I usually have very good experiences with Domino's but this one did not live up to my expectations. They we're pretty fast, I'll give them that, I went for pick up and the cashier was a bit a rude and seemed like she didn't wanna be there. We ordered 2 pizzas and one cheesy bread, they forgot to cut one of the pizzas and the cheesy bread :(

I called in to make a delivery call like usual but it rang for a long time and so when somebody finally answered they said: dominos how can i help you in a very rude tone and then rang up, worst customer service i had from this location.

I have ordered from this location multiple times and have always chose delivery. After the tracker had notified me saying the food was complete I got a call from an employee telling me that they had to cancel my order because I was too far. It was very unprofessional that the manger didn't want to speak to me on the phone directly. Very disappointed. I am only 9 mins away from this location. When I use the domino's app this is the location that it sends me to. I don't understand why this happened. Never again!

ordered a pizza and it was literally sooo much sauce it was inedible, instead of being rude and just showing up i called and let them know in such a respectful way and asked if it could be remade, i was told over the phone they would then in person they argued with my boyfriend saying they wouldn’t remake it because “that’s how it comes” when i’ve ordered this exact pizza before with no issues. once again after it was remade the sauce distribution was awful, one side has less sauce and the other & towards the middle was the exact same as the pizza i wanted remade. not only that their team was cussing and yelling through the store while im in it about a professional fight that is taking place tomorrow. never coming here again i was so over the whole situation i didn’t bother asking for a refund… incredibly disappointed

This experience was terrible. I order Domino's frequently and normally I pay with my card however my car was stolen and I had no way to take my cash to add it to my card. I placed my order it showed it was going through quality check at 5:36pm. The driver didn't show up to my apt until another hr later. The driver did apologize for being late and stated that there were no drivers. My order was $28.10. The website stated that drivers carry less than $20 not that they dont carry cash at all. I had a $50 bill. My intent was to tip the driver roughly $7. I asked for $15 back. The driver said he had no change. Im thinking ok maybe I'll just tip a little more. The driver then informed me that the store didn't give him any change at all. The driver left. I contacted the store and asked to speak to a manager. The manager was very nonchalant about the matter and did a terrible job at being nice/nasty before ultimately hanging up in my face.

This location is terrible... Called to place an order but worker could not even tell me menu correctly.... Tried being nice working with worker... Worker could not even tell me if boneless chicken was 8 pieces or 12 pieces... Worker kept changing what I could order.... Politely asked for a manager.... It was Thursday 5:30pm on August 21st... Manager hung up.... Imagine if I actually got upset.... I was like "WoW"..... Took my business elsewhere.... I do not recommend this location to anyone....

ordered online and after 2 hour i had to call to cancel the order. I tried to call an hour in, they didn't pick up and sent me straight to hold, called back and was asked to wait, when i asked how long they ignored me and sent me straight to voicemail. finally i was able to aske how much longer it would take, they said 15 more minutes. after an hour i just gave up. worst experience ever, it wasn't even a busy time since the order was place on a Monday morning. the restaurant was 8 minutes away from my location

If I could give a 0 I would. So I wanna start off by saying I have ordered from this location a few times since moving back to Irving, but tonight, oh god was it the most horrible customer service I have ever received in my whole life. Let’s start at the beginning now. I placed my order around 9:47pm on the mobile app and it said it would only take 27 minutes. I was constantly checking the tracker til I noticed I made a mistake and the order wasn’t on the way yet; I had an old number on my profile, so they didn’t have my updated number. I called the store @ 10:14pm, I spoke to the “manager” is what she claimed, and she assured me the driver would knock on my door, so of course, I rest assured, and another 27 minutes go by. At this time it’s 10:41pm, so I decided to call the store again. At this point they tell me that the driver brought my order back and that someone that wasn’t even apart of my household told him that they never ordered pizza, yet it was already paid for. Never once was my door knocked on which I confirmed with my neighbor, the lady on the phone was really rude with me when I was only swearing about the fact it had been a hour without receiving food and I was being told it was brought back. At this point I was beyond upset, I said I would call corporate and not to worry about it. I then decided to drive up there being it was only 2 miles down the road and I confronted the situation head on. I walked in the store probably around 10:50pm and asked for a manager and the lady at the front said she was the manager; I do want to state this is the same lady I spoke too on the phone. She lied to me about talking to me on the phone and then proceeded to get the driver involved. I asked the driver to his face if he knocked on my door and he said yes!!!!! That was a complete lie, but it gets even worse. At this point I ask them what are we going to do about this to make it right, and I pretty much had to tell them, either remake my food FRESH, or give me a refund, they gave me a refund without asking me what I would like to do and then proceeded to tell me that I said I wanted a refund. I then argued with all three of them telling them what I said multiple times and they handed me a refund receipt and told me that was my food. I looked at them and told them it wasn’t and at this point I told them I needed my food for the fact I had to come up there, and they basically told me they were refusing me service. At this point I questioned back to them saying yall are refusing me service? They replied yes, I told them I needed my food, again, and at this point they said so now you’re trespassing and refusing to leave, and I replied back stating what you’re going to call the cops on me, they said yes if I didn’t leave and pretty much proceeded to call me BROKE BECAUSE I WAS CRYING OVER $40. It’s not about “crying”, it’s about principle, and the fact I left that establishment without it being made right is what irks me. Please review the cameras on the incident that happened on July 6th, 2025 @ 10:50pm-11pm. This is the most unprofessional establishment of DOMINOS I have ever dealt with after tonight I really hope I can be directly reached out too by that ladies higher up because this situation needs to be resolved. This most inhumane thing you can call a person just trying to eat!!!!!! I will be calling in the morning because at this point I almost want to press civil action for the treatment I received. I am a paying customer; this isn’t RIGHT!!! Update: Will updated once fully resolved, so far I have been refunded and credited, but the employees actions were uncalled for, I will continue to order dominos but not this location until different employees work there.

The general manager is absolutely rude and very unprofessional. i’ve called in for the second time with the same issue. I went in store for a carryout order and the next day was charged extra money. The first time it was only $4 dollars. This time it was $10 which is absolutely insane. I didn’t add a tip or anything why should I have to if I’m picking up my own order so I called in and spoke with her she said she was unsure and it had to have been the manager the night before being careless and just charging Everybody. I began to get upset and told her that is some fraudulent things that are going on at that store, I’ve been to multiple pizza places and never had an issue like this before. She said she was unsure. I could understand it happening one time but twice is a little insane. I wonder how many other people that they’re taking money from and nobody’s paying attention. That’s absolutely insane and terrible that they’re stealing money from their customers and the general manager was there yesterday when she handed me my order. We were on the phone for almost 30 minutes before she was able to resolve my problem and refund me back my $10. It’s not just the money. It’s the fact that they take it upon themselves. And think it’s OK to steal from their customers. I know I’m not the only one it’s happening to Just nobody’s paying attention and they’re getting away with it That’s what sad and when I asked for her name after she refunded the money, she hung up on me. I began to call back several times they answered and kept hanging up the phone, obviously trying to cover it up and doesn’t want anybody to know what’s going on if I was you guys I would definitely check my bank statements. It just doesn’t make sense. I understand if I was placing an order for delivery, but I didn’t. I went inside to pick up my own order, there should be no reason why you’re being charged extra money. Everyone be careful this general manager here very unprofessional so sad. I will never come to this Domino’s again. attached to photos just to show how it was done

Rarely do I write a negative review. A week ago, I placed an online order and was shortly called by the alleged manager saying that she had sent their driver home and had to cancel. She did offer 50% off my next order as well as a free medium pizza, and I was happy. Today, I call back while driving home and ask for that manager, but I couldn't exactly remember her name, and they tell me no one works there by the name I thought I remembered. Once I get home, I confirm the details (I was right about the name), and after calling back, the person on the phone (self-described as "just the help tonight") tells me "Oh, she only works the mornings and didn't put any notes in your number regarding these coupons, so there's nothing we can do. You'd have to call back in the morning to talk to her." For what, a morning pizza? She gets me to another alleged manager who actually is the person I talked to while driving home. He was unempathetic and unnecessarily short with me, hanging up before I could even finish my sentences, with zero resolution to the issue. At the end of the day, the person I talked to a week ago either made up the excuse to cancel the order, or maybe just forgot to put the coupons in my number. Either way, coupled with the uncaring staff - terrible experience.

Received a Pacific Veggie pizza clearly ordered with no cheese. They would not remake it nor did they offer a refund. The manager was rude and said it wasn’t their fault, because there are three kinds of cheese on this pizza and they only put on two. My fault, apparently, for not knowing that “no cheese” means the pizza will be covered in two kinds of cheese. Someone from the office purchased another pizza from a different location and picked it up. Trying to contact the company has been no better of an experience.

Worse service ever! I ordered delivery and they delivered the wrong wings, I called asking for the issue to be resolved and they told me they could only provide me with a coupon because they only had a driver and couldn't deliver the wings again and they said no. So I told them I could go pick them up but I needed to get a discount because I had to drive to the store, they said they couldn't do it because "it does not work that way" those were literatelly her words. I hardly like pizza, but I enjoyed the pizzas made from thus store, so I guess its my lost, because after the service provided, I will not order from here ever again

Since I drove from Dallas , Manager said no that she would eat them instead .she never even spoke to me she told another employee to tell me . Never apologize for having my wrong order .

I had to delete and update my review for this location. The experience i had was awful. The two blond ones in there don’t know what they’re doing. It’s not hard to read an order, i worked at dominos. I HATE the garlic they put on the crust so i always put “NGO”, that stands for no garlic. (In case you needed training). They put it on my pizza, had to ask for them to redo it. Seemed like a hassle for them since they gave a sour face. Then the pasta i ordered was more marinara than anything. I couldn’t even eat it, it was inedible. Do you guys not measure your stuff like you’re supposed to? BLOND ONES GOT TO GO. They’re blond for a reason i guess. The attitude they give is beyond me. DO BETTER

Y'all delivered a pizza with a long piece of hair , & the wait was almost 2hrs for 2 pizzas. The Memphis Chicken Barbecue Pizza barely had chicken. It looks more like a Barbecue Cheese Pizza. It didn't even look that fresh compared to the 2nd delivery.

We have had so many issues with our orders. Almost every time we order, either an item is missing completely or our pizza is made incorrectly. We never had these problems with any other locations. The staff's attitude is poor about it. We won't be buying from here again. Neither should you.
