Always busy, if you go through drive through order ahead on the app not as long of a wait. The location change is nice and seems to work well the the huge amount of people that go here. It would of took a bit more space. But I wish they would of added a driving lane or 2 (inbetween the 3 lanes), at the pick up area so you can leave and not have to wait behind someone still waiting for their order. As I said ordering ahead in the app is way faster then not.
Food was good, everyone liked trying the different sauces. Standard fast food setup and easy to get everything. First time ever at a Chick-Fil-A, staff were super helpful with the menu and gave us one of every sauce for the kids to try. Very enjoyable first time.

The almost constant line around the building tells you this place is good! Very fast service, good food at good prices, always clean inside, live order takers outside to speed the process, indoor play area for kids to stay cool and dry. 2024 update: They actually built a whole new building a block away from the original with 3 drive through lanes, still around the building most of the time. Food is still the best. The staff is always friendly. Orders are almost 100% right. CFA always has high standards, but this location goes a step beyond. Weekly visits are normal.

Great food and customer service as one would expect at every Chick-fil-A drive through. I got my favorite grilled chicken nuggets and the strawberry shake. Both are delicious and filling. The young lady who took my order was polite and thorough. The drive through lanes were busy as usual but the young men and women who were taking orders and directing traffic did an efficient job of getting customers going forward. Thank you for being consistently good.
stopped by upon opening this morning to order their cobb salads, I was greeted by Pammela she was sooo nice, soon as I walked in the door, her personality was very awakening, THANK YOU PAMMELA for starting my day with a SMILE
Food is great and they have a wonderful system of someone standing outside and taking the orders and it keeps the cars moving through the drive thru. Very fast and efficient. Even if you go inside they are well staffed to handle any rush of people. Also, check your orders. People are prone to mistakes. As I see people making comments about it. I have always checked my bags of food before I left any place that I ordered from.

First of all. I am proud of this Christian chick-fil-A . And that their closed in Sunday so they can go to church. Because Jesus Christ should be first in everyone's life. Hopefully the world would prioritize that Jesus Christ created us and deserves our time to him. Jesus Christ died for our sins and rose again and is in heaven waiting for us to follow him and read the Bible. Your life will change.
We always stop here every couple of weeks for a fast food fix. The customer service is friendly and professional. The manners are impeccable! I wish all service industries would model their program. The food is always great, but there's such a big line. It does move pretty quickly, so you're never waiting long. They do sometimes forget the sauces when you order on the app, so check before you drive away. Other than that, love this place!

Traffic flowed smoothly today, but my waffle fries were cold and and overcooked. I called in less than 10 mins from leaving and I was advised that I have to come within 24 hours for fresh new L waffle fries and a free sandwich coupon . I’m not returning and so they’re only trying to mail me a sandwich coupon. 8/13/22. I’m going to have to go up the management chain a bit further. I’m not one who usually has an issue but I do today. Who wants cold fries? SMH. Update. I never got the coupon for the free sandwich
We had just gotten dropped off from the airport and made it to this Chick-fil-A just five minutes before closing—and they still welcomed us with such kindness and professionalism. A manager named Nicholas took our order without hesitation, made sure we had everything we needed. Aaron invited us to sit and enjoy our meal on the patio. It was clear they genuinely cared about our experience, even at the very end of their shift. Excellent service and hospitality all around. Thank you for going above and beyond Chick-fil-A in Irving!
Working in customer service myself, I feel super compelled to share what a positive experience I had today. I went through the drive thru and ordered my food. There was an item missing, human error, it's totally ok, so I called to get that fixed. I spoke to Ashley and she was very helpful, upbeat, and had a wonderful attitude. I don't even care that my order had a minor setback because her customer service was outstanding. She fixed the problem with ease. The staff at this location is always friendly, positive, and go above and beyond. I truly ALWAYS 100% of the time have a great experience here. And trust me, I come here a lot! More than I want to admit. Other locations in Irving do not have this level of service. I don't like to leave reviews a lot but it was in my heart to say I was impressed. Good job guys. You are all doing great! Thank you for being one of the last places in Irving to still hold your standards to a higher level.

Fresh, Fresh, Fresh 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Their chick n minis are so fresh. It’s truly breathtaking. The only discrepancy was when I went to pay with a $100.00 bill and they stated they cannot take it, due to they have been received counterfeit bills. That was disappointing, lucky I had another form of payment. I spoke to Sara, and she did advise me her General Manager started that Monday. “In Store Policy” I haven’t got around to email Ryan but I will be doing so… let’s not punish hard working individuals for the foolish mistakes of others. I still give 5 stars because the food is Top Notch. From Alabama to Georgia 🇬🇪. Chefs kiss 😘

It says a lot of a place that is clean and well organized! This one staff is very attentive and well mannered. A visit after Dallaska ice storm felt great to get out of the house and be treated great for dinner. Kylie the manager came by and asked if everything tasted great and took our tray full of trash from our table. Our local Chick-fil-A next to the Irving Mall is the best! The staff is always super friendly and keeps things running smoothly, even when it’s crazy busy. You can tell they really care about the community too. The Fall Festival last weekend was awesome — games, giveaways, a game truck, and a petting zoo! My kids had a blast, and we even won a gift basket. Big thanks to Pammela for organizing everything — she did an amazing job!

True to the brand, this location goes above and beyond in service and deliciousness. Today they went over the top when the manager came out and asked me if anything was wrong when he saw me with my hood up and when I told him my van was running hot, he offered to grab me a gallon of water! 2 minutes later he brings out a full gallon jug and we're back on the road with the engine down to temp. Service speed is a little iffy, but the customer service is always great.
Chick-fil-A always has good food and great service by staff. It's a brand new restaurant, so it's super clean with a comfortable dining room and some outdoor seating. One time they got my order incorrect and provided coupons for my next meal, which I really appreciated. If you go through the drive-thru, ask for Leo... always friendly and helpful, and don't forget the big tip!

Fast service ordered on the app. The chicken on my sandwhich was so thin and not at all like I'm used too here in wa state. I always get big juicy chicken and this was thin dry and crunchy. Maybe a bad night. Other than that great as usual.

My order was a takeout, but later at home, I realized they count some tiny chicken nuggets as a full piece, I can't believe it. I didn't notice at first as I was eating them without counting, then on my kids' boxes, that's when they mentioned about little pieces, then I took photos of it. Next time I will check them at the restaurant.
🍗Solid experience all around. I have seen a few reviews talking about how bad it gets, but my own was pretty nice. Quick and efficient staff and some delicious standard food- quality control was not bad The fries were a little lacking compared to most chick fil a establishments, but nothing too crazy 🍟

I have been to this location 4 times. Out of those 4 times, my order has been wrong twice. If you go during breakfast check your order. I been given the wrong breakfast sandwiches. The food is great, no problems there. But you would like to eat what you order.
This location is clean and staff is okay, but I have had 3 separate incidents where I order food from 3-party deliveries and they always forget something from the order. When I try to report it with the delivery service they basically say sorry and that’s it. I know this is a very busy establishment but today I delivered breakfast to a loved one and two whole entrees were missing. Not okay.

I feel like being a little bit hard on this Chick-fil-A because Chick-fil-A has such a good reputation in my mind. My salad was old, and my bread on my sandwich was cold and crumbly, which made it seem old. I couldn’t eat it all because it was not fresh. You can’t tell by the picture, but the chicken on the sandwich was super flat and I’ve never seen one like that before . The employee that brought our food seemed pretty crabby. Not sure if there’s new management or what, but the past two times I’ve come here, my sandwich has been disgusting. It’s dry, thin, and honestly seems like it was made hours ago. Just doesn’t taste fresh and isn’t up to standards that CFA usually hits. I don’t have this problem with the MacArthur location so I will likely stick to going there. Service here is great.
My husband and I love Chick-fil-A but wow what a disappointment today. Got our order wrong twice, after going inside to get it remade we just gave up. The manager was friendly but the team member who took our order - which was entered wrong was just trying to push us through which obviously led to a lot of errors even something as simple as sauce. I was given a free item card for being overcharged a few weeks ago on my card. I try to use it this morning to be told it was already used on 11/7, when it wasn't. If it was used, how would I still have the card!!?? They're taken when scanned! Employees scanning the cards as used or what!? So I get overcharged and a used card, raggedy.
Last night ( 6-27-2024) is why I'm not coming to this location again... I have visited this location less than three (3) times in the last eight (8) MONTHS and it's because I always use the mobile app (they obviously want you to use the mobile app because the line is always shorter) yet SOMEHOW EACH AND EVERY TIME, I'm missing at least 25% of what I paid for/my whole order 🙄. If you're going to charge customers $35+ for JUST TWO PEOPLE, then make sure you at least get the order correct; it's not hard 🙄🙄🙄🙄 I know y'all hire a lot of teeenagers because mom and dad "made them get a job" but if you're going to waste the time hiring them, then you can waste your time making sure they're doing their job CORRECTLY 🤷🏻♀️ I expected better out of Chick-fil-A 😔😔 I also noticed that this location doesnt do the receipt survey anymore, i wonder why 🤔. I am immensely irate on this great and beautiful morning due to the incompetence of the morning crew at this chic fil a. I have never, EVER seen a morning crew so sluggish as if the clientele have nothing better to do. The WORST part of this is that there WAS NOT A LONG DRIVE THRU LINE nor was the line in the restaurant long, so they were simply all slow, discombobulated and witless for no apparent purpose. I already placed my order for drive thru , but decided to come inside to pick it up instead because I needed to wash my hands. Worst mistake ever! Taco Bell morning crew is faster and their customer service is much better. Ridiculous.
I eat at this restaurant at least once a week. Never had an issue -everything has been great. Today I order my usual… Only to bite into a moth! Rather than dealing with the restaurant manager trying to explain myself… I am now out money, and lunch. I recommend driving an extra 10 minutes down the road and eating at that establishment. Unless you enjoy eating bugs with your cold chicken.
Use the mobile app to order breakfast at 10:25 on Saturday, March 29th on my way to this Chick Fil A. Got there at 10:27. The line was huge and going very slow. By the time I got to the QR code it was 10:32. I scanned the QR code and it gave a message, "No longer serving breakfast at this location. Your order has been canceled and you have not been charged." I was going to dispute it with the manager that I ordered on time but the line was long and going slow. The line was going so slow. We were not moving. By this time it was 10:40. All I wanted to do was leave. The line moved up a little and I was able to see the staff now. I inched nearer, now 10:43. We are stuck as there is no where to go since we can't go over. By this time, I can see the person on the first car is talking to the manager. Im the 4th car. They were talking for a few minutes going back and forth. Few more minutes passed and now I see food was being taken to that car but the car wasnt moving. Im guessing they needed something else. The manager goes over there again and is coming back...Why can't the manager tell the car to go further down so all the other cars behind can leave?! By this time, it was 10:52! More than 20 minutes on the mobile thru lane. The manager is coming and I told her why she can't make that car move further down. That my order has been canceled and I've been stuck for more than 20 minutes. That all I wanted to do was leave. She didn't say anything to me but told an employee to tell the 1st car to move further down. Finally, the 2nd and 3rd car left (with no food) and I was able to do so as well...with no food. All those people's orders were canceled as well and we all had to wait just because no one told that car to move further down.

Order 2 salad’s and on both it had rotten tomatoes. I spoke to the manager and send pictures she stated she would give me a refund of my full order and that she would make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. It took me over a month to take them my receipt for that refund. So because I didn’t go the same day or the next since I don’t go much to that area I couldn’t get a refund anymore. So yeah they just take your order your money and don’t care what they give you. No I was not refunded as I said above and no it’s not only not fresh but on top of that moldy!
I am really disappointed in the fact I told the lady taking my order that I wanted fresh fries since the last order service I experienced was awful so she goes ahead and confirms she red tagged my request for fresh fries and I received the most horrible hard stale fries ever. She even went to charge me for an extra fry when I didn't even ask for . I am appalled with my order . Even the nuggets where just badder with empty without chicken

The tortilla soup is made out of lima beans...not broth... I took two bites and threw it away. This was yesterday 11/21/24. 2hrs later im having stomach pains and 4 hrs later im throwing up and in the bathroom. I got food poisoning from it. I have never gotten food poisoning before. I know for a fact that had to be batch and I'm not the only one. now I'm missing a day of work from two bites of whatever type of tortilla soup that was. and hoping I get better by tomorrow to pick up my child from FL. I always stop at this restaurant every day headed to work, but this day took a disturbing turn. I ordered A plain chicken breast with just cheese only and a kale salad and a small water as I was sitting in the parking lot eating my meal I began to choke on what appeared to be a piece of plastic that was cooked in with the chicken. I started choking and immediately called 911. The Irving police department showed up before the EMS got there and was unable to get the piece of plastic out of my throat due to the size so the EMS rushed me to the hospital and I had to have the doctor stick a tool down my throat to pull it out. This was very concerning. I called the store to let them know I spoke to a manager named Michael. He asked me if I would send pictures of the piece of plastic in the chicken, which I did, he said that he would give me a refund. He did not ask me if I was OK after the incident. I took the piece of plastic that was still had a piece of chicken melted into it up to the restaurant. He gave me a full refund and try to give me two gift cards for a free sandwich. I lost two days of work plus, I’m gonna have a hospital bill and an ambulance bill they need to pay for this. Im taking a lawsuit against this restaurant because they’ve had another incident with chicken nuggets with a nine-year-old girl almost choking. Obviously, they’re not taking the necessary steps to correct this. My attorney says that we have a strong case and contacting Jennifer Burns with the chicken nugget incident. I’ve contacted two of the news stations here locally and they’re Story on this next week, I want the public to know that they are not taking the necessary steps to correct the problem. They’re all about money. I want to warn the public of potential choking hazards in the food.

I wish I read the recent reviews before I went here . The girl who took my order had attitude with me out of the blue. I heard her speak to other customers prior to me and she seemed nice . I went to her and said “hi” and she immediately said “name” I think I was in shock and had her repeat what she said cause Chick Fil A or not a common decency is a greeting first between parties. She wouldn’t even acknowledge my thank yous but when her coworker came up to her WHILE she was taking my orders her demeanor changed to more warmth which I get it cause she’s around him more but once the conversation between them was over she didn’t apologize for having me wait . I’m honestly glad I think the manager Ashley came in a bit while I was ordering and helped make the atmosphere way lighter and I want to give a shout out to another coworker who was the one who offered me a bag for my big order since the girl who took my order never did.
Ordered my nine year old daughter an 8 count grilled nugget meal and got this. This is melted plastic that was INSIDE a nugget. Not inside the container but literally in the nugget. She started gagging and almost choked but pulled it out of her mouth before it went down her throat and brought it to me. I am more than pissed off. I contacted the store. The person who said they were management did not seem to be too concerned. She offered to send me a refund of the nuggets to my mobile app. Which I don’t have. After seeing the pic, she said she would refund my whole order. Ok that’s a start. However, this doesn’t sit right with me. I pray that no other mom had this experience tonight with their child. This is gross and unsanitary and VERY dangerous and negligent. I also hope that the person who took the call from me takes this more serious than she did over the phone. Also hope their phone calls are recorded so her manager can hear her giggle when I explained there was plastic in my child’s food. Do better.
3rd time my order has been wrong through the drive through keep asking for the cool wrap meal a #8 keeps getting delivered as an 8 count.
I ordered 30 minutes before I had arrived at 10 am on Saturday 11/15/25. Arrived 7 mins late to pick up my order for my family due to a morning rush. However, we did not get to eat what my kids wanted and you know how that goes lol. My ordered was canceled without notification and no sympathy was given. Is this the only CHIKFILA with terrible customer service? First one I’ve encountered. Manger was professional but showed zero sympathy for my family. Very professional though. But I thought this establishment represented even more than that. Empathy goes a long way. Off to Waffle House!
Very disappointed. I am pregnant and asked for no pickles on my sandwich and the lady who took my order had a whole attitude. I asked her how her day was and she said “name” didn’t even answer. Was hurrying me up and had an ugly attitude. Name is Hiwot Gebremedhin. I’m pregnant and I just wanted my sandwich without pickles. Maybe if she slows down and actually hears the customers she would do her job right. I’ve never had an issue here so I’m upset. Now I am pregnant and hungry because I can’t eat my sandwich.
If I can give them a A native zero I definitely would. I’ll placed And online order 10 minutes before breakfast ended I sat and drive-through. No one acknowledged me. No one said anything until breakfast was over and then they made me cancel it . It will never be back to this location again as I felt extremely unwelcome, and I will not spend my money anywhere where I don’t feel comfortable! Absolutely not ! so listen to the reviews in do yourself a favor and go to a different location.
Overall good spot till you get to customer service. The workers were nice but customer support not very much, straight up hung up on me. Food is pretty good though.
Service is everything. In all reality in my opinion Chick-fil-A is not the best but the experience is everything today after having a bad experience I will not be back to another. I see why people lose it in places and people in customer service should be very careful how they treat others. What goes around comes around and what goes up will come down. I am also in customer service and I’m very careful how i respond to my customers. As a manager that’s my piece of advice. You do not know what kind of day people are having or how feel. Just be aware and be kind.
