Custard and cheese curds. Just the best ever!

Great place for family and friends to spend time dining fast food. Quiet and calm environment and very friendly employees, I haven’t had a bad experience yet. The food is very tasty a little pricey if your used to dollar menu or 6 below. Usual prices range about from $8 -$12 depending on what you order. And instead of ice cream they serve custard which is really good looks like ice cream but has a unique taste. Overall I great place.

Fabulous hamburgers.. almost as good as homemade. Cheese curds always hit the spot and the fish plate is wonderful. Can't wait til they have walleye for lent!!!

We dine here once a week. The food feels like it's more of comfort food which is always great. The place is always clean. Their Wisconsin cheese on the chili cheese fries 🍟 are too die for. Over all would definitely recommend

Came here on a recommendation. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite for me having never been here. Deluxe hamburger was amazing and a great deal ($4 something). Pretzel bites and crinkle cut fries were stellar. Icing on the cake is the own-brand root beer. Highly recommend this chain.

Culver's boasts a robust selection of their signature butter burger accompanied with your choice of topping. I had the double with bacon, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. It was what a complete burger should be, and at a great value! I dare say it is better than the burger place that starts with a W! Desserts feature frozen custard, malts, and shakes. You cannot come to Culver's and not have dessert. I went for a frozen custard blended with chocolate. Absolutely fantastic! , rich and creamy. Don't worry if this sounds like too much, they have a short size that is probably equivalent to a single scoop of ice cream. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the drive thru operator said goodbye as we left. Great place, and I shall return to try the mushroom burger! A year later in 2023, still fantastic!

My very favorite burger place. What is not to love?? The prices are reasonable, the food is great, the service is top notch. My only complaint is the closest location to me is 40 minutes away. This place is a special treat.

Had no power (hurricane Beryl) for 7 days and was so starving for hot food, which is difficult with Celiac Disease. When I googled Culver's did have a gluten free burger (no gf fries 😕) I decided to make the drive. ABSOLUTELY best decision as I explained to your employees. He smiled so big when I said "you have no idea how you just made my day!" He said "You're Welcome Ma'am!" The burger stayed hot til I got home. Cheese, FRESH lettuce, FRESH tomatoes, pickles, onions & the gluten free bun. HAPPY experience just when I needed it!!

They have gluten-free buns available. They are served warm in single-serve plastic bags with the burger separate. I can't verify, but they tasted like Udi's buns. I'm pleased to find this out. I'm gluten sensitive and did not have a reaction.

The Mushroom and Swiss Double Burger Basket was delicious! The crinkle fries were outstanding and hot with just the right amount of saltiness. I'll pass on the Stuffed Pepper soup. We love the refillable drinks. My husband can never get enough Dr Pepper. Two of us liked the chocolate of the flavor of the day with Reese's.

Staff is super friendly and eager to answer all questions you have about the menu items. It's easy to customize orders and there is always new ice cream to try.

Great food and service with a smile. The atmosphere was weird as it was eerily quiet. The overhead sound did not match the television so that added to the weirdness as they were both custard commercials. Overall a good experience.

The speed of service and quality of food were exactly what you would expect if you're a fan of the Culver's chain. If you've never tried a Culver's restaurant before I would highly recommend it. Save room for the custard.

What can I say, except it is Culver's. The food always tastes great especially considering that this is a fast food restaurant, the service is good, and their frozen custard can't be beaten by anyone including the awesome Wendy's frosty.

Wife and I sat in the dining area and almost the whole restaurant was full. Which to me says a lot about the atmosphere and the quality of the food. Wish there were more Culver's in the Houston area.

The Culver's Deluxe Double is a top burger in the fast food game. In & Out is a close #2 in my opinion. The culvers peanut butter shake tho, cannot be topped.

This is our favorite cheeseburger spot. They always taste fresh. Not only are the burgers top tier but so are their onion rings, perfectly crispy and never slimy. It feels like an old fashion place but in a good way. The employees always seem to be doing what needs to be done and are always willing to help. Culvers isn't trendy just quality food in a family friendly atmosphere at a good price. Pro tip - Their Root Beer is fantastic (it's in their DNA)

So this started as a subpar experience because my husband got me chicken temders instead of a burger BUT, IT QUICKLY TURNED AROUND. My chicken is shaped like a ding dong and I wish I could post a picture. MADE MY DAY LMAO

We discovered Culver’s first on a Florida vacation and have since found a couple in the Houston area. Mind you metro Houston is very large and this location is nowhere near our house so it’s a bit of a commute for us to get here, but definitely worth the occasional drive across town. The food is tasty, the kids love it for sure, but it’s the custard that brings us back over and over again. They sell by the pint and have a 4 pack deal so each visit we make results in a rather large quantity of take home flavors for the garage freezer. Definitely recommended

Never a bad experience at a Culvers. They are always the most polite people. The food is always good. If I had to think of something I would say the girl working the cash registers spoke really quietly so we had to keep leaning in to hear her. Maybe could use some better music than the elevator stuff

Honestly, Culver's is one of the best fast food burgers by any chain! I love me a burger from the orange-striped place across the street too, but Culver's is every bit as good, if not better! Also, my wife loves coming to Culver's because they have a more diverse menu than most burger chains. So it's a win-win! She won't go to other burger places because of the lack of 'healthier' menu options.

Came here with my sister for an afternoon treat. First time visiting. Tons of parking. No line inside. Order at the counter and they give you a number, then go find a table and they bring your food / drinks to you. Service was good. I got the wild cherry cooler and it was delicious. It had fresh blended cherries in it. Nice spot for a treat.

I truly enjoyed my burger. They taste homemade and they are hot in temptress not lukewarm like some places. I love the crinkle fries as well. I have only tried the Deluxe hamburger but can't wait to try the seafood. The employees are so nice and polite and always greet you when you come in.

Once again we made another trip to Culvers but this time the kids got to indulge with us! With their flavor of the day custard being chocolate covered strawberry they were very happy to sat the least. Food is always very fresh and delicious without a doubt. We LOVE Culvers! ❤️ We ordered 2 double butter burgers *deluxe* meals with regular fries on one and chili cheese with the other. Kids got the single butter burger meals with fries. My daughter is the picky one of the 2 and she said it was the best burger shes ever had from a fast food place and that says A LOT! 😂❤️ We shall be back!!

I cannot recommend this Culver’s enough. It is one of the best run locations I’ve ever visited. I ordered through their online ordering system, and the curbside service was unbelievably fast. My food was brought to my car before I even had time to put it in park! The staff are consistently friendly, cheerful, and professional, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. Conveniently located right off the highway, this Culver’s has become our go-to road trip pit stop. The signature ButterBurgers never disappoint.

I have frequented this particular store many many times over the last 10 years. I've always had perfect food and the perfect service. Today the staff went above and beyond for me. I brought 2 toddlers, 1 preteen, and an infant in for lunch by myself. The ones working behind the counter made sure every door was held for me. Our drinks stayed full. Came to the table to get the kids ice cream orders and my to go order. Brought it all out to my table no questions. No hesitation. Thank you to the staff for everything you have ever done for my family and I while in the store. The owners know how to run a store. They've hired some amazing staff over the years. This restaurant is great! The staff were cordial, the spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and drink I had tastes so good I got another one to-go! Will I go back? Definitely. I just wish it were closer to home. It took nearly an hour to get there from home in the mid-afternoon when there was less traffic. First time I went to this location a few years back: Traffic galore and took me 90+ minutes. So yeah, just that one drawback. P. S. - Before you ask, I did email them asking if they'd open another location closer to me (inbetween Houston and Galveston) 😁

This was my first time trying Culver’s. I had the double bacon cheeseburger meal. The service was nice, fresh and delicious! This is definitely one of the best fast food burger restaurants. I paid $13.85 for a full meal, which seems reasonable in this day and time. Overall, I would eat here again!

Recently discovered this chain and wanted to try. We got a Double Butter Burger Meal and a Wisconsin Cheese Melt Meal with fries, and also a side of cheese curds. Everything was great; liked the burger a little better than the melt as we preferred the bun to the toast. Cheese curds also were great. As for dessert, we had a Vanilla Shake and a scoop of Vanilla Custard. The frozen treats were rich and creamy. All the dairy items were very satisfying. Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staffers. They have more interesting items like seafood that we like to try.

Back at it again, out searching for my favorite place in the world! First time to this location. First appearance is very clean and orderly. Cashier was super friendly. We briefly talked about the military and that he was joining the Air Force. As to my routine, I ordered the triple butter burger with a side of curds. Presentation was beautiful. Food was hot,fresh,delicious! I wasted no time and devoured that thing in record time! I might hit this place up tomorrow as I leave town, or hit up different one.. only time will tell. You know I could take my review that I posted about another Culver's and paste it right here. I won't do that, but if I did, It would all be truthful about this location as well. I love it when a chain of restaurants can stay consistent, consistency is key, I can preach a sermon about consistency being imperative in any relationship, but I'll stop it there. The staff was super friendly and efficient, just as you would expect from an American restaurant, and it wasn't that over-bearing friendliness lol, I'm sure you know the friendliness I'm talking about where the person seems as if they have some kind of ulterior motive, behind that smile and dead eyes. The food was hot, the strawberry-mango Ice I got was perfect for the Houston weather, and if I'm ever on that side of town I will stop again.. Great staff, great service and great food I literally only wish it were closer

This is my father's favorite fast food hamburger place and he loves the mushrooms swiss burger. The food was exceptional, fresh, cooked to order and served quickly. The restaurant was clean, stocked and had a great atmosphere for a fast food place. What stopped the experience from being a 5 star experience was the person taking the order, a 12 or 14 year employee, according to his name badge, not sure why he still works there is he is no longer happy at what he does. The reception was cold, the order taking strenuous and the appreciation was non existing. If you wear a 12 or 14 year tenure badge, one would think that you are proud of that accomplishment, it seemed as if he was hating being there. For the manager of that location, I would highly recommend sitting down with the associate to find out what snuffed his spark, as I am sure he was a great associate for all these years.

I have been to this location twice and the customer service is always great, especially for a busy drive thru!! The shrimp basket is good and plentiful! Unfortunately, the burgers were large in size but not flavorful, at all! The fries are a definite favorite of ours. And they have the BEST custard! The selection is amazing! The malts/shakes have made me a fan!

I recently found Culver's and have to say it was a pleasant experience, very clean, friendly and a wide variety of food. The menu might be a little overwhelming because of the many selections but in a good way at least for me and my family. I definitely see our family going back again.

First time eating at Culver's was this weekend. Staff there was super friendly and helpful, as I was unsure what to order. The Sourdough melt was decent, nothing special. No explosive flavor or nothing crazy. Had a few too many onions on it for my taste. Fries were perfect. Cooked just right for me. Blackberry Cobbler shake was also good, but not crazy good. The flavor wasn't really there for me. It tasted very similar to just regular vanilla ice cream. Chocolate shake was excellent. Burger was good as well.

Great location just off 59N on Northpark Dr. Good variety of food from burgers to dinner plates like fried shrimp, fried fish and pot roast. If you like you ice cream by the scoop with a good choice of toppings to a really good shake they have it. Nice place for families.

Food was good overall. Went through drive thru after lunch hour. Ordered snacks not meals. It wasn't very busy but still had to wait for our food. We told by window cashier that we had to pull forward and wait for our order (just like the care ahead & behind us). I felt that the onion rings were a little greasy and a little over cooked and very dark (maybe double fried?) so I took one star away for that. Cheese curds were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Drinks had the right amount of soda to ice ratio. So you don't feel like you just paid for a glass of ice and a single ounce of soda.

Culver's is one of my favorite fast food establishments. Unfortunality the one in The Woodlands closed so it's a trek getting here but worth it. Food while it does take some time was delivered hot and accurate. The only grip I had with the place is that it was a little dirty but it was passible in my opinion. There is a need for more Culver's in the Houston area.

Burgers, Reuben sandwich, and custard are great. The shrimp not so much. Thin, greasy and over fried. The Cod was cooked, battered, and flavored really nice but was served in a puddle of grease, which made all the batter on the bottom soggy. Couldn't even pick up a piece without it falling apart because it was so soggy/mushy. The dining area, takes, and drink station are very nice and clean. The men's room front half was also quite clean and nice, but, the single urinal was out of service, so the toilet stall was the only option and it's disgusting. Filthy, auto flusher not working, and everything metal was corroded and rusting, which indicates it's not being routinely cleaned. Just gross. See my picture of the grab bars, I'll spare you the image of the filthy toilet area. Also excellent travel stop libation with little of accessible parking even with an RV or trailer.

Got the shrimp and fries... Low quality frozen shrimp with too much batter. Crinkle cut fries also of frozen quality. The doctor pepper was delicious 🤷 I probably would have been happier with a burger, and so would you.

Their fountain root beer is amazing, but the rest of the meal was just average. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the cheeseburger, served with two tiny pieces of onion and two pickles. The beef itself was fine, I guess - but this was one sad attempt at a burger. The onion rings were cold, and they charge extra for a ranch dip. Seriously? Service was ok, definitely not service with a smile. I didn’t see a single employee who didn’t look like they were serving a community service sentence. The dining room was clean, so was the bathroom. So they have that going for them. Overall though, I wouldn’t go back.

Cheeseburgers and chicken strips are awesome. Double cheeseburger is noticeably better than the single. The double is better than 5 guys, in my opinion! Seems like Culvers is becoming more and more mainstream and less concerned with the customers' experience. We order a grilled chicken sandwich with no butter every visit for my wife, who has a dairy allergy. This time, they made both sandwiches the same. Concerning because we ordered 1 with no butter, 1 with no tomatoes. They both have no tomatoes. After circling around and coming through the drive-through for the second time, explaining the concern and informing them when someone says no butter, there's likely an important reason. The lady told me to pull up, and they can remake the sandwich with no butter. No problem, I can wait another 7 minutes. Then I'm assuming the manager(order Hispanic gentleman) came out to "look at the sandwiches to see which was made with no butter." In my experience, butter melts and becomes translucent. I'm not willing to wage my wife's health on anyone's ability to discern weather or not butter was used, so I asked if they could make another. He said sure just give me the other sandwich. No problem, I'm not looking for free food. However, since they made a mistake and could have ended up with my wife in the hospital, is it not the least they could do? Instead, it went to the garbage as he said.

Mom and ordered the Patty melt fries and onion rings. The p-melts were dripping with oil buns and the meat. Had no flavor. If I hadn't been such a cheddar lover, there would have been nothing to like about the p-melt. The onion rings...onions tasted as if it was made from an onion that was going soft about to spoil. The crinkle fries and the cheddar cheese on Patty melt was not worth the $24. I spent, and the one fruit punch drink was watered down that I had to become a mixology so that my mom and I could enjoy the drinks. I was truly disappointed. In the past I can't even remember having a disappointing meal from Culver's.

Im not sure if anyone else had this problem- i personally think its a design flaw but whatever paper wrapper they now have on the cone is the worst! It gets stuck on the cone its self i almost cracked the cone trying to take it off. Also it seems like some kind of residue is left over from the wrapper. Service was great as always just am not a fan of the cone wrapper& residue.

Until today My Burgers have always came in a box they were always made very well not and always Hot not today my Burger came wrapped in paper like McDonald's was very sloppy and was cold like it had been pre made ! Fried was cold cheese sauce was cold every sucked ! If this is The way Culver's going to be I'm out very very Disappointed

My wife and I went in for ice cream and a hamburger. The hamburger was cold the french fries were adequate. They brought my wife's ice cream in a cup it was melted. When we questioned it they said oh well we turn the machine off. We will never ever go back there the employees were rude to us

This location quality of cooked food is going down hill. The service is too!!! Culver’s is already a Midwest thing & many Texans don’t know about it. Which this service and quality they still won’t and if they do, the service won’t be retained.. word of mouth means everything

Bad service all over 43 cent barbecue sauce I dine in with my son was sitting down and cashier brings my food to my table and she was great,she ask me if I needed everything else I ask for one more barbecue sauce.she return and told me I had to pay for it by the request of the manager.told her I don't have 43cent ,I'm not going to go my car to get change or go back to cash register to run my card for 43cent I understand that might be the company's policy to charge for extra but it was inconvenience for me to leave my table to get 43 cents for barbecue sauce.so I just eat my dry french fries 🍟 So no Star

I visited this Culver’s on my birthday on 9/7 to retrieve my birthday order. My order was made completely incorrect, and I immediately called the store, spoke to the manager on duty, and was told that the next time I wanted to come by, I would get a value basket comped. They also told me that my name was written in a book just in case they weren’t present. Today is 10/26, and I have returned to Culver’s for my meal. I have been told by a manager named Guillermo that my name is not in the book, and there is nothing he can do to assist. I even went out of my way to check my bank statement, as well as the Culver’s app to confirm my purchase as I stated. Guillermo still could not assist. I then had to ask for the corporate phone number, and what do you know, Guillermo does not know it. All he says is that I can get the general manager’s name and she’s on vacation, so I have to wait. I drove 35 minutes to come to this Culver’s today, just to walk away with gas wasted, my anxiety flaring up do to the uncomfortable feeling of having a man go back and forth with me in front of a room full of customers, and a growling tummy. I spend a whole lot of $$ with this company, and this location in particular every time I visit my mom in Kingwood. And I would have never expected this. I informed Guillermo that it would be pertinent for his manager to equip him with the ability to make sound decisions in these types of cases.
