My food is always on POINT every time I frequent this location. I’ve never had a bad experience. Danny welcomed me as soon as I walked in, he had superior customer service from beginning to the end, he also suggested I try the Louisiana Rub on my fries. Best recommendation ever!! This location is a few extra minutes from my residence, but for the satisfaction of having my order fresh and correct with good customer service, I’ll happily drive here every time.
Ordered take out and I was pleased with my food! Everything was fresh and the wings were delicious! Best wingstop I’ve had in a long time and I will be back the next time I am in Texas!
Just left wingstop OSIEL AND RICARDO were amazing working hard as ever but still being cordial and polite they make this store look amazing and treat people great i truly hope corporate sees this because you have 2 amazing staffers ready to do big things for your corporation!!!!

This Wingstop was on point the food was great the drinks were cold and the customer service was amazing big shout out to Ricardo with that AAA customer service...made me feel like family. Will go back again in a heartbeat.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the crew working the evening of 2/8/26 (Super Bowl night). Even though it was extremely busy and orders were backed up, everyone was so kind, patient, and understanding. Truly the best—thank you all for your hard work!
Back in Texas and our friends were craving wings, so obviously we stopped by the nearest Wingstop! Service was top notch. Place was spacious and clean. Wings had lots of flavor and fries were actually crunchy and "fried" well.
This was my first time at this location. I made the order online for 20 boneless wings with 4 different sauces. The only thing that did not like was that there was no consistency in the size of the boneless wings, some were decent sizes, and others were small nuggets that should not have been placed in to order, or they should have been in the order as extras and not count toward the 20 piece. But overall, the food was good, it was hot and it was fast. The staff personnel was OK at best. I didn't get acknowledged until a minute or two after entering the store. Even though they were in the back, they saw me and should have at least said "hello or I'll be right with you." They just looked kept doing what they were doing and came up when they came up.
Love wingstop, but why do they give such small boneless wings? I order three lemon pepper wings & one of them was basically breading. The same could be said for two of my garlic parm, as well.
Call in order told me 10 minutes when I arrived he said 5more minutes his needs an attitude adjustment definitely is aggressive from the time I ordered on the phone til I arrived other customers was walking in didn’t ask names or nothing just screamed out 5 more minutes by the way I’m on lunch so I don’t have a lot of time first and last time coming to this location not a friendly environment at all when he called my name I said blue cheese added he just said that’s your order nasty nasty attitude
The fries were overly cooked, soaked in oil and tasted like refried oil x3. The cooks should know better than to pack this to go
January 1,2026 at 11:15pm I walked in the store seen my name said ready African American dude with hair was rude and had a attitude first his told me wait and then said never mind I said I’m here for my order stated my name he walked away said I’m waiting for your sides I only had 5pc corn seen him making every other order so I stated I been waiting over 5 minutes and you told me you you only making my sides he said what what’s your name I stated and he said who whole time my food be ready and I stated “wow whole time my food been ready” mind you this is a call in order should’ve been ready by 11:00 or so I ain’t get my food till 11:30 and he stated don’t get bark” overall bad customer service will not be returning when he own shift I ain’t ever had this problem before got my food and it was cold
I ordered two combos online on 3/27 I spoke with the manager Ricardo and explained to him that there was SEVERSAl mistakes made to my orders . First mistake the places lemon pepper wing in the same box as the original hot causing contamination do to allergies. I explain the reason I orders to separate orders is because it was for two different people.Ricardo told me I should have specified allergies so they wouldn’t put them together .. I paid for well done wings and they all were under cooked. He then told me we’ll save the food until you get off at 10 pm and bring it back to remake. I asked for the hit order to be refunded since it was not edible he said sorry he could give me $7 back …please do not visit this location if you want to be treated fairly … me and my coworkers will drive extra miles to go to another location this is not a great place to spend your money
Went there to eat with my husband. The cashier was short young Hispanic girl with black hair got our order completely wrong. When we got the order she started blaming it on us when she was the one who could not get it right. When confronted by me and my husband she cussed me out in Spanish. My husband understood the word and confronted her again about it. She denied it and thought we were stupid and then when asked for her name she refused to give it to us. When asked to speak to a a manager she said there is no manager. What a shame having an employee like her.
Horrible Service and Manager Harassment - Avoid This Location! I had the worst experience at Wingstop today, and I’m seriously shocked. First, my order was missing items, so I went up to the counter to ask about it. The manager, Ricardo, was completely rude from the moment I walked up. Instead of trying to help me or apologize for the mistake, he immediately got defensive and started arguing with me. I stayed calm and just asked him to fix the issue, but he just kept talking over me and acting like I was the problem. When I asked for a refund or replacement for the missing items, he got even more hostile. He literally started harassing me, making rude comments and not addressing the situation at all. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional he was. I’ve never been treated this poorly in any restaurant. I’m so disgusted with how I was treated, and honestly, I’m never coming back to this location. If you want good food and decent customer service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
I placed my order at 8:15 a.m. on Super Bowl Sunday for a scheduled pickup time of 7:15 p.m. Knowing how busy it would be, I arrived at 7:20 p.m. fully expecting a wait. While waiting, another customer was upset because the app told him his order would take 45–50 minutes; he had placed his order around 6:00 p.m. By 7:50 p.m., I asked an employee about my order since it was supposed to be ready at 7:15 p.m. I was then told my food would be prepared after the customer who had just placed his order. When I asked how that was possible given that I preordered hours in advance for a specific pickup time, the employee said it was because he wanted his order sooner than I did and it’s Super Bowl. But the fact of the matter is I wanted my order on time. I placed my order well ahead of time and did not wait until the last minute, yet I was pushed behind customers who ordered much later. This makes preordering completely pointless. What this experience communicates is that customers are better off ordering last minute instead of planning ahead. I am extremely frustrated with how this was handled and with being told my order would come out after people who had just ordered, despite my preorder and scheduled pickup time. He took my name and number and told me he would cancel my order later. I will dispute this charge if I do not get my money back. I understand you are busy but the lack of customer care is completely apparent today.
Chicken was way too salty to consume. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this Wingstop and had a BAD experience with the food. First time was May 2025 and this is the second time Jan 2026. I wanted to give them another try to judge fairly. I figured they probably adjusted their ingredients. I decided to order again this year to see if they have improved on their ingredients and unfortunately the food was still too salty. I ordered their “Boneless Meal Deal for 2” choosing the following flavors (Dallas Cowboys Hot lemon, Original Hot and Spicy Korean Q and Fries). Totally disappointed! Even my entire family agrees. Why is it so salty? Assumption: The chicken is not fresh. It’s prepared from the factory and soaked in salt to prevent from spoiling and longer freezer life and then additional seasonings are added at the local restaurant. Nothing fresh about Wingstop. I certainly will not be ordering from Wingstop again. The last thing we need is kidney damage and high blood pressure from over intake of sodium from salty foods.
