Burned my two pizzas. Saturday night and they are the worst crew I've ever seen here. They all should be fired.I ordered online and the pizza tracker said they were ready. We went in to get them but they hadn't even started. We waited 35 minutes for burned pizzas. $25.40

Normally order from here and it is great but they need someone to double check their pizzas before sending them out. I got a pepperoni extra cheese pizza and it looks like they didn’t put enough pepperonis on it and the crust tastes bland like they didn’t put on the stuff that makes it taste good. I was really disappointed by this.

Late. Pizza left store at 17:10 went to other deliveries? Driver shows up at 17:52 so 40 min delivery when I stay 10 to 15 max away. 1.2 miles away. So I am being kind with the 10 to 15min away. Pizza was scheduled for 17:26 let's just say 17:30. Late. Never took delivery of the pizza. Canceled order. Ate cereal yummy.

I’ve had issues with this store multiple times and today was the last time I am ordering from here. The food is great, but the service is atrocious. Multiple times I’ve made an order for delivery and it takes 1.5 to 2 hours for the delivery driver to even be on their way. Twice I have had to just go up to the store to get it. Today the app kept saying it was stuck in the “being made” phase and the delivery time kept getting pushed back (over an hour). I called to see if I could come get it but nobody answers the phone. I went to pick it up and the guy that finally addressed me said he didn’t even see my order so it must not be made yet. Then he walked away. I waited for about 15 minutes and then I get an alert on my phone that the delivery driver just left the store with the order. I was literally there to pick it up and nobody communicated a single thing. I am beyond annoyed with the lack of communication and customer service skills. I understand being busy, and I know these guys are over worked and under paid but COMMUNICATE.

I’ve been ordering the Philly Cheese Steak Pizza from Domino’s for many years in different states, and it has always been one of my favorites. However, the pizza I received from this branch was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. 👎🏼 Half of the ingredients were missing there was almost no steak at all, and it felt like they just sent me a plain cheese pizza instead. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a form of deception. I have already sent a complaint email to Domino’s corporate office, stating that this branch and its owner should be urgently investigated for quality and customer satisfaction issues.

I ordered an online pizza today around 12:20. It said it would take about 45 minutes. That’s no problem at all. I live about 3.5 miles away. The pizza didn’t show up until roughly 1:48. Almost an hour and half just seems kind of odd. I try to factor in all things like amount of staff, traffic, and maybe multiple stops. Which is why I was okay with waiting 45 minutes-1 hour. Almost 2 hours is absolutely terrible.

My 16 pc Parmesan bread bites were overcooked and burnt. I ate two and it was hard throughout. The bread bites are supposed to be soft on the inside and actual be a bread consistency. It was like eating a cracker. The bread bites looked like pretzels due to being overcooked.

We’ve been ordering for a monthly Veterans lunch. The first month, the pizza arrived early but the pepperoni pizza was over baked. The second time, we decided to go pick it up. The worker ignored us and he was rude. They also forgot a topping and a sauce cup. The third time the pizza was delivered 35 minutes late. We called several times and Sumner was so rude! She said “I already told somebody else it will be there in 10 minutes.” She said she’s working by herself. I left comments on Domino’s Facebook posts. I filled out a survey and called corporate. This is absolutely the worst Domino's for accuracy and lack of customer service!

I love dominos pizza but these wings are BIG NO, tasteless , not cooked well, very disappointed couldn’t even finish 1 pc that I started , it tasted horrible

Damaged my tooth from a rock that was inside the pizza. Management offered a free pizza. Summer (a manager) didn’t apologize for the situation and basically both managers seemed to be in disbelief and reluctant to help. Now I have to get x rays on my tooth and my apology is a free pizza from a dirty kitchen.
