After working a 13-hour shift, I visited this location. After ordering my food, I went to look for a fork; none were in sight. So I went to the counter and asked for one. A really, really nice young man grabbed one for me. He informed the young lady working the register about no forks in the lobby. She goes over there, finds two nasty-looking forks, and stops me on my way out to show me I overlooked two nasty forks. This is my second time to ever eat Chipotle in my life, and I must tell you, I am not mad about you guys running out of forks; it's was her approach. WITH AN ATTITUDE

This place absolutely sucks! Don’t waste your time or money. The workers are just there for a paycheck and want you out of the way as soon as possible. Not to mention the cashier is serving people without gloves. This place is insane to charge $14 for a bowl and a small drink. Not going back.

What is going with the WORKERS at this location??! All I asked is they have more chicken coming up, the first guy who was making the tortillas looked at me and told me that “he just clocked in, shrugged his shoulders and continued to give me the chicken that I didn’t ask for & the lady was grabbing the cheese and lettuce and slamming and throwing everything around like I was bothering her! & when asked for carne asada they gave me steak and charged me for what I didn’t ask for ! What's up with the workers at this location? I went in and i was the only one in there minus the workers , nobody greets you and aviods eye contact. That I can look past but when I walked up to order there was one guy on the side preparing online orders or somthing still not saying a word and the cashier pretending not to see me and sweeping behind the counter. Then she finally took my order when we made eye contact. She was nice but please don't ignore the customers. The employees need more training on costomer service tbh.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this visit was disappointing. The lady serving at the line was extremely rude. I asked for more chicken, and instead of simply explaining that extra chicken would cost more or asking if I wanted double, she looked me dead in the eye and tossed in literally two more pieces of chicken like I wouldn’t notice. Her attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable. If there’s a policy or extra charge, just say so. There’s no need for the attitude or passive-aggressive behavior. Definitely not the kind of service I expect.

Every time I go to chipotle 8200 N Belt line Rd., Irving, TX 75062 The restaurant is always dirty behind the counter where they serve the floor is dirty. The dining area is filthy. The tables are always dirty. I always have to ask if they can clean a table so we could sit down and enjoy our meal. They clean it with an attitude. They really need a better manager The bathroom are filthy and always out of toilet paper. The only reason I go there is because it’s closer to my house. Next time I will take pictures.

Let me start by saying o go to chipotle over 200 times a year. I drive a lot and have my go to places but sometimes I am out of the area and stop by a store. This was the worst experience I’ve had. It was dirty inside, at lest 8 tables left without being wiped down and food left on the table, the floor was covered in debris, every trash cab was overflowing, floor behind the line was covered in food and the trash can behind the line was overflowing as well, they didn’t have mobile ordering available, it seemed liked every person behind the counter was under 25. I thought chipotle had a level of excellence they held themselves too with quality food and clean dining rooms. The rice was undercooked which happens every once in a while but it was well over cooked. Didn’t seem like there was anyone in charge or taking care of the big picture stuff. I hope they get their act together at this store and this is a one time event.

I decided to go here because my niece wanted to eat at this restaurant. I ordered two chicken bowls. The first one was correct, but the second one wasn't. I informed the cashier and she appeared to not want to fix my order. The lady preparing the bowls had a disturbing attitude when she asked me how did I initially have my bowl (even though she made it). I told her I asked for brown rice with chicken. I didn't want vegetables, guacamole and lettuce. She prepared my new bowl and handed it to me with aggression. The cashier asked me if I'd like chips instead of my change. Why would I want chips for my refund difference? She was better off giving it to me as a courtesy for their error and unprofessionalism. I told her I'd like the money I spent. My total for the steak bowl was $8.66 and the cashier provided $8 as my refund. I was annoyed by that as they kept my tax amount. The chicken bowl was $6.95. The new total tendered at $8 (even) based on what register displayed. I was so mad and the scene became embarrassing. I just accepted what I had and left. I would give 0🌟 if I could. They need to retrain the employees and work on their customer service. Hours later, I decided to actually eat what I thought I ordered. It contained those spicy vegetables, lettuce and was white rice. I honestly believe the person making the bowls mixed mine with another customer. During the time she took my order she was also preparing orders from a receipt she retrieved from the cashier. I will not return to this location. I suggest adjustments to their customer service.
