The manager made me go inside to pick up doordash order while trying to use drive thru. When I go inside for the order he tells me doordash drivers (not referring to me he said) mess up his orders and grab the wrong items. I'm like well mr smarty manager then you should allow doordash drivers to use drive thru then. There's no harm in that!!

They need to pay better to hire good staff, and they should update the store, they say they do not have to scan the offers you receive by text message. According to the manager, he could help me with my order and I never turned to see me after an employee told him about me, I was standing for more than 10 minutes and he kept giving priority to all other people before me. I am not back NEVER

I went to pick up my order from KFC today, but when I politely asked for some ice, the staff refused without giving any reason. On top of that, my order was incomplete. It was disappointing, especially since I made the effort to pick it up myself. I hope the store can review this issue and improve the service quality.

Told me my chicken was gonna be a 5 minute wait ended up being 20 minutes and counting because they gave away the chicken meant for my order. The staff is all very confused ….. the manager isnt leading. Meanwhile they have customers receiving wrong orders and getting upset. Unless you want to wait and still be disappointed I would not come here to this location.

After reading all the comments I decided to not even attempt to drive to this place. Too many negative reviews so I'll just keep the memory of what KFC use to taste like and how the people who worked there were passionate about cooking and serving the people that trusted the product. The cost has risen but the service and quality of the food has decreased according to many of the reviews. There were offers but the link did not work and according to some comments the manager may have honored the offer but depended on the attitude of the day. I may visit for myself as a secret shopper and bring back updates but as for now $30 to $40 for a bucket of chicken is out rageous especially if the morale is poor because another worker did not show up and they are short-handed.

The food they send for delivery is trash, old, leftover scraps. The reason I ordered delivery is bc I had surgery and unable to drive; otherwise, I would have taken it back. Now I have to spend more money to order something decent.

9/16/2025 Ordered at 7:32 First off I want to say that the staff at this location is always polite and respectful and the real issues is with that older white gentleman who I presume to be the manager. always unpleasant ordering with him .tonight I decided to get dinner but After waiting for almost 30 mins ,I tried to see what the hold up was I was fixing to get a refund before I got my food .as I was checking over order I heard said gentleman mentioned earlier throwing a tantrum which i presume was him since there was a lot of banging and trays being thrown in his general direction Honestly at this point I just hope upper management can address this issue Since most of the staff appear to be Young adults who shouldn’t put up with that sort of toxic environment especially from a authority figure

My unfavorable review of this KFC joint was years in the making and bound to happen after previous visits where I really wanted to provide my experience and opinion but really wanted to give them a chance. 1. Don't come here if you expect any decent customer service. It's obvious people skills not part of the franchise training curriculum. 2. Chickens fried in dark looking oil and saturated with it. We literally had to use paper towels to squeeze out the oil. Looks as if the pieces were leftover from the previous day because they looked refried. Skins were soft like wet tissues and dark brown looking. 3. Overpriced. I must have slept the last decade and woken up to massive inflation. Their regular size sides such as corn, mashed potatoes and cole slaw which are extremely small servings but priced at $3.39 each. Four over baked, dried biscuits came out to be almost $6.

Placed an order at 5pm for 7:45pm pickup. Showed up the location at 7:50pm and order was not ready. Asked and was told to wait ten minutes. No one eating in the store and no cars in the drive thru so not sure why the delay. Asked after ten minutes and still not ready. Ended up taking 30 minutes. Completely unprofessional and offered no explanation. Had a similar experience here in the past and it turns out it was not a one off situation. Will not be returning to this location.

I'd like to start off with saying the staff at 908 s. Mason rd were excellent. Kind, polite and prompt. Exactly what everyone needs in a brief fast food experience. But due to corporate standards I'm giving KFC a 1 star review. As you can see in the photo attached, each of these sides are about 4 bites each for 7 dollars. Or roughly 3.39+ a pop. Church's chicken and Checkers have sandwich al a carté options for nearly that exact amount. Inflation isn't so bad that, nearly, an hour of minimum wage work means you get this much. Wildly disappointed in KFC corporate portion size standards. Fire your chicken lobbyists/bureaucrats and lower the wage of the ceo. Your customers deserve better as well as your employees.

I don't know why it always late. Never on time at least one time The app said the time ready to pickup. I came and wait 15-20 min more. Seems all KFC stores serve all customers order in store first.

Absolutly the worst chicken I've gotten from here in 15 years: I ordered a 12 peice bucket of original recipe with 2 side of cole slaw and 1 side of sweet corn. The cashier got a serious attitude when I asked how fresh the chicken was, had to ask 3 times before she said it was cooked 45 minutes ago. I got my order home to realize the cashier gave me 2 corns and 1 cole slaw and the chicken was overcooked crispy and not original recipe. The chicken was hard, dry, and chewy. KFC on S. Mason road has gone downhill so badly that I'm surprised they can even stay open. My suggestion: fire your staff and manager and start from scratch, hire people that care about the quality of their product. You've lost a long time customer today.

Avoid if you can. We got the spicy chicken burger and it was terrible. The burger was very dry, no sauce and no spice at all. It was very bland, not worth the money.
