Better than average fast food place. I had the Chicken Fajita Pita, and a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl both were delicious and relatively healthy for fast food {both made with lean white-meat chicken. This a new restaurant building built to replace an older Jack In The Box at the same location. They have two unisex restrooms, and a drive-thru window.

This redone jack in the box has plenty of parking 2 full size easy to read drive through menus and a good speaker system I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese combo looked freshly made , toppings cold, fries hot and salted I had 2 tacos they could of used more lettuce but cooked soft and delicious

New very new so super clean. I liked the old store they tore down in the same lot, but it was very worn. This one is 24 hours both drive up & diningroom. They still are limited on seating though much better now. It has WiFi and many booths with dual USB charging ports. Great crew when I went there! Oddly enough they don't have Android Pay. If you're into funky construction I interior design details; look at the glass tiles between the boothes, the chandeliers of a sort, even the chairs have an interesting shape to them. Here's an off menu combo: 3 tacos, small fries, & a drink for $4.30. I have to skip the hot sauce they automatically put on them. I'm totally spicy intolerant, you may not even notice it. I always give the extra $0.30 to upgrade to curly fries. Almost forgot they have one of those auto soda jerks for lack of a better term. Millennials will have to look that term up. 😄I'm old. It has tons of combinations plus the exclusive Jumping Jack Splash. Soda version of Sangria.

We live much too close to this and frequent more than we should but always have the best service and have never had an incorrect order. The staff usually seem happy which is rare.

This place was great as usual. The young lady at the drive - thru window gave me my food with such a big smile on her face. Even though she was wearing a mask, I could still tell.

I went through the drive thru twice on the first day I went and staff was very professional. Even tho it wasn't busy, I could hear objects like kitchen utensils being used and not loud employees being loud amongst themselves.

Alex did great! One of the only places open 24 hours around here. I showed up at 1:15am and got Alex as my server, he was great. Didn't do all too much special besides have a great attitude and do his job well! (Which is getting more special these days)

Very fast drive-thru, order was completed perfectly, and Employees were very friendly. Plus, they give Military Discounts when you show your Military ID Card. I would highly recommend this Jack in the Box! :)

The food is good here. You choose your food, pay for your order, the cashier gives you a number so the food can be delivered to your table. The staff is really nice. My favorite Jack In The Box is in Lake Murray Blvd and on Fletcher Parkway.

A guilty pleasure. I live outside of the USA, but when in California, I can't resist Jack in the box. Very fresh Jumbo Jack comes with lots of lettuce. Meat quality is just ok... The cheap tacos taste good too. I strangely like pretty much everything they offer.

This is the fanciest Jack in the Box I've ever been inside of. The faux chandelier's were cracking me up. There's lots of parking and the staff is friendly. The inside was bright and clean.

There's alot of pros and cons for fast food, service being one of them. However, location is in a nice part of town and the service is quick and they are accurate with your order. Friendly managers and staff (even gave me free food on several occasions) don't know if it was over a misunderstanding of an order or they where being genuinely nice, regardless...you're awesome, keep that shit up🤗

It's hard to give any fast food joint five stars with a straight face. I tend not to review bad experiences and chalk those up to someone having a bad day. This place was squeaky clean and really current looking. The food and service was really good for what it is, and the coffee was the perfect temperature. Hopefully your visit is just as nice.

Jack in the box always serve good food at a reasonable price. Everything is started cooking when you place your order so the burgers are always warm and juicy. The vegetables seem to be very fresh also. I will go back many more times. The service is always friendly.

This is a relatively new Jack in the Box. This outlet was originally a few yards away where a Starbucks now operates. The upgraded building makes a world of difference. It has good climate control so you aren't sweating buckets if you dine in. The parking is much better than it was. The interior flow for ordering is nice. This outlet is clean, bright and modern. The service is friendly and quick and the food is prepared to the chain standards for quality. Autism and family-friendly; wheelchair accessible.

I had originally given this location an ok review. I didn't pay attention to the location. My wife and I drive all the way to this location because of the service. Francisco is always a pleasure to work with. The food is always good at this location and the dining room open. Not the case with the other jacks.

Drive thru. It's a Jack in the Box. But my stepmom had a sore throat so bad she couldn't eat anything, so I went and got her a vanilla milkshake. So thick it stuck in the straw (that's a good thing) and really tasty. Who knew their shakes were so good? Gonna go back and get a chocolate

They were kind and fast with my order, but the cashier couldn't figure out how to split my payment even tho I explained it to him step by step, he just couldn't seem to get it together...so it was very inconvenient for me, but I figured out a way to pay for it in just one payment, thank goodness, or I would have been one sad, un-fed lady!! And it was on Xmas night around 9pm, so my options were already SUPER limited...Lol

I waited for my entire $45 order to be finished before anyone even opened the window to acknowledge me and another time I sat at the speaker in heavy rain with my window down just to make sure I wouldn’t miss them calling for my order and not once did anyone greet me or say they’d be right with me I’ll admit I was already irritated from the rain dripping into my car so when I finally ordered and felt some attitude back it didn’t help that said I understand how overwhelming that job can be and that not every customer is kind I still come here because the food is always hot nothing ever sits too long and our order is always correct

I usually come around midnight at this location and after 7 months I'm writing a review and giving 5 stars because the night shift person ✨️ ELIZABETH ✨️ is a hidden gem! This woman is so awesome and makes sure you got everything you need! She actually ASKS you if you'd like curly or regular fries and if I'd like ice or no ice with my drink (no other JitB employee has even given me the option, they just rush me through) and always makes me feel welcome through the drive thru! Girl is a whole vibe! Such great customer service. Give this woman a raise tbh 🙌

It's allergy season and my eyes are constantly watering. The employee went out of their way to ask if I was okay because they thought I was upset/crying. So very sweet to check in with me because they were worried. Also, as a former drive thru employee at JIB back in the day, today's experience was the highlight of my day because someone CARED. A few months ago I would've given this location a 1 star but they came through at 3:15 am this morning. I wanted a shake and usually at 3am lots of JITB aren't serving shakes. They weren't about to serve me when someone in the restaurant said they could serve my order. Wow! Talk about coming though. You know, it's fast food, it's bad for you, but it's addicting. This location is nice because it's sort of new. It's clean. You can see the entire kitchen, so you can watch the employees make your food. They always wear gloves. Some other locations I've seen bare hands and cashiers handling food after taking dirty cash... yuk. But oddly I have never been sick from eating at the JIB. Maybe because they fry everything ha.

Drive thru-was quick, food hot and tasty. There was 3 of us and none of us couldn't understand or hear her correctly? She was short and semi rude. 0ne person said "usually their much friendlier " maybe a bad day?

Well, it's Jack in the box, what can you say? I don't usually go to check on the box but there is one thing I will keep going back for when I'm around one and that is the tacos. They used to be 99 cents for two, now they are at $1.79 for two but that's really not bad of an increase considering how everything else has gone up so much in the past couple of years. They are definitely a guilty pleasure and I've never experienced any gastronomic problems from eating them.

I enjoy Jack in the Box they have a wide selection on their menu. Very reasonable prices. And their quality is not bad I'm not saying that it's the greatest burger in the world or anything like that but they hit the spot often for me. Biggest problem for me is many of the Jack in the boxes in my area that I would frequent have closed and they haven't opened any new restaurants to replace these now closed locations. But there are many chains of hamburger hamburger fast-food restaurants from Burger King McDonald's Wendy's In-N-Out Burger and so many others.

Sorry... It's Jack in the box I have a hard time giving five-star to any of the major chains. This one however is never too busy and I'm always out of there in just a couple of minutes. And with Jack in The box, you get what you would from any other Jack in The box. San Diego is going be the same as a Jack in The box in LA. I love jack in the box menu, the problem is that the employees are always missing something. Last week they put one small French fries order 🍟 instead of 2, this week I had to go back because I ask for orange juice y I had apple juice. So is not the first time this happened. The staff here are typically always very kind. However 50% of the time I come here, my order is wrong. I ordered a regular sized combo, and they charged me for a large. I asked for crispy chicken and they gave me grilled. Nothing is wrong with the food. It’s just not what I ordered.

This is the Jack in Box I go to because it's close to where I work,it's gone down hill,the employees aren't friendly like the employees that worked there before were,my order has been wrong the last three times I was there,one time missing an item that I ordered and paid for.

They didn't give us our 2 tacos, bacon cheddar wedges, and hamburger out of a big order. Of course those were my items. I made my husband go back and they still forgot the bacon wedges. By the time we got home everything was cold. I guess they didn't want me to go off my diet.

Made my sandwich wrong, the guy who took my order (Evan) had trouble keeping up. Beware, check food before you leave. And when I called back he wasn't quite eager to give me a refund and told me I needed to come back the next day to have my food replaced. I didn't appreciate being told I need to go in the next day, that doesn't work for every customer. So I drove back with the box and the mistake sandwich and asking for a refund he said he didn't know how to do card refunds just cash, so he took a copy of my receipt and wrote down my info and sent me away with a chocolate cake for my troubles. I literally ordered food and it was like 1am. After i order, i realize that i dont have my wallet. My order wws $11, and my friend had $9.25 on his card so we told the guy what had happened and he wasnt bery accommodating. I had him take the shake off so that it would go through. Ordered a Buttery bacon and cheese jack meal. The paper it was wrapped in was so dry , you couldn't tell it was supposed to be with melted butter? I approached the manager and she stated, that "customers were complaining, so they put it in the center? But the burger was DRY!" Managers name is Mary. So I'm being charged $8.08 for a Bacon and cheese jack sandwich. In affect, I was charged for something I didn't receive! Manager offered to put extra butter on the last 3 bites of the burger? Shame on Jack in the Box! For baiting and switching which is illegal in the U.S.!!!!!!

WTH JnB? This location has two restrooms. One is a woman's room and the other is a multi gender restroom. The multi gender sign is on a regular restroom that used to be a men's room. It's NOT a single stall type with a lock, as State code required. Was using the urinal in the multi gender room when a woman walked in. She freaked out, yelled at me, then complained to the manager. When I asked the manager why they put a multi gender sign on a regular restroom she told me she didn't know. Well, neither do. I'll never come here again.

Stopped for breakfast at 5:30am on 02/14. Got no response at the order mic, drove ahead to the window but no one was in site, even after banging on the window. I parked my car and went inside where, again, no one was there. Yelling out for service, an older man came out and opened the door to a dark room where finally, an employee came out. Sleeping or playing video games, he was not prepared for a customer. No other employees were around to help with food prep so I asked if everything was okay and left. This is totally inappropriate, even for this unsupervised location.

Ordered a large drink on their app. Drives to window and they give my wife a medium. Wife says she ordered a large. The girl says they don't have large (and this has been the response for MONTHS). Wife says can you give me a small also to compensate. Girl says "what?". Wife repeats. Girl once again says "what?". Wife says nevermind. Really? #1 How can a franchise NOT have a large cup for MONTHS?? #2 Why can't the workers there think for themselves can compensate instead of charging for a large and giving a medium? And then plays dumb? I'm just speechless about this location.

You have homeless activity constantly by the drive thru nobody has taken care of the issue the two same old men keep harassing me for money or change one has a gold car possibly a ford gold car that parks in front of the front entrance!! I'm tired of getting harassed for money !

Do not order thru Postmates with this store! This store will get your order wrong on a consistent basis! They will substitute out your food with the dollar menu alternative. Which makes you feel like they are doing it intentionally. Ordered 3 times, 3 times they sent dollar menu food. Waste of time.

I ordered a number four no mustard when the cashier handed me the bag. They said here’s your number four with no mustard. They were kind of smiling I got home. It was drenched in mustard. It had so much mustard. It was an edible. I took it back up there and they were all laughing at me. They thought it was really funny. They said it was an accident, but it was definitely on purpose. I will not eat at that store anymore. I don’t eat fast food. This was for my grandson who can’t eat mustard.

Ok, I came here (drive thru) late night 6/28/2025 around 11 p.m. I don't think I ask for too much when I placed my order. Simple order was Double Jack ( NO PICKLES PLEASE, my husband is allergic ) I tell the guy who takes the order why there cannot be pickles on his burger. Okay so with that I got a Large vanilla shake, ya know just make that a meal with reg French fries and I got the bones parmisian wings. $23 and some change. I get the bags, drive home and hubby was on break from work so I put his food out for him. We're getting ready to eat and OMG....!! SERIOUSLY.... PICKLES, also the lettuce & that discusting sliver of lettuce. I couldn't believe it. I don't why there are PICKLES on this burger. I don't know why this burger looks like it's been sitting in the window all day... I'm confused because this is my favorite jack in the box. I'm pissed because my husband got sick, he threw the burger away and I feel bad because I even went there to begin with.

Bad service this is the fourth time I've went through the drive thru and order a jumbo jack with no cheese onions mayo and jalapenos how hard is it to listen when a customer says no cheese your still gonna slap cheese on the burger the Mexican girl at the front window was rude all way I asked her theres no cheese right she said yes didn't even bother to say hold on let me check your hamburger first she doesn't smile. Bad news I found a hair on my food I returned to show them that my food had a hair on it meanwhile I answerd a phone call from my boss and send my child to show the cashier that my food had a hair and that I wanted my money back then my son came back that they couldn't give him the money back so then I went in side to talk to the cashier to show her that my food had a hair but she said that there was not a hair then I asked my son was there a hair and he said yes and I asked him where is the hair and he said that the cashier took it off already so they tried to lie to me she also told me again that she could not return the money to me so I came out without the money and mad what a bad place that would be the first and last time I would eat at Jack in the box

After an incident in their dining room over two weeks ago and was reported twice via the Jack in the Box website, got ZERO response from this location. I was the only diner in this location's dining room and a guy walked in off the street, threatened me and threw my soda in my face (I'm guessing he was a user). Staff was not sure how to respond and did not seem prepared. Franchise owner does not seem overly concerned with safety of their own staff nor their customers.

Today they get a zero. Ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches with swiss cheese and no lettuce on one. Apparently that was just too hard to do. Got no cheese. Did get charged for cheese. Got lettuce on both, but no tomatoes on one of them. Keep up the good work, NOT.

Horrible customer service. There was a man working the pay window (1st window) of the drive through tonight, March 24th @10:25. He was so incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I places an order thru the drive thru and I noticed in the screen that it said 1 High Mount (picture 1) when I got to the window and asked the question the drive thru representative did not know what I was talking about even after I showed them the picture. Another person most likely an supervisor told me that this is something new and that when ordering something it will display that. Now keep in mind I’ve never seen this at any Jack n the box location ever. But it did not display that on the receipt (picture 2) Upon getting ready to pay, I showed the representative my Military ID card, he looked at it and still proceeded to charge me the regular price of the entire order. When asked if this location no longer gives Military discounts, his response was “it’s too late as you already paid for the order”. When I stated that i showed it to him and he looked directly at it. He then told me “don’t worry about it” I’ve been coming to this location for a good while now and to receive this type of service with the lack of knowledge and training of the employees is unacceptable. With any change employees need to be knowledgeable as well as trained on the procedures of the business. And need to explain to customers if certain discounts are no longer accepted at this location. Needless to say that I will not be returning to this location.

Horrible experience, there was a male worker who started taking my order from the drive through and in the middle of me ordering I heard him mumble something and then saw my order got discontinued on the screen and became totally unresponsive to me speaking, then a minute or 2 later a female greeted me this time and took my order. Then I pulled up to the window and this African American male (pretty sure the one who cut my order the first time in the drive through) snatched my debit card from my hand, and started to aggressively insert the chip/swipe my card I'm the card reader. The card wasn't working (because he kept slamming it into the chip reader) and in the middle of all that cursed under his breath and handed me my soda that wasn't even Topped off. Then finally he got the card to read fine and then handed me back my card with such an aggressive demeanor. Finally he gave me my food and the whole time I was trying to be nice and say thank you but he never once said anything to me besides cursing under his breath and aggressively grabbing/handing me my card and food. Then when I got home I found out he went super light on my large fries (also the coke) and my chicken wrap was wrapped terribly. Always have a good experience at this location except for the last time this African American male was the cashier. He had a terrible attitude last time, but I let it slide the one time. Then it happened again tonight and now there is no excuse for treating your customers like that. I feel uncomfortable coming here because of the fact I might have to interact with this nightmare of an attitude. I told my roommate and he actually even told me he has had terrible experiences with this same cashier. I hope that he didn't spit in my food... he 100% makes me feel like he hates being there so much that he'd have no problem spitting in the customers food. Until he's gone, never coming back to this location.

They close at 3:30 AM and I pulled through the drive-through at 3 AM on the dot and was told they will not serve any food. Only drinks and desserts. Sounds like they are some lazy workers.

Took me 3 min to get the lady running the drive through to understand that I didn't want cheese and to swap bacon for ham on a breakfast sandwich I still got cheese on the sandwich, I had to ask from my drink after I got my order and after getting home I realized they never gave me the milks for my kids meals. Every time I come here it's some odd problem.

$16 for a terrible burger and 7pc stuffed jalapenos, and they gave me 7pc chicken nuggets instead. The most fulfilling part of this experience was throwing it in the trash.

went last night twice, once at 1am and tried once again about 30-40 mins later, sat at the drive thru for over five minutes, no one came to the speaker, went up to the window saw no one in there but all lights were on, heard tons of beeping coming from inside, drove around trying to find somewhere else to eat for 30 mins, ended up trying again after failing to find other food since i live one minute away. i again sat at the speaker for almost ten minutes, expecting to atleast hear someone say they’re cleaning or anything. nope nothing, pulled up to the window again for another five minutes and saw absolutely no one but still heard lots of beeping coming from inside, i was worried at this point because i hope the employee was okay in there. other cars were trying to go through and none were getting served. i’ve been here many times at this hour and they’re always there to take my order so not sure what happened. i work in food service and atleast would be checking if customers are trying to get food so i can tell them we can’t take orders at that time, if that was the reason.

Did not get served within 20 minutes of being there, while many drive-through customers were being treated first while I and my family were ignored. Many of the tables were filthy and unclean. What I was assuming was the manager, since she was bossing everyone around, was very rude and very unprofessional, even to the point where she would tell her co-workers “I’d kill you” in front of a customer (myself). She continued giving us attitude throughout our experience. She also did not know how to operate the cash register, also seemed to not be able to count money properly. Atmosphere and energy in this Jack In The Box was very unsettling and uncomfortable. The whole time all I heard was bad mouthing about other drive-through customers out loud while I’m trying to eat in peace. The food was also not properly cooked well. The burger patty was still cold and pail. The soda seemed to be mixed with water, had no taste at all. It’s such a disgrace and disappointment that a corporation can continue to allow such a foul behavior within their company. The management here is clearly the issue. As she also does not train her staff properly. I would not be surprised if I’d get food poisoning from this place. Someone needs to shut this place down or make many huge changes within their management and staff. Very disappointing.

My daughter placed a mobile order and they couldn't even follow the customization on her food. Not to mention her food has the font counter custom lable on it. She gave her food away to her cousin. And also the fries were cold like they had been sitting around for awhile. I thought the slogan here was " we don't make it till you order it"?

Are you kidding me? where did you find this "employee"!? I've never been treated so rudely and badly by a restaurant employee in my entire life. not only that, but they got my order wrong. To be honest with you, I don't think I'm going to eat the food. I don't trust it it hasn't been tampered with. After waiting for over 5 minutes for someone to take my order, (when I saw three cars in front of me get served) the rude hostel irritated attitude that spewed from the person at the window was just unbelievable... I will definitely not be back, to be honest with you. I don't know if I'll ever go to any Jack in the Box after this. I added the Supreme croissant and added sausage they charged me for it but they didn't give it to me
