Worth taking that extra stop past the terminal on Parsons. The slice is old school simple served hot and ready cash only on a counter if you're in a rush or a booth if you got that time to kill for the next train east. Salute
Exceptional pizza. Really, it is delicious and satisfying. I've eaten here since I was a child, had it a million times, and I'm not kidding, yesterday was the best 2 slices ever, lol! Nah, seriously, it just really hit the spot. Fantastic pizza, I love this place.
I’m leaving this review to speak about their absolutely amazing service. My husband and I ordered late one night a few weeks ago off of GrubHub. I haven’t had time to leave a review, but I just NEEDED to—better late than never. Initially the store called us as there were items not in stock so they wanted to replace or remove them from our order which we appreciated. Then unfortunately, there were some issues with our driver's car. While the driver let the store know, both we and the driver had issues getting GrubHub to send a replacement. This was something the store called and informed us about—not our driver or GrubHub themselves. After waiting a while, as it was late and the store was about to close, we honestly started to feel bad and were about to just try and cancel the order. They were just holding our food for us even though they were closing out for the night and were gracious without ask, keeping us updated so we wouldn’t worry. Then they gave us another call, asking for our address and seeing if they could manage a delivery if there were no updates soon. I was genuinely shocked when my husband told me this. Thankfully, within minutes of this call, GrubHub sent out a driver. They were able to go home, and we got our pizza. We didn’t care about how late it was or how long we had waited—which they apologized for multiple times, even though they didn’t have to. Our entire week had been made by their kindness, and I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience like that before. True kudos to their team and manager that night! 10/10 would recommend for that alone.
They serve good slices and the people are super cool and the prices are reasonable.
I been going to this picae for decades now and the pizza still taste amazing. Margherita Pizza has Great pizza and I can understand why. The chief pizza guy been making pizza for 50 years! That show dedication, it's like they perfected the craft of Pizza. Right on jamaica Ave 🍕👨🏾🍳🍕
This is my favorite pizza in NYC. The sauce is amazing. Can’t believe it took me six years to finally eat here. Better late than never! There’s only five tables so you might have to get it to go.
I have been to this place and ordered two slices of cheese pizza and that the food tasted wonderful because it just came out of the oven, the service was wonderful because lots of people were in there, and the atmosphere was the that the people there were busy making pizza, taking orders and other things.
Always loved Margarita pizza since I was in HS in the early 2000s. Always make sure to visit when I am back in NYC. Some of the best pizza I’ve had in my life.
I've wanted this pizza since before I left Queens/NY. I came for a visit and I had to eat a slice while I wait for a pie. It tastes just like how I remembered. YUM🤤 thank you 😁
Really good and fresh pizza. The crust is perfect and just how i like it. It’s cooked a little more to give it a bit of crunch and the cheese is so yummy. It’s fresh and hot out the oven and the people seem nice. The mushroom topping is a little weird because it’s like full mushroom pieces not sliced or cut like I’m used to. So it gets a little slimy and interesting. Sausage was authentic but definitely try a cheese slice because it really is just amazing. Price was good though it has gone up but inflation I guess.
Great pizza, the dining Room was a bit small but very cozy. I ordered four regular slices but beware they come piping hot. If you're not careful that 1st bite might get you. If you're in the area shopping or doing whatever, stop by for a slice you won't regret it.

Not sure why this isn’t rated higher, price or the limited options maybe. But hey, it is an old school pizza joint, so take it for what it is. The pizza here is very good and shop makes you feel like you stepped back in time. I like it a lot. Also it is cash only.
Margherita Pizza is my favorite pizzeria in NYC. It’s also my childhood pizzeria. Even though I no longer live in Queens every time I come back home, I just have to stop by. The puzzle is just perfectly cheesy and the tomato sauce has just a hint of sugar that just takes me back to my childhood.

Finally after years of hearing about this pizza I finally got a chance to grab a slice but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype I was expecting. Don’t get me wrong it’s definitely a solid slice for the area but regular slice was a little on the thicker side for me good amount of sauce and cheese just didn’t get that wow factor I think if it was thinner and kept the crisp it would be better but overall it’s probably the best slice for the area of Jamaica so if I wanted a slice and I was around I would eat it but just not something I would go out of my way for
The best part of coming to Margherita's is the food. This is authentic New York pizza 🍕. Every time I come back home, I make sure that I stop here to get a few slices. It is the best tasting pizza and the cost is reasonable. My only issue was - not sure how they added everything up - because it was more than what was advertised. They prepare everything on the spot. So it's always hot and fresh. There are a few tables in the back where you can sit and eat.

Was visiting this part of Queens and heard to check this place out. Was a bit of a walk to get to from the Jamaica train, but once we were there, the service was fast and pizza was HOT! Although a tasty NYC slice, $4 per triangle was not justified, considering this was just plain cheese.
Decent pizza. It's a bit oily & greasy but gets the job done. I've heard a lot about this place from friends so decided to try it out. The cheese used is of good quality. Check it out if you're in the area.

This pizza place was considered a staple when the OG mom and pop ran it back in the day but idk if I would recommend it anymore. They use pounds and pounds of oil, and they also give day old slices if you go before 1pm. Other than that it’s just a hit or miss now.
Decent pizza. Toppings are mostly meat with mushroom for the vegetarians. Does not warrant $4 per slice. I think people have become delusional buying this for $4 a slice and $2 for soda. I spent $10 for x2 cheese slices with one small soda. I spent $11 for x4 slices with toppings and x2 sodas near Times Square. I don't recommend this place. Walk a bit and get it cheaper from some place else.
I should not eat pizza with a fork, I can't lift without it falling apart. I've been eating pizza since I lived in Brooklyn. Where they have the best pizza. So far in Queens other than Ozone Park pizza on Liberty avenue this is not good at all. You can't enjoy your pizza if it's falling apart you try to lift it. Other than that the people are nice

This place is actually disgusting and the hygienic standards are in the toilet. Do not get me wrong the pizza is excellent. However, the person who takes people’s orders also handles money and doesn’t put gloves on to handle people’s food right afterwards. I wish I had taken a video, but I made sure to let him know. That is such a health hazard as money carries so much bacteria and then to turn around and handle people’s plates and napkins. Disgusting ! It’s a shame because their pizza is excellent but customers beware
