Now I know why this place has bad reviews!! I have never been this disappointed with dominos and I won’t be ordering from this location again!! I had ordered hand tossed and felt like I received thin crust pizza which also had burnt spots on it and made it taste really funky and only had a few slices. I had also ordered wings which I had also called and requested extra sauce on the wings and I all I got were wings dryer than the Arizona Dessert!!. My order also was missing a couple of Buffalo sauce and ranch which are almost $1 each. I was so excited on eating pizza but ended up really disappointed.

It has to be a joke why sell pizzas if you can't afford to put cheese on them. The operator must not be able to afford thier rent to be doing this kind of crap!

Two weekends in a row, we ordered pan pizzas with extra cheese and extra sausage... As you can see, there's plenty of cheese, but there's no way this should be considered "extra" sausage. some pieces have almost no sausage at all and the outer parts of my second pizza don't have any... When I complained to the very young looking shift supervisor he stood his ground and said that was what extra sausage is like. Not Cool! and very authority happy attitude as well. - Update- I did eventually get a call from the site manager who was understanding of the problem and validating with concerns AND gave us a proper pizza for free which couldn't take away the time and frustration of the original incidents but was a good step in the right direction and appreciated.

I had a terrible delivery experience in October and have been waiting to hear back regarding my complaint filed since the end of October. I have reached out to Domino's corporate four times with no response. Long story short, we ordered pizza for our daughter's birthday party and not only did it arrive a half hour late with no explanation or apology, we were accused by the delivery driver of not paying for the pizza, even though we *ordered online with a credit card* so that would be impossible. He then parked in the middle of the street unsafely and refused to give us the pizza until he confirmed we paid with his storefront. I wasted 45 minutes of my time, during my daughter's party, trying to get this issue resolved. Unless I hear back with a positive response, I will never be ordering from here again, which is unfortunate because this location has been our go to for all parties and get togethers.

Place is horrible. They don’t answer calls. Pizza comes completely damaged. Site people are very rude when and if they answer. Call their corporate if this happens to you.

Food that can be taken when the fridge is empty, when you feel too lazy to cook. They advertise a price then when you decide what to get that price goes double or triple. No good.

Worst Dominos!!!!!!! They don’t answer the phone!!! They try to charge me double in person, because they wouldn’t answer their phone and the app wasn’t working. They were very rude and condescending. DO NOT Give them your business.

Absolutely unacceptable service – avoid this location at all costs! On the night of June 18th, 2025 at 10 PM, I called this restaurant at CORPORATE IN LADERA RANCH to place a delivery order. I was told I could only order online, which I did immediately. However, my order never arrived, and I received no call or update regarding the status of it. The following morning, I tried contacting the store multiple times, but they either ignored the calls or hung up as soon as they saw my number. Out of frustration, I called again using a private number, and suddenly someone answered—the same woman who took my order the night before. (Truth or both she said her name is sally) She seemed surprised and claimed she had been “busy cooking” and couldn’t answer the phone. She then rudely told me the order had been “left at the door in the morning,” without offering any apology or explanation. Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed another manager and made it clear she wasn’t interested in fixing the issue. This was not the first time I’ve had problems with this location—the first time, they delivered cold pizza, and now this. This kind of service is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful to customers. I highly recommend avoiding this branch entirely. There are far better pizza places that actually care about their customers and deliver what they promise.

What a TERRIBLE customer service this place has. I walked in to pick up my mobile order and the lady employee with short hair completely ignores me and carries on the chitchat with a previous customer. I wasted 10 mins becuz of this bs and got my pizza when another employee came in.
