Had a delicious fulling breakfast of French toast😍, with my mom 💕. Our waiter Jason was very sweet, and kind.,not along wait either.

When we stopped in to this location there was only 1 waitress on duty... She was the BOMB! I don't recall her name but she was attentive, friendly and her level of overall service never fell short. Our food was fantastic 😋 and right on time post a full day at Hershey Park!!

Me and my sister have been coming here for years both drive about 30 minutes opposite directions to have breakfast. Today started as a bad experience when our server had attitude, inability to correct the food (not as ordered) and left us without saying anything and had the hostess deliver the bill. Our sever from one of our prior visits Imari was working another station came to our table and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to correct the issue and ensure we were taken care of. We have always been good customers, never complain and tip more than 20%. We will be back due to the hospitality, customer service and love that Imari shows! Imari’s vibe, energy and professionalism is what is needed and under appreciated! 🫶 thank you Imari. The manager on duty also was quick to interject and ensure the issue was addressed and resolved in a prompt manner and time.

My first time to IHOP. The service was fast, the staff was polite and professional. The breakfast was awesome 👍 up to the chefs. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted so good it melted in my mouth. Steak with onions and mushrooms, two eggs, hash browns, and two pancakes. I will be returning more frequently. Just like Denny's, iHop serves all day breakfast and tons more of everything you crave for. Their pancakes was amazing plus the syrups!! Yummmmy! They'll give you big servings, so unless you're super hungry, ill suggest go for shares. Overall, the food didn't dissapoint. Freshly cooked food and highly recommended to people!

Went on a Saturday morning. So it was a little busy. We waited for about 15 minutes to get a table and it took awhile before our waitress arrived. Food was good but they need to speed up their service a little. Wasn't a total disaster.

The atmosphere makes you feel like you are at home with people waiting on you hand and foot. The servers are very sweet and nice and the all of their meals have a delectable taste to them. IHOP's bathroom isn't the best looking on hygenie but over all the place looks great🙌

We visited on a Saturday morning for breakfast, and although they seemed a bit short staffed that morning, we were seated quickly and waited on fairly promptly. The wait for our food was a bit longer, but understandable when you are shortstaffed. The food was fantastic! We were very pleasantly surprised. The menu is extensive, but they executed the dishes very well! Would recommend it!

We ate breakfast at this location and the food is very good. It was plated nicely (although I did have a stray mushroom on my plate so I'm glad I'm not allergic). The staff are all very nice but, like many other restaurants, you can tell they are short handed, possibly needing training. We were seated by one person who took our drink order: 2 coffees, 2 waters. She brought the coffee but no creamer, no utensils, not refill pot. She said she'd get creamer, etc. Our coffee sat there for 15 -20 minutes as we had no creamer and don't drink it black. We never saw her again so I'm not sure if she left her shift? That's ok...Different server came, again, very pleasant, and asked if anyone took our order, we said no, gave her our order, we asked for creamer, again, no creamer but she did give us utensils. She repeated our order back to us to be sure she got it right. I appreciated that. After I spied coffee creamer on an empty table, my husband went and got them. Still no water. Food came out via kitchen cook? food runner? who was very, very nice, and asked if we needed anything else. Our one order was incorrect and this was fixed very quickly. We asked for ketchup but he returned to tell us they ran out. I get it, it's Sunday on a Holiday weekend. The 2nd server who took our order did not come back around I think because she had to also run the front register. The other 2 servers were also doing other duties around restaurant. Bus person was busy and table tops cleared off, turned over quickly. Another server asked if she could refill our sugar packets and syrup, so we handed that to her. She was very nice, returned a while later to replace these items and straighten condiments. Didn't bother me but I know this would irritate some people who will complain about her asking to do this while meal is being eaten. The restaurant was nicely decorated for the 4th of July, clean enough for a busy location, and servers were all pleasant. But overall because of the wait time, some inattentiveness, lack of ketchup, forgotten items, mistake in order-- all fixable things-- I have to give it a 3 overall only because I can't give it a 3.8.( The .8 because they were all very nice. )

I hate to poorly review this location, but it needs it. The staff were all very friendly and the food was great. My negative is that the building is in poor shape. It presents a very negative impression of an otherwise great place. I understand it is under new management, hopefully that means the building will get some love.

Service is sloooooooowww! If you're in a rush, don't bother. Between the wait to get a table, the time it gets someone to serve you, ans the time it takes to get your food and pay, you'll be in there for a couple of hours. At least that food is nice.

My onion rings were burnt and my sandwich bread was toasted but extremely hard. My grandsons app sampler was under cooked . My son in laws chicken sandwich was burnt had to send back to remake. They need a better cook . But server was nice did a good job for being alone . It could have been better if she had help and the cook didn’t over cook the food.

There was no hostess. The server had to serve, check people out and sit guests. And was understandably frustrated. I feel she verbalized in hopes guests would be understanding. They seem rather understaffed-like most anywhere anymore. Floors were dirty, bathrooms stank like cat urine and there was inadequate supplies. The place needs a face-lift. Seats have holes, taped back together. Food was decent as you would expect for a chain.

IHOP is always a reliable spot for a classic breakfast, and this visit was just that—decent, but nothing special. The food came out hot and tasted fine, but nothing really wowed us. We stopped here for a late breakfast and as soon as you walk in you can tell they were under staffed. Jason greeted us,seated us and also served us. We ordered from the Under 55 part of the menu...2 eggs,2 pieces of bacon or sausage ,hash Browns and toast. Our breakfast did not come as we ordered. Hash Browns overdone and bacon not cooked crispy. I was looking forward to a good cup of coffee...but for some reason I had to use 3 creams and it was still too strong. So I ordered tea instead...what a great cup of tea. Me and my family ate good at the restaurant. even though they were short of staff, and orders were wrong, I saw great team work with the employee to make sure our table was set.

Although our hotel had breakfast, we decided to have breakfast at an IHOP. We arrived on a Sunday morning with only a few people ahead of us waiting for seating. We were told the wait was approximately 10-15 minutes. It was more like 30-40 minutes. Ok. No big deal. We were talking with family. We were seated and ordered. Food took about 25-30 minutes to come out, for a party of 4. Food was good, like we expected from IHOP. Restaurant was clean. Everyone we dealt with was nice enough. Server never came back to check with us after we got our order. Could have gone for a second cup of coffee. At this point we just all wanted to leave. We know now to try the other breakfast place down the street when visiting again.

I just waited 45 minutes for eggs and gluten free pancakes which were not cooked all the way through. So after waiting almost an hour I couldn’t eat the pancakes. I couldn’t order more because we have not seen our waitress.

My server was amazing and the food was amazing as well. Unfortunately this location is consistently severely understaffed. This isn't great for customers and is extremely unfair to the employees. I won't be returning because it's not right to let the company make money from overworking their employees.

We got here and had a 45 min wait. An hour later we finaly got taken in to our table. They are only seating people at 4 tables. The restaurant is empty and the wait time now is over an hour. The people working the front desk have no idea what is going on. Waited 15 min to get our drinks. We waited 20 minutes at the table for a server to come over to take our drink orders. It wasn't even busy. Saw the server a total of 3 times our entire meal.

We did not get a full thing of coffee when we sat down it was barely enough for a cup. We asked for honey 3 times and did not receive. We got no spoons for coffee or tea. No extra napkins. No syrup we got it from another table. We got more bacon than asked for. No butter or toasted English muffins. The wrong tea was given. Terrible service.

Bathrooms were dirty and not stocked with soap or paper towels. The table tops and floor were dirty and other patrons tables were left unbussed for a while. The servers were doing the best they could. The pancakes were good but I feel a mom and pop diner is better. I wouldn't choose to come here again.

The manager greeted us he was cool, and our waitress was the absolute sweetest. The food was bad the steak was cooked well but the hashbrowns in the omelette were not cooked. At all. It seems like they have one employee that does most of the work and she's very nice. We will not ever go again because you need deep pockets to eat there. And it got me the one employee on brake "more than once" used her phone and talked loud as hell. Pretty pathetic. And the grounds and bathroom you can tell no extra money was ever put in to make anything decent. The men's urinal did not flush at all and had tons of piss in it. No, the owner does not have to write me back.And apologize or anything like that, because you know what's going on in your own business. And plus i'm in shock, still on how much money we spent for the little bit of food that we got.

Waitress was snippy . After we ordered we waited 32 minutes only then to be told the cook had just gotten there .when we got our the pancakes were burnt on the outside googy on the inside.

Let me start out by saying the worst IHop I have been to. Unfortunately this IHop needs a lot of work it's beaten and not been kept. Cleanliness is not a word any of the staff of management team knows. The service and food was subpar as you can see from the pictures they're too busy just getting people's money and getting them subparfood rather than taking care of what is the important parts of the restaurant. The windows are dirty the seats were torn and the bathroom was not sanitary at all. And if you're a person with disabilities in a wheelchair please don't even bother coming to this location because the toilet was out of order and there was no sign in the restaurant or anywhere else other than in the bathroom by the time you made it there, it was too late that you couldn't use it. I'm not sure how this restaurant is still open! I can only imagine what the kitchen look like. Pennsylvania DOH must have some very lenient laws when it comes to cleanliness and upkeep of a restaurant. Next time I'm in PA I won't be coming to this one that's for sure!!

Walked in on a Saturday we had a party of 6 and there was 1 gentleman working the front desk he was also the person to take us to our seat after he cleaned off our table and he was also our waiter. Then I asked if he was working alone and he said yeah. That is absolutely ridiculous. The gentleman (Johnny) was a one man show and he did amazing. I hope he is getting paid double or triple for working ever position here. Then found out there’s also only 1 cook (Eddie). Johnny and Eddie were wonderful and should be appreciated for the great service they provided.

I was at Lancaster I hop on sat morning for breakfast. Our server was polite and did her job well. However the utensils had to be sent back as they were dirty. My daughter order the crepe and was brought out slimy and couldn't be eaten. The other 2 meals being omelets were ok. We didn't want to send back as we all know what happens then. This is the second i hop we tried and it appears that they both need to be cleaned and get a new dish washer and re train the cooks.

STAY AWAY - When my wife and I were seated, we ordered coffee to get started. The coffee was brought to us in a dirty pot, and then we realized our table had no creamer or sugar, so we asked the waitress for creamer. She brought it to us, and then we realized we had no utensils. We asked for utensils (which should have already been on the table). We waited for our utensils for about 15 minutes. By this time, our coffee was cold. So, I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came out with the waitress. I complained about our experience, and he asked, "So, you want to stay"? He offered no apology, dismissed our complaint, and practically told us we didn't need to be there. THIS WAS LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN ANY RESTAURANT EVER. Enter at your own risk, but you'll have a better experience at any Waffle House in the country than this place. Shame on the manager, and if the owner is reading this, you need a new staff altogether.

Food and chicken not cooked. Sat at table for an hour with no service. When we did get our food we checked my kids chicken and it was not done. My wife ordered butterball Turkey, but it came out to her looking like slop and still uncooked. There was like 3 other families in there with same problem. No manager around to talk to and the waitress was new and had no clue what was going on(was not her fault). There was a table of teenagers that was there maybe 30 minutes before us that did not get service. People were walking out because at one point it seemed as if staff left the building. We tipped the new waitress and walked out...very bad. Also staff was yelling at one of the moms at table for complaining that her daughters food was raw..never again. Also there was someone allergic to strawberries that they gave her them anyway after 3 times and then made her wait 1 hour before they even responded the second time.

The restaurant was clearly understaffed, which made the service inefficient. There was no water on the table, and we had to ask for napkins before we could start eating. Our order was incomplete, and we experienced a long wait due to the lack of staff, even though the employees were making a visible effort.

Nov 14th Ordered French toast combos and the French toast was not cooked was mushy and gooy inside. Called the store spoke to manager and he stated he would refund the French toast. To this day I have not recieved the refund.

Upon entering, the staff were arguing over cleaning the tables and where to seat us. There was only one other table of people. It then took a long time to order. After we ordered, you could hear them talking and cursing in the kitchen. While being the only table, it still took a long time to get our order. When it came out, the waitress put it down and walked away to help another waitress. Then our food had hair in it. Very disappointing.

Had an Instacart delivery promotion & unfortunately decided to use it on IHOP. We ordered two pancake combos - one was to be NY Cheesecake pancakes & the other cookie butter. We ended up with all the pancakes being plain with no toppings even on the side. We also ordered cinnamon dippers that should have came with caramel and icing for dipping & they came with nothing. Our biscuits and gravy came with only biscuits, no gravy. Our impossible sausage patties were burnt. Literally one of the most disappointing food deliveries I’ve ever had. We complained on the app & we’re only refunded a few bucks & I tried to call the restaurant, but no one answered. Mind you this was a Thursday morning, not a peak business day.

I went to Ihop in Lancaster and after being ignored for 20 minutes I left. There was just 1 girl helping, no one at the door., it was a week day (Tuesday) so just 3 tables I say hello to the waitress and she ignored me. Went in with a wheelchair. The first host told us 20 mins. We waited 35 mins and watched other get seats first. When we asked the 2nd host about it, she didn’t know a thing. The 1st host came back and they got into an argument. We went to cracker barrel and got a table and served immediately.

I've never been to an IHOP with such awful service! Also the men's bathroom was disgusting. My husband did not feel comfortable having our son use the bathroom. I took them to the womens bathroom which was not bad but there was no soap. This was only a Tuesday morning, I cant even imagine what it would've been if it were a weekend and it were actually busy.

They do not have enough staff but keep on seating people. When my party of 10 were there waiting 20 minutes for a waiter, then waited at least 15 minutes and never got our drinks. We left. During our wait time, we saw 4 tables get up and leave. Too boot, there female bathrooms were so poorly maintained, it turned my stomach.

Let me explain my experience in a morning in August 2025: we took for ever to be seated (but taking in consideration that the area have a lot tourists)so we were patient (group of 5) but then when we were seated I guy took our orders, my mom said she wants her coffee with her food and he came with the drinks and my mom’s coffee🤔He didn’t listen (she reminded him again) he said don’t worry I get you more if you want, my mom’s said “I won’t drink it without food and by the time the food gets here the coffee will be cold” he left it at the table still😒, then I told him that we need utensils because I need the spoon to mix the cream and sugar for the coffee (he said Ok, I will be back) but Noooo he went straight to the front to seat people😳 (he took the time to seat 2 groups) then he went to the kitchen (I was thinking he’s going to get the utensils now🤔)Nope, minutes passed now I’m upset (my coffee is getting cold and still have nothing with me to mix it)😠 I complain to my mom and told her her, should we leave? And that’s when an older lady that was cleaning the tables next to us said in Spanish to us “Disculpa, no se vayan Le voy a traer una cuchara ahora mismo” 🥹🥰 She told me “Sorry, don’t leave I will bring you the spoon right now” she said “sorry” and it wasn’t her fault “she got me the spoon right away!( tried to tip her after and she refused, that’s is good customer service but she was just cleaning tables) so about some time later you will think we got utensils? NOPE! the first person we saw after several minutes was some young ladies bringing our food ( He’s still moving around the restaurant but not towards our area) about 2 or 3 minutes after he showed up and ask us “How’s everything, anyone needs a refill?” I looked at him and said 2 people from our group need refills on their drinks but can you please provide us with utensils so I can tell you how’s everything?” He said “of course” 😒 Finally utensils So 10 minutes or so my untie decided she wants another order of bacon and some avocado slices (because in the picture of her food is showing couple of slices of avocado and she only had 1 thin slice) she wants more so I noticed him and call him and said “Can you please bring us another order of bacon and a couple of avocado slices, I pay for the difference if is possible of course and refills please” he said “ok” then left…time passed and nothing so We decided to finish fast and leave ‘cause at this point we were annoyed so as I was leaving to pay he showed up took my receipt and asked me if everything was ok? I paid and told him “We’re still waiting for the refills, the order of bacon and the slices of avocado, but other than that food was ok”😒🫩..Just letting you know don’t expect excellent service from this place specially if you ended up with that server, but I won’t spend my time there again that’s for sure!

We’re do I begin. It was my husband an I our wedding anniversary an I decided I didn’t feel like waiting since it was getting later so I recommended just eating at ihop since it’s been awhile . Worst mistake ever . The resuaraunt only had 2 other customers . When . Waited awhile till we finally had a waitress come over and ask us, what we wanted to drink . I was already annoyed on how long we’re sitting since there was only 2 other customers a they were served there meals already . I ordered a omelette with hash browns with white toast I was told there out of while bread this was at 6:30 pm Sunday. My husband order biscuits and gravy an frosty tootie pankcakes an cinnamon dips to go. She brought pankcakes no hasbrowns an my omelet. My husband the biscuits a gravy no pancakes so I said I asked for hasbrowns . She acted confused took the pancakes came back with set sets of hasbrowns pancakes for my husband only 2 suppose to be 4. just gave him the ones he took . The pancakes were wrong flavor the strawberry were frozen. The floor was dirty with hunks of dirt an trash. Never got Finn bites . Husband went to lay bill 47 something . He asked about cinn bites if charged said yes that she will correct went into back room came back said he wasn’t charged . We never received cinn bites at all . Husband was annoyed an just at this point just wanted to leave Will never go back again only seen 2 employees never checked how are good was or for refills stayed in the back room

This Ihop have the worst service I have ever had I waited for 2 hours and I walked out with no service. I own a restaurant I would allow this in my restaurant with no manager coming to see. Don’t not recommend.

Unfortunately I arrived at this location 2 times in the same week and was not able to eat anything here! Although the tables were practically empty, there were extremely long wait times due to there only being 1 chef. The first time we went, we just left as there were more people in the waiting area than there were, seated at tables. The second time we arrived, it was very early, around 8am and there was literally only 1 other family seated and once we were seated by the host, we were left alone for a very long time so we ended up leaving. This could be a very successful IHOP due to location but if the service remains this poor they will not succeed. Hopefully the next time I go there staffing issues will be resolved.

Where to begin. Coffee old Good food. Menu prices are lower than what they charge you. Only two employees. What a disappointment Response from the owners to my review was a friendly letter promising to better train the staff LOLOL 😂

Sign outside said under new management. This was the worst place I had ever been. Just Don’t go. We were seated right away because there was no one else in the place. However we quickly realized why. The staff was literally fighting amongst themselves cursing and screaming. Waited for about 20 minutes hoping it would calm down and someone would serve us. Even when the fight went outside to turn physical, we stood up and asked for service and was completely ignored. At that point even if someone would have come over to help I wouldn’t trust anything coming out of that kitchen. To top it off, as we walked out of the place one of the employees said “have ah nice day” and laughed.

Went to IHop in Lancaster PA, this morning. I am very sorry to say it was a horrible experience. It was early about 9am, we waited 10 minutes for a table that was fine. The hostess put menu down on the table, as we sat down and picked up the menus there was syrup all over the table underneath the menus. We asked for someone to please clean the table, we waited another 10 mi minutes for someone to come over and clean our table. When our servicer finally came over asked if we wanted coffee, we said yes that was the last time we saw him, another 10 minutes went by and that was it. I not only was not going to wait any longer but as Iooked at our table where the ketchup was it was disgusting. You couldn't use it as there was ketchup all over the top. We left and will be sure never to go back. Shame on you IHop!

I felt scammed. Today I ordered a veggie egg white omelet, and what they gave me was so small I could have eaten it in two spoons. I've had it at other I-Hop restaurants, and it's a reasonable size for the price, but I don't recommend the one from there. It's a scam.

It’s unbelievable that places like this are still open with such terrible service. We arrived this morning and waited almost 2 hours for our order, which never came. They kept saying “five more minutes,” which turned into hours. The order never arrived, and the manager never showed up. Terrible service. I would never go back there.

I have never in my life experienced such disappointing and horrible service from any restaurant I have even been to. Firstly they made my family and I wait for 17 minutes or so for a table when we could literally see more than 7 free tables. If that isn’t worse, the table they sat us on was dirty and the seat had grains of sugar on it. Secondly the waiter had no idea on the items on the menu and we seemed to know more about it than him. Thirdly, they gave us a cup of milk which was in a dirty mug that had coffee stains on it. In fact when we got our coffee, my wife asked for a spoon and they told her that they didn’t have and proceeded to offer her a straw to stir with! They also forgot my order or somehow omitted it. I mean this is ridiculous really! It’s utterly bad there! Some old lady even said good luck to us, as she walked out with her family. This kind of behaviour we saw today really lets down franchises like iHop!

After staying and working a New Years Eve Event and going back to our hotel room for the night. My wife and I made plans to go to iHop for breakfast instead of eating at the Hotel, BIG MISTAKE! We pulled into a half empty parking lot and people standing at the door waiting to be seated. Thinking they had a mad rush we were being understandable. 20 mins for a table according to the waitress/hostess and when I look at the number of cleaned and unsat tables I was enthusiastic she over estimated, yup I was WRONG. Waited an hour to get a seat, waitress just wanted to push us in and out, but after putting in our orders we get told they are out of this and that. As we sit at our tables the line out the door keeps growing and yet no one is being sat. There are four wait staff seating people and the largest table is a 6top. There is no excuse for the lack of service or care that this staff shows from the kitchen to the wait staff and manager. Worse yet as we were finishing up our meal we watched two tables get up after ordering and walk out, as customers ask for the Manager and she Hides in the Kitchen.

Came in for breakfast on Sunday 11/30/25, 10:30 am. We were seated right away. Nina, our waitress, walked by and said she would be with us in a minute. When she came back, she said that she was going to take drink orders from several booths at one time. The same went for our food orders. I was thinking, this is not going to be good. I was correct, unfortunately. Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. First problem, we didn't have utensils. The food was getting cold and we asked a waiter passing by if we could get utensils. He said,no problem. Ten minutes went by, no utensils. Finally our waitress walked by, we flagged her down and asked if we can get utensils so we can eat our food. We were also short hash browns for my wife, salsa, sour cream for my Chicken Fajita and my chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. All this time, Nina, never apologized. She had an attitude, like we were asking too much from her. We received all the missing food except for my pancakes. Finally, I asked to speak with a manager. She said she would take care of my pancakes. From the time we ordered, the pancakes took a hour. Totally disappointed. I asked for the manager again. I explained how frustrated I was with the pancake ordeal. She said, at least they're fresh. What! Thinking to myself, I wanted them with my meal. I also asked her if there was something she can do about the check. I'm an IHOP regular in New Jersey and this particular IHOP also. Shortly after, our waitress, Nina, walked past our booth and said "RIDICULOUS". Totally uncalled for. I never have a problem paying my check but this kind of treatment is below unsatisfactory. The manager came to our table several more times, first offering 10 percent off, then 20. I told her that was unacceptable. The manager finally agreed and said she would pay for the meals. It gets better. Nina walks past our booth and says" we should learn how to be nice to people". Again, WHAT! If she only new how much my wife and I help all kinds of individuals. To us, Nina and the manager, should be retrained or terminated. They are the front line for IHOP.

I had an incorrect order called back into the manager at this location, explained my situation and she hung up on me. Tried to call back and I was blocked so I had to call another IHOP in Exton PA who is owned by a different owner who gave me the 1866 number to put a formal complaint in on this manager That is unethical to hang up on an unhappy customer. The least you can do is hear them out I will never go back to this restaurant unless it’s under new management. I have never been treated so badly in my life at a restaurant and considering I just dropped $40 for two breakfast The least she could’ve done has heard me out if you hire people like this for a manager then what kind of people do you have for employees? I will not be coming back to Your restaurant unless you have a different manager. Thank you for hearing my complaint and I appreciate you very much for your time to listen

Haven’t been in an IHOP for years and was craving pancakes. So our server comes and smells like patchouli and a chemical factory which set off my allergies. I would have left but we were so hungry and 3 other places we liked were closed. She was nice enough but the food was meh. The oil in the fryer needed changed because the fries and fish had a weird taste. My breakfast was decent, the pancakes were good, eggs lukewarm. I just wanted to eat and get out. The music mostly sucked too. We waited for our check about 10-15 min and I had to go back to the kitchen and yell for someone. The lady there apologized and helped us out. She seemed to be the only one hustling and trying.

Just had the worst dining experience of my life here at this iHop. Had been here a few times in previous years, and slow service has been a trend, but this time really took the cake. We , a party of 5, arrived at 1130a on a Sunday, We waited over 25 minutes to be seated, while more than half of the tables in the restaurant were vacant. Once seated it took over 20 minutes to even get our drink order, and once placed, our waitress forgot about our drinks and it was another 20 minutes before we got those. People who were seated at the same exact time as us received their meals while we still waited for our drinks. It took another 30 minutes to get our food, and half of my party’s food felt like it had been sitting out and was not fresh. Throughout the duration of our visit, the waitress only came to our table 3 times, so we had no opportunity to order additional drinks, though Frankly I’d be surprised if they came out by the time finished eating. Like previously stated, this was definitely the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, and will definitely not be coming back here under any circumstances.

Poor Dining Experience at IHOP – Feedback on Service and Order Issues Dear IHOP Management, I am writing to share my experience at your restaurant yesterday morning around 8:45 AM. I visited the location 2319 Lincoin Hwy E, Lanchaster, PA 17602 with my family of six and was seated promptly by one of your employees. Unfortunately, what followed was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have ever had at IHOP. Our server, whose name I believe was Theodore, seemed distracted and disorganized from the beginning. While taking our drink orders, he was dismissive when one of our family members declined a drink, saying, “You don’t need drinks with food,” which was unprofessional and unnecessary. Throughout our meal, the service continued to be poor. Our orders were incorrect, and additional items were added to our bill that we did not order. I ordered a Big Steak Omelette, but no sides or sauces were provided, even though we had specifically requested them. We also ordered chicken dishes and asked for sauces in advance, but those were never brought to the table. When we ordered coffee, the server left the coffee jug on the table without any cups, making it impossible to drink. We also requested French vanilla creamer, but instead, he brought a small to-go milk container, which was not what we asked for. Additionally, we ordered three milkshakes — two Oreo Cookie Cream, one chocolate. The server later suggested we add another for a “buy one, get one” offer, which we agreed to. here comes again when the milkshakes arrived, the order was wrong: we received two chocolate and one Oreo Cookie Cream, with no straws provided. To make matters worse, when I received the bill, the total was $184, which seemed excessive and included charges for items we didn’t order. I asked to speak with the manager, Rachel, who was very polite and apologetic. When I explained the situation, she helped by removing the gratuity and additional charges that were incorrectly added to my bill. After the adjustments, my final payment was $142.08. While I truly appreciated Rachel’s professionalism and willingness to correct the issue, the overall experience left me and my family extremely disappointed. The server’s inattentive and careless attitude, combined with multiple order errors, made what should have been an enjoyable breakfast very frustrating. As someone who works in a leadership position, I understand the importance of professionalism, respect, and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below IHOP’s usual standards. I traveled from Virginia on my way to Sight & Sound Theatres and decided to stop for breakfast at IHOP based on previous good experiences. However, this visit left a lasting negative impression. Was seated right away, orded the coffee cake pancakes, they came out nothing like the advertisment on the table, also ordered cinnamon roll crepes, came out overed cooked. not like the picture in menu. Sever said we don't serve the food like the pictures. Maybe you should close this store.

RUN!! GO TO THE WAFFLE HOUSE!! Place our order. Oops, sorry we don't have sausage. Ok, things happen. Change our order. Waitress comes back a second time to ask what she had already asked previously. Guess it got confusing as there were 2 other tables with customers in entire place. As mine gets delivered to the table, other person is told, sorry we don't have onion rings. Ok. Pretty basic things to be out of. Now I either eat in front of other person or my food gets cold. Next, bring out the brunch burger. Literally looked like the Grandsons cheeseburger from his happy meal. Missing the egg, no sauce, skimpy piece of bacon and a slice of cheese. Come on IHOP you can do better!!!

Terrible place to eat. We were seated. No one came over for at least six minutes. The restaurant only had maybe six tables with people seated. Our waiter finally comes over and he keeps rubbing his hair, saying that its all over his head. He took our order while joking around. He never removed the coffee pot off of the table. He brought our order out fifteen minutes later. My pancakes were terrible. He forgot some of my nieces food. Her food looked terrible. Seven minutes later he comes over to see how we were doing. I tell him that the pancakes were terrible. He leaves them on the table and goes to tell the manager. The manager comes out almost Twenty minutes later. He asks, do you want something else. I tell him no because it took you so long to come out. He offers me a platter to take with me. I decline. I pay for my nieces meal and we leave.

I’m vegetarian and I got the veggie omelette. It looked disgusting from the moment the waiter put it down and smelled like fish. I took a bite and it tasted like fish too. I told the waiter my issue and he apologized but I was still charged for the disgusting plate that I didn’t even eat. The side of fruit looked old too so I didn’t eat anything but the side of hash brown I ordered. Terrible service and terrible food. Never coming back here again.

I usually prefer this location but my last visit there was HORRIBLE to say the least. It was 5 tables with people the place was NOT busy when I went. My waitress took so long so bring me utensils my food got cold and I couldn't finish my meal. I asked her 2 times for utensils and got them the 3rd time i asked. I had to search tables for my own ketchup cause she never came to check on us to know i needed it. She never even offered to refill our drinks. And if that's not bad enough my total was $30.38 I gave $40.38 and she was adamant that my change was $2. Mind you she calculated my change in her head. Never ran it through the register. Despite the horrible service I still left a tip on the table because you never know what someone is going through and she may have had a lot on her mind. But even after telling her that was the incorrect change she still insisted my change was $2 and not $10. And never gave me my receipt or my change. Didn't even give the $2. So she got an extra $10 out of me. I will never go back to this location and if you do pay with a card not cash unless you want your money stolen.

Horrible place EVER!!!! I ordered with no mushrooms because I’m allergic! I ordered chicken and shrimp and got only chicken!!! I place my order online at 958am and it stated it would be ready at 1015am. I get to IHOP at 1038am and they stated it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I wanted a restful day after a very long work week of over 70 hours. I should have made breakfast at home!!! Not only was the food not ready and I had to wait over 30 minutes in my car. I get my food and it’s completely wrong!!!!!! I tried to call them and no answer!!!!! This is horrible!!!! Don’t order online and do go there at all!!!!

Awful service from the get go. No one was there to greet us or even be at the front. Multiple employees would walk by and not even look in our direction. When someone did come by, she held her finger up, as to say “one second.” But no words exited her mouth-horrible customer service. If you don’t have time for customers or can’t use the voice box you were gifted, then a bad review is coming your way. We were finally seated, by the way, it’s very uncomfortable. My friend has chronic back pain and it was very uncomfortable for her. Our waitress was Tonya, who was VERY sweet but I will be honest, she was not very attentive; however, she was attending to most people in the restaurant. After we ordered our food, a slew of people came in, one family with around 15+ and a couple. Because there was no one to greet them and they had been waiting for at least 10 minutes, the woman walked back to the kitchen and found employees. She told her husband she found them screwing around in the back. It took about 30-35 minutes for our food to come out and we were all sick afterwards… genuinely. The has browns were like not fully cooked and tasted straight up microwaved but for too long. My friend received 2/4 pieces of bacon. The tomatoes in my wrap were almost plastic like. Our sweet waitress was the only saving grace of the whole place. It wasn’t very clean, the lighting was dingy, and the staff was rude. Would not recommend coming here or wasting your money, we commend Tonya, though. She was great!
