he came to the window “it’s been picked up already, bye”, Then slammed the drive-through window in my face, locked it and told his employee not to come to the window. I had to drive back around and order something just to ask for his name. Somebody needs to review the cameras from that night and have a sit down with him regarding professionalism in a hospitality setting. This is a Wendy’s, not a car repair shop, The man needs a new job and the gentleman that was working the drive-through window deserves a raise and a promotion, I wish I knew his name because he was very polite.

I think this is probably the worst Wendy's, i've been to in decades, and it's in irvine of all places. I ordered on the Wendy's app at around 10 PM and all I ordered was A double stack and a bakinator fries. All I can say is as soon as I've been to the burger. The frickin' patties were cold as though they were sitting around for an hour, and the fries weren't even hot and the cheese wasn't melted. So I brought it back and they apologized and remade it apparently, but when I been to the burger again, the patties were still cold. I went and asked my money back and I was given it tumi bio, kind of a punk, a guy on the cash register who didn't even look at me and just kind of threw the money at me, and I said, thank you, and he didn't know the answer. Now I see, when I went to go review this, it's got the lowest reviews. I've seen for Wendy's, I could see why don't know a 100%. Never coming back to this one. Management needs to be replaced.The owners need to really look into it

I ordered through Wendy’s mobile app and had my food delivered. I didn’t receive my fries and other items. The burger was cold and made wrong. My coke was Diet Coke. I had to drive over to the Wendy’s after I had surgery and didn’t want to drive. I was t greeted, I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting. When they finally came over I asked for the manager, who came over Gererdo, I believe. He seemed to not understand ‘me. He tried 6 times to find my order when I showed him my receipt over the phone. The order was about $18 however I paid $32 for fees & delivery. Ridiculous. He finally found it after bringing another employee over. They all spoke Spanish however I understood what they were saying after having 4 yrs of Spanish in high school and 1 yr at my university. He said I was crazy & lying! They finally found my order, I had the entire order not touched however missing items. They said we don’t know what happened. We put the delivery orders over by the trash cans where they can’t see the orders so who knows who had access to my order? He did not want to fix my order after he picked up the burger and opened it up with his fingers going through it. He was very unprofessional & I was shocked of this type of attitude. All the employees I could see were laughing. He did not want to help me. I asked for a refund he said no. He refused to fix my order. I would avoid this Wendy’s and go somewhere else After seeing the unprofessional attitude and refusal to fix my order I hope you’re able to read this review and avoid a huge headache! Who knows what’s going on in there and what’s going on with the food. .
