My nephew took 15+ mins to be acknowledged at window. Got a notification from app that food was ready before even going to pick up. First two employees ask for name and don’t give update after. Third employee comes up and says that they’re just missing the bread bites. Don’t know what’s so difficult to give an update that it’s missing and don’t know why they put order ready for pickup if order isn’t ready. One of the pizzas was wrong order too and pizzas were cold by the time we got them. Didn’t want go back cause it would’ve been another hour of waiting

This dominos is so chaotic. They are not organized causing huge delays in orders. There’s a ton of workers here but it’s so disorganized that no one is knowing what to do.

Everytime I come here to pick up my order, it is never ready, they charge me and tell me to go park up front, that they are going to bring me my food but they never do, I have waited up to 20 minutes and I have to go around the drive thru again, horrible place , terrible customer service

Horrible place and staff. The guy that opened the window didn’t even greet just asked for my name and closed the window! Not even a “I’ll be right back with your order”, just shuts the window. I still had to wait for my pizza to be made, for me to get home and my order to be incorrect. First time buying at this location, never again.

It’s been several times i order pizza without garlic. And it’s like I tell them please add extra garlic. So many people working just look at the screen. Several times I need to get down because of this.

I had to go pick up my food after OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF when it was supposed to be a DELIVERY. Placed the order at 6:05pm and was notified through the dominos app it was delivered around 6:35pm and nothing. So of course we call and they give some excuse along the lines of “Glitch in the app, the driver is taking out multiple orders, theyll be there in a few minutes”. It really shouldnt have taken that long because we literally live down the road from dominos. After another 15 minutes of nothing, we call again are told by someone else “Oh yeah the driver is just heading out now. It should be about 6 minutes.” 15 minutes later still nothing. We call again and ask to speak to a manager who places us on hold while they contact the driver. We were left on hold for so long we had enough time to think and decide if we should go into the store ourselves and did. By the time we get to the store it is 7:20pm and the manager tell us theyll have the driver come back with our order and theyll be here in 10 minutes. Why would i want that same old cold pizza that we ordered over an hour ago?? We ask to have it made again and the manager says 10 minutes. We wait 20 minutes and nobody comes back to us so we go up ourselves and ask if our food is ready. After an hour and a half we get our pizza and an apology and that was barely even an apology from the supposed “manager”. No other compensation except credit for our next order. We literally waited over an hour and a half, went out of our way to pick up an order that was supposed to be a delivery, and that was it. The fact that we had to pick up an order meant for delivery says enough. The fact that it took over an hour and a half is ridiculous. And the fact that we got basically no compensation or even a proper explanation to what happened is annoying. Literally no effort was put into our service.

Food was said to be ready but was not! Waited an extra 30 minutes just to be handed my food! The pizza was cold from all the waiting when it was finally given to me. The last item needed was ordered to be made when I barely arrived and when finished took them a long time to box it! When home I had to reheat the pizza. Terrible service!!

How does a pizza place run out of large pizzas and of thin and crispy all at the same time. Ordered online they took over 20 min to get back to me to tell me they did not have large. Then another 10 to call me back again to tell me the did not have thin and crispy. So much for a fast pizza pickup. For this should have gone to a sit down restaurant and it would have been faster.

Pizza arrived 30 mins AFTER receiving text saying they were on their way. We’re 2.5 miles from location. Pizza was cold and hard. So frustrated, we’re hungry and tired, and we can’t leave at the moment to get something else. Super bummed 😞

Tried the new tots but turnt out to be burnt and need more cheese*if you want good tots stick to sonic, wendys or dairy queen the ones from here are not worth it!!!

Pretty messed up if u ask me if u see a pizza come out the oven and still deliver it that way you have no soul this is not the first time they do something like this I just never make a big deal about it but this has been way too much dominoes is good when they are on point but one they serve sloppy food like this it’s a shame they need to hire new staff that actually cares because the ones right now ain’t doin it

Order has been incorrect the last 3x I have ordered from this location. Pizza was sloshed to one side, pasta had ingredients that were requested not to be in dish (onion) and wings were just tossed in the box and toppings pulled in the center. 0 stars do not recommend. Called in and asked for replacement and was told it’d be 2-3 hrs. Delivery driver sat the food in the floor of the motel, knocked on door and left.
