This McDonald's located on Fletcher Parkway rd. in La Mesa gets congested with traffic, but the employees try hard to keep the drive-thru line moving. It only took about 10 minutes to get my order, and there were about 8 cars ahead of me. The drive-thru employees were friendly, and my food was freshly made with some hot 🔥 fries. I enjoyed the Filet-O- Fish sandwiches too. Keep up the great work you guys . 👍

I was just at this location, I order a large iced coffee and was charge for extras that I didnt ask for. I got charged for "extra whipped cream" which, I asked for LIGHT cream. I used my point and paid for my extra Carmen and the whipped I didnt get it. I tried to tell the gentleman at the next window after I got my receipt, he jusy kept asking what I got? I repeated it twice and also told him twice "I was charged for whipped cream, I didnt ask for whipped cream". He just said okay, trying to rush me off to help the 2 csrs behind me. He completely ignored me, no acknowledgement of me being charged. I let it go as it was just .60 cent. But its the point of ignoring your customers. Even when my order was being taking thru the drive thru, there was two cars (one being myself) and the gentleman taking my order was making a other one while taking mine? Mine wasn't on the screen to look at. I get its stressful and can get busy, i have worked in fast food my self. when I left the line was longer. I dont care about the money just the fact of the employees dismissing you when being charged for stuff you didnt order. I will still come back to this location, their always nice and never had any other issues. Just a busy day.

Service here is terrible. They mess up your order so before you leave make sure you check your food make sure they got it right. A young male cashier got my order wrong in the morning.

I had a really disappointing visit to McDonald’s last week. The whole experience was unwelcoming while we were eating, they were trying to clean the store lobby, and they even denied us access to the bathroom because of it. On top of that, our order was a mess we placed nine separate orders, and almost every one was incorrect. We had to ask for water multiple times, and the staff just kept rushing us to leave. Overall, it was a really bad experience, and I won’t be returning. I don’t recommend it.

Every. Single. Time. I have ordered nuggets and they specifically ask what sauce I want. Never have I ever received sauce with my order. Fries are always cold. Ice cream machine is always broken, or so they say. This McDonalds is low tier as heck and I am tired of being disappointed when I come here. Also, employees are rude.

My husband ordered a any size coffee for 1.99 and they charged him for a frappe and gave him the ice coffee in the frappe cup, when my husband tried to tell the worker he kept arguing with him and wouldn’t fix it. Thislocation is treating Americans very badly and they are racist The entire crew was very disrespectful to me and I plan on pursuing a lawsuit in small claims court I'm half Mexican my mother is Mexican. This has to do with what's going on in the us of politics of immigration and I'm tired of it at this location. They didn't have my correct order and when I first spoke through the mic the person was very rude and when I entered to get the food didn't have anything they wanted proof of it. And then when I asked for creamers and sugars he took a big breath and was very angry and as well as the other boys and staring me down I will never go to this location again and I will never go to McDonald's again.

Ordered a double quarter pounder and received this! They used 2 regular patties from what I’m assuming is the Big Mac. Unacceptable! Plus WHY is it ALWAYS a wait when you order a double quarter pounder??? I always have to pull up ahead and wait for them to bring it out, I only ordered 1 menu item!

On Saturday, November 8 at 1:15 PM The lady working, the drive-through needs to work on her attitude problems. As a customer, you know Customer Service does go a long way. I had explained my order to her twice of what I ordered, and she continued to give me attitude about it when I ordered through the mobile app why is it that I have to show a picture of what I ordered through the app and you’re still challenging me on what I ordered? This makes me very concerned as a customer when you have a very basic job to put food in a bag and serve it to me. I don’t understand how you have three people helping you in the back organized meals and you still can’t get my order correct. This will be the last time I showed up to McDonald’s especially when I spent almost $40 in food. Correct the way I was raised doing Customer Service or anything that has to do Usually, Customer Service comes first. If I was to have an attitude, especially at a food job or a retail job I’d be fired on the spot, but I guess times have changed. What do I know being 35 years old again definitely won’t be returning to this McDonald’s location due to this lady having attitude and they probably won’t do anything about her Behavior

Every single time I’ve been they’ve messed up something of mine. I buy iced vanilla coffees a lot, this is the only McDonald’s to constantly give me caramel instead. My husband gets a Coke they gave him sprite? Always messes up our orders

I went in today to order and got adiutted from a girl working there when I asked for more time when I just got in there then I had a guy take my order which was 2 large fries Kc chicken a Big Mac and two plane cheese cheeseburgers. When I did get my order, I took it home and realized that I only got one cheeseburger and it wasn’t even plain and then they didn’t even put the other one in and then when I proceeded to go go back to get my order right the girl didn’t even look at my receipt i told her I needed two and it’s the Mc chicken you seein the bag and she proceeded to give me one and I had to show her and then she grabbed me my other one which both had my order number on so i dont understand how she got it wrong. Her attitude was terrible when she was giving it to us and didn’t even apologize

I've given this place multiple chances, but there’s always something wrong. This time, my order was completely messed up. I asked for no pickles and extra cheese—neither of which was done. My fries were soggy and cold, my Dr Pepper was actually a Diet Coke, and my spicy McChicken turned out to be a regular one. This isn’t a case of mixed-up orders either—my receipt (shown in the photo) clearly shows what I asked for. The staff seriously needs to pay closer attention to order details. Dont bother to come to this location!
