The barista at the drive through is wonderful. She makes my day every time I stop by. I know she has a unique name but can’t remember this moment. This location makes the best drinks and the same, every single time.
I’ve been going to Starbucks for over 15 years now and never have I encountered such incredible customer service as I have here at this location with Britton! I even asked him if he was the branch manager of this store because every single time we stop by his customer service is just unlike any other! He is so knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and just an absolute rock star! Rarely do you ever find people that actually know what excellent customer service is these days so shout out to whoever hired Britton because he really is one of a kind and is representing Starbucks in the best possible way!! And Britton I can’t thank you enough for always being so kind and friendly when the kids and I stop by for our after school treats… you’re truly the best!!
I love this Starbucks! All the staff is so friendly and helpful. They all know my name and what I order.. haha ! Which is great to me. They are always smiling and just ready to make sure you are happy with your service. I always come to this location. It’s hard for me to go to another location. I highly recommend coming to this location here in Keller.
I love this location (Rufe Snow & Keller Pkwy in the Kroger parking lot). The staff is excellent. Such friendly, polite, courteous, and professional people!! They always greet you with a warm smile and a kind 'good morning'!! I'm not often in that area but if I am, they will be my go-to coffee shop!! They make a mean 'Mocha Latte'. 😀
This is my absolute favorite Starbucks ever. I literally live closer to like 4 other Starbucks, but I drive further to this location because my coffee here is made right every single time, and I don’t have to worry about spending $5 on my drink and it not tasting right. They do a wonderful job consistently, and the staff here are super friendly and fast paced. My favorite Starbucks by far. Will be driving here daily for my drink.
Needed a place to participate in a phone meeting. Ordered a cup of white chocolate mocha. Delicious. Also had some lemon cake. Great environment, quiet enough to have my meeting and good snack and coffee.
Place is OK... The parking and drive thru setup is awful... I'd it's busy and you get to park you'll get blocked by the drive thru car line. It's usually busy here.
Placed on order online to "save time". Placed order at 8:50 and wasn't available tol 9:13. Getting drive thru orders made before pickup. 12 cars went thru (i stopped counting) Went thru the drive thru yesterday and it took a shorter time. Lesson learned...pick up orders in drive thru
I usually appreciate Starbucks, but this location consistently gives me an awkward experience — and it’s always from the same drive-thru employee. Every time I mobile order (even 5-10+ minutes ahead), I get lectured when I pull up: “Too many people ahead of you.” “You need to order sooner.” “We’ll have to expedite this.” I’m not sure why I’m being scolded for using mobile ordering — if I pulled up and ordered at the speaker, wouldn’t that slow things down even more? This is the only Starbucks where this happens, and it makes the whole pickup experience unnecessarily tense. The drinks are fine, but the customer interaction needs attention. Mobile orders shouldn’t come with a guilt trip.
Just tried to get a coffee before work and I had to drive off with no coffee. My barista spent her whole time while I was at the window chatting it up with her coworker completely ignoring me, note I was the only customer there. I was highly disappointed.
Super bummed about my order. I asked for extra whip cream on my mocha frappechino and I literally got LESS than what the normal amount is. I wanted to say something, but they were busy, and I also feel awkward asking. I tried calling, but no one answered.
Starbucks can we not ask young girls if they’re pregnant to force conversation? Just close the window or walk away. I’m barely 22 and on my way to working thinking I’ll get a treat today when this lady just had to kill the silence by telling me how pregnant I looked. Looking at my belly and then asking and when I told her no she continued to tell me my nose and cheeks are puffy. Thank you, it’s called the menstrual cycle. I wish I could have just skipped this part of the day and went to another location. Was not expecting a side of tears with my Starbucks this morning
I don’t understand why I have to wait 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee at this location. I paid for the coffee and I left without it because I didn’t want to be late at work. They need to learn from Dutch Bros Coffee quick execution service. No more Starbucks for me. ☹️
Soo I really didn't want to post but I just feel disheartened by my experience at this starbucks location today. I had a very big test today and as a reward I went to get myself a treat. I cannot drink milk so I ordered an oatmilk vanilla latte with stevia.I waited 15 minutes for the gentlemen infront of me to recieve his beverage, when it got to my turn I had been in line so long my break was almost up. Then when I recieved my beverage I had to leave immediately to get back on time. Only to see it wasnt oatmilk, and now I couldnt enjoy my treat I worked so hard for.(I'm on a very strict diet so I cannot have coffee everyday) Crushed, on my final moments of break I called trying to see what my options where. A woman answered and when I explained the situation she apologized saying she remembers it was her who took the order. And i should have spoke up so she could hear me.She did apologize but said for a correction I would have to take the drink back there or to any starbucks to have them fix it. With the drink in it.When I explained I don't get off till 5 and don't want coffee that late she told me to get a refund I would have to come back in store. Understanding this I began to explain why it was so important to me just wanting to be heard,and explain why double checking orders is so important for allergies(I've worked in service for over 10 years)I was interrupted by a changed attitude of petty defensiveness. She stated with a scoff"well like I just told you....." to which I hung up. I decided I would just go after work and talk to a manager. So I do just that. I'm greeted with such kindness by the two younger employees who make me feel so heard and cared for....but the young girl literally had to pull her manager to help. An older woman who did not say a word to me, didn't smile, a cold shoulder.i explained the situation to which I recieve an "uh-huh" both of the companies i work for often buy starbucks gift cards for their employees as appreciation.... I think I'll share my experience with them, see if maybe we switch to dutch brothers. As hardworking caring teachers and therapists for clients who work tirelessly to help children and clients who have special needs we...live off our coffee. I hear dutch brothers makes a good vanilla lattee,guess we'll find out. I wish my experience would have been better, I tried really hard to make it. I got a refund, the whole 7 for a medium.which I might add is super high priced. But I much rather would have just been listened to.
This is our favorite Starbucks and we’re here at least once a week. Service is great or terrible depending on who is there. I’m always vexed by how frequently they put up a sign saying “Drive Thru Only” when they seem to have adequate staff and the drive through isn’t that busy. This is one of the Starbucks with nicer seating and a great ambience so sad that the staff frequently closes it. Today we experienced that while we happened to be sitting inside when they put up a sign not allowing others to enter since they were short staffed and the drive through was busy… except they had 4 people there and the drive through was empty. Oh well. Thankfully there are a number of other nice coffee shops that have opened nearby so we have options.
There use to be a time where “light ice” didn’t mean “light drink” too. I get protocol is probably being followed. But, 6$ for a good 1/4th off the top missing is annoying to see. Update. I ordered again without light ice and again a good chunk missing off the top. Second photo added just to show how inconsistent they truly are
