They treat everyone good and the food is good
I had a hard time ordering in English and thanks to mom it’s not all the workers were bilingual really made it easier for me to feel comfortable and be able to get and have someone understand what I want

Shout out to the young kid with the mullet. He was working by himself and doing all the work while his coworker was doing nothing. He took care of multiple orders in house and online deliveries like a damn pro. This kid needs a raise or management position. He works harder than anyone I know working in places like this. He is determined to do the best he can and has shown true leadership skills, and customer service. Promote him and give him a raise.
I love this subway, I love Lorena she’s very kind and friendly her service is 10/10 🙌🏻 she’s always smiling when she’s making my food :) best costumer service I’ve ever had.
Very good food and great variety and selection. One crew member started the process and then handed it off to another and moved to the next customer. This causes confusion and forces the customer to repeat the order multiple times. A 3rd crew member then rang up the order forcing 2 more repeats of the order, from both customer and crew #2. ONE crew member should handle the order all the way through, the way they used to do it for decades. The sandwich was good, but having to repeat my order 3 or 4 times left a sour taste. This is a "not very often" visit for a while.
When did subway start selling these tiny salads for $10? They used to be worth the price.
Very bad service when it comes to helping you out with your order. I’ve been calling for 20 minutes and not a single time have they answered their damn phone… orders usually have wrong ingredients in them if you online order.
Told my coworker they were about to close at 630 pm and told him he was crossing the line ordering 5 sandwiches and they forgot the meat and cheese on my american club also did an Uber awhile back and they prepared my sandwich wrong then too.. got a bunch of lazy people working there.
I placed an order online it was before 10 PM. It showed the restaurant closes at 11 PM when I arrived all the lights were off as of they were closed already. I went to the drive-through since I couldn’t go inside which that’s understandable but the two guys working seemed as if it was a bother that I was there. The mic on the drive-through was muffled so I kept saying hello but I wouldn’t get a response back. I went to the window and they ignored me for a good 5 to 10 minutes and I could tell they could see me and they were laughing. A simple “give us a moment” would’ve been fine, but the fact that they were laughing knowing that I was waiting and never acknowledged me when there was nobody in store and nobody else in the drive-through was really annoying unprofessional.
845pm and the doors were locked. But the kids that work there. Sign say they close at 10 and google too
Service was horrible I ordered online and I asked them if my order was ready and they didn’t even start it. They made me wait almost an hour for 2 sandwiches and treated me horrible as well. They also didn’t even get my order correct. Never coming back here again.
Inside wasn’t open so we had to go through drive through. Was told to pull past speaker up to the window. Had to write down what we wanted with a piece of paper and a pen. I wrote down EXACTLY what I wanted in the order and they did it in the wrong order. It took 2-3 minutes to get their attention to ask if they did it wrong. We left after that.
Sad to say I just placed an order for double .. and extra veggies .. this is not good :( I get MORE on a “regular” sandwich. I’ve been a customer for years, and coworkers who taught me the ratios when they worked for subway.. I know this is a “little bit” and it’s awful. I will be filing with my bank for a refund asap. This is like a pinch of vegetables when I paid more way more! And yall gave me the wrong chips.
Sunday, 6/23/24, 1:40 pm, Irving Blvd location: I went through drive-through but a sign was posted that the menu board was not working with instructions to come to the window. I sat at the window 20 minutes watching two ladies work. They could see me. In the meantime, a car was behind me. One of the passengers went in to inquire after the wait. Finally the older hispanic lady came to the window to rudely tell me that they are busy and were not taking drive-through orders. It took her 20 minutes to step two feet to tell me that! I waited because I was thinking "any minute someone will take my order." I have been there before but service was not quite as bad. Rudeness? Somewhat.
The kid who made my food was fantastic and very patient. However, the location has some serious issues with Customer Service. I was on my lunch break and I decided to pick up our order on a bike and all I did was lean my bike against the gate and I was told that I could not leave it there, so I leaned it against the pole next to the auto shop and that guy even said something they had no customers nor was the bike in their way and we’re not talking about a motorcycle, it was a bicycle. I know that the young man who made my sandwich is simply just an employee but the manager of the sandwich shop and a mechanic shop really need to take some management courses. I will not be bringing my business back.
