We stopped here for lunch and got Subway sandwiches and drink. They put it together fast and were friendly while making the sandwiches. We were pleased with the service and food. They don't have a bathroom, but the gas station portion of the facility does.
We want to give a huge shout out to the worker Ms. Bella. She was awesome and she needs a big raise. Employe of the month or something. Considering that she was the only person working tonight and my family and I came in at the last minute for dinner, she was nice and she was super quick. I’m not gone lie, there needs to be more of her. She made everything correctly and made sure to address if there was anything else. 🙏🏾 🙌🏾😇

The service here was quick and the staff, Bella and Sofia, were friendly. Super sweet girls who are both very professional. Thank you to these two girls for the stellar service and a yummy sandwich!
Very friendly staff that actually cares. They offered recommendations when asked and politely answered all my questions. This was on top of handling another customer as well. Food was good. Could be heated more but still very good.
I love this location. Great customer service. The management always does an amazing job at checking on us when we dine it. I’ve really seen this location improve overall recently. Keep up the hard work! The assistant manager Bella deserves a pat on the back for the changes. Way to go!

Walked in and there was a lady ordering 4+ footlongs. In my head i was like “damn this’ll take a minute” but the two young ladies Leah and Alyssa did a phenomenal job working together and knocked those orders out of the park! I was in and out in about three minutes. Not to mention the superb customer service that was given to me. The girls were absolute sweethearts and had such a positive attitude. They definitely need a raise ASAP!

Subway’s plan to put stores in every nook, cranny and gas station in America has, in my view, badly tarnished their brand. Perhaps the additional sales are worth it. But it seems to me that whatever allure the brand had as an alternative to unhealthy fast food has been lost. Jared certainly was the first major blow, but gas station shops hadn’t helped.

Ordered a salad and the worker would only fill the bowl half way, even after asking her to fill it with more Spinach she only threw a few extra leaves in and seemed really irritated about it, then when I asked for pepper she dumped a ton on it. If it wasn't for her coworker who was very friendly and helpful I would have rated it a 1 star.

Due better with customer service. If a customer orders a specialty sub that's plastered all over the commercials and asks to have it exactly as it comes, it might be a good idea to inform the customer if you're out of some of the ingredients before starting to make it. Just do better with communication.

Really very bad experience at a subway store in the whole world....i entered the store & i was reading the menu , the girl staff has a very bad tone & rudely said me to stay back & go away as their was someone standing near me but little far...than i came in front after some time & they were making it very rudely...than without any reason the rude girl told me ' dont make such expressions & go away if you dont want , , i was like what ? They are insulting customers very badly...i felt really very bad & honestly i bought & threw it outside..very very bad...
This was my second bad experience at this subway. I ordered and my food was cold as ice. I took it back in the store she asked if I wanted it remade and i said yes. It was a chicken bacon ranch sandwich once she put everything on my sandwich she then says there’s no ranch. My sandwiches are always made sloppy. Next time I’ll just take the drive out of town to get subway!
This is my first time ensuring I wrote a review because it was that bad. Not one staff member looked at me when I walked in, and I was legitimately the only person in the store. All the girls looked very angry at me for choosing to come in at 6 pm that evening for a sandwich. The whole encounter was very awkward and disrespectful.
Good customer service skills are very much needed at this place. Two out of the three girls that were working here on 12/01 were very unpleasant, unprofessional, and had very poor attitudes. You could clearly tell by how they threw our sandwiches together, how they were talking to us and never once looked up at us that they did not care to be there. If this place got better employees it would be thriving. Every time I go to this location I am reminded as to why I don’t go very often. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve actually gotten good customer service here. Do better.
The lady got really confused with our order. She messed it up. She said We need to know better how to order. This was for my daughter and me. She seemed like she was in a very bad mood. We just took the order and did not make a scene. But it looks like she needs training in customer service, how to behave with customers.
Charged my card and refused to make order or give credit after paid on the app Very rude staff I was simply asking in a calm and professional tone to speak to a manager to either credit back my credit card OR make the sand which which I tipped in advance! And showed her the order and proof my card was charged! Young lady obviously has NO skill set to talk to a customer, was very sarcastic and nasty Will not go back ! How rude for no reason !!
There was a bone fragment in my meatball sub that I broke my tooth on, upon telling the manager she looked at me like I'm stupid because "it's ground beef how could there be a bone in it" and the district manager didn't care to have a conversation about an injury from their food products. Would not recommend going to this location unless you want sub-par food and attitude
The food here is good but the service on Christmas Day was absolutely horrible. The two girls that worked on Christmas Day were beyond rude to several customers. If I ever walk into that store again and see them behind the counter I will definitely not waste my money there!
Tapping your card automatically added the tip. I wouldn't of tipped for a bad attitude
