First time ordering online from this location and I had a great experience. I ordered before opening time, and my food still arrived in under 30 minutes. Everything was smooth, fast, and efficient. Definitely ordering from here again!
Good service from Keanua she is really nice and friendly! I’ve eaten here for a long time and I’ve had no problems.
Good food, facility Clean, staff ok, not overly friendly but get the job done. I have ate inside and taken food to go from this location. Never have had a problem.
The taste of the wings was great! However, the incorrect rub was applied to the boneless wings, and a small amount of fries was included in the large container.
As it goes with most wing stop franchises the food is very hit or miss. When it’s great it’s well worth the money. When it’s bad it’s full regret of purchase. One good things I can say is this one usually is fairly quick with making your order.
EVERY TIME we come to this location they always mess up my order, whether its missing fries or even swapping out items without letting us know. Even had the audacity to charge me extra for cheese for the fries and the fries are missing! So i paid for cheese and fries and all for or what
main manager lilly was actually the most disrespectful person i’ve ever met. was rushing my mom during her order and laughed at her every time she asked a simple question. we ended up leaving bc of the amount of disrespectful, take your business anywhere else then here.
I never make reviews but I had to this time. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a 10 piece wing combo and this was the size of ALL my wings. Not to mention they were ice cold. I am very disappointed. They do not wear gloves when preparing food and definitely need to be inspected. Just dont eat here.
Every time i ask for extra seasoning on doordash, and every time i don’t get it, so i went in person, and i asked for extra seasoning, and i politely explained that i’d like seasoning not plain greasy wings, they proceeded to put a COMICAL amount of seasoning on my fries ruining them, and almost no seasoning on my wings, ruining them, and based on the reviews i saw coming here, no one likes how this store is being run.
All of the wings were under sauced, practically all were just regular wings at that point. First time ordering from here and will be the last unfortunately.
I have ordered from this restaurant several times in the past and the food has always been fine. However last night I attempted to place a to go order and the young lady on the phone was argumentative and insisted I ordered nine wings and not ten. I let this go as I just wanted to place my order. What I couldn’t get past was her saying I was unable to order the two additional tenders until I got to the restaurant to pickup my food because I was using a coupon. What I expressed that this made no sense to me she rude and exclaimed It made sense to her. I canceled my order and took my business elsewhere. It’s unfortunate because the location is close to my house.
I placed an online order of the 20 piece boneless wings. I should have known the food was going to be bad. The food was ready several minutes ahead of the given time. The wing had obviously been refried (they were as hard as bricks). The fries were cold. I called and spoke to the shift manager and he wanted me to bring the order back. Now I'm burden with the task of burn extra gas. Needless to say we ate cereal, which wasn't what we wanted. The cereal was fine but I caution anyone about patronizing the Kemah location.
We got shorted wings and a regular fry when we ordered a large. My husband went back in and the girl told him it was a large so then I go in. I went in and stood there for a couple mons while the workers talked and one guy finally came up and asked what was wrong. Told him what the girl said he said no thats not a large ill fix it and he made the wings that were not put in to. One of the guys heard me and my husband talking about not coming to this location anymore taking the extra time to drive to a location way further because this happens to often. When it does the females always have attitudes when you tell them it was incorrect. The guy gave us 5 free boneless wings and when I got the correct things and I told them he put in 5 wings for us the girl looked at me and said why would he give you free wings. Um I dont know because yall messed up my order then you lied to my husband and told him he had a large fry when he didn't. The guys never have attitudes but the girls always do. The guy worker got in trouble for giving us 5 free BONELESS WINGS. $3.29. We are done with this location and will now drive further to get wingstop
The fact that NO ONE from Wingstop corporate hasn’t responded to ANYONE is absolutely ridiculous and shows they don’t care. Count your days Kemah Location. I will find someone who cares.
They took forever to make my order, messed it up, still gave me a messed up order again, missed the fries, I had to purchase more fries and somehow they managed to take 20 mins + for just that. Not the mention your employee was just chitchatting with friends instead of focusing in the orders he needed to pack!
Every time I order from this location they MESS UP my order. Either I get the wrong food or there’s items missing. There needs to be better management. Bunch of kids messing around instead of doing their job. Don’t order from this location
I placed a door dash order online. And unfortunately you aren’t able to make modifications ONLINE. I always have to call in for modifications which is not a big deal. But everytime I call and ask for my meal to be WET with extra cheese they say okay and never fix it. Because I’m used The two days I called last night after ordering and specifically asked to speak to a manager the shift leader, Abbie she said her name is stated that yes they would make my order wet of course it did not come that way and it was dry. I wanted to replace the order today. I called and spoke with her again after asking for a manager and she tells me I need to contact DoorDash and put me on hold without saying anything gets back on the phone and tells me to contact DoorDash again but DoorDash has NOTHING to do with the modifications. if this is who y’all have as a shift leader, I feel bad for the rest of the employees the way she talk to me as a customer was very rude and saying she can’t do anything about it is absurd! You must definitely can make modifications to my order as Bay Area does it all the time all I asked for what wet and specific drinks. I did not get that!!! She was soooooo rude and I want to speak with an ACTUAL MANAGER!!! Not a rude young shift lead. Because she isn’t LEADING anything but attitude. Don’t visit the Kemah location if you’re looking for good customer service!! And she needs a COACHING. Bad!
I placed an order through Wingstop’s website, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The order took over an hour to arrive. When the delivery driver (who was with DoorDash, as Wingstop uses them for delivery) arrived, she informed me that the food had originally been packaged in a bag that was ripped open at the bottom, causing everything to spill on her. She made them rebag the food because she refused to deliver it in that condition — which I appreciate — but the fact that it was sent out that way is unacceptable. When I received the order, it was incorrect, even though the receipt clearly showed what I had ordered through the system. I called the store to request a refund because at that point, traffic was completely blocked due to Fourth of July road closures near Kemah, and I couldn’t reasonably go pick anything up (I live in Seabrook). Instead of resolving the issue, I was told they could remake the food, but I’d have to pick it up myself — completely missing the point that delivery was ordered to avoid this exact situation. When I asked for a refund, the employee told me they couldn’t provide one. She also refused to give me the manager’s name and identified herself as “Sarah.” Later, when my husband called, he was told no one by that name worked there. Overall, this was a terrible customer service experience — between the incorrect order, poor handling of the food, refusal to issue a refund, and unhelpful and misleading communication from staff.
Immediately met with an attitude and disregard, the front desk girl who was on the phone with her mother more concerned about getting picked up than taking our order. I ordered boneless wings which I repeated 3 times seeing how I guess I was interrupting her phone call. We witnessed 4 orders sitting there while the customers sat and waited for them. Not at any point did anyone call out names for orders. The front desk girl grabbed her food and left. At this point I’m 37 minutes into the situation. After 41 minutes I get my order, 10 Peice bone in wings. At this point I just asked for a refund to which the girl cooking ( extremely rude as well might I add ) hands me a refund ticket for $0 told me to call her manager ! At this point they can have the $17 dolllars they charged me and maybe put it towards maybe upgrading their useless staff.
Great if you want to watch people who place their order 20mins after you get their food first while you continue to wait 45 minutes to get your order while the cashier is looking at their phone instead of doing their job. Would give 0 stars if possible, food was good at least service horrible.
