Had a very bad experience on this location. I just had gotten out of work went to pick up some food and the girl at the drive thru was nice took my order. I usually always check my order before leaving since sometimes they can forget to give us our items. Well for my luck my mom called me at the exact moment I got my food n didn't bother checking. When I got home I was missing several items. So I went back got down to the location and the girl on the counter was extremely rude. I was like I just order this. Here is the receipt and the food. I told her what was missing. An her facial expression was you know your supposed to ask for all the stuff at the window. I'm usually a very understanding person but she didn't help with that attitude. I'm like it's in receipt so I did ask for it no?. I had to drive 20 min back to this location for the missing items and the food ain't cheap. Now all my food is cold since I had to come back but thank you for understanding. She didn't even apologize. I understand fast food places are overwhelming but if you don't like your job quit and find better.

The restaurant is clean and the staff are always nice ! I like kfc chicken tastes, but they are getting smaller and smaller.

I'm a Truck driver so I used Grubhub to order food because I was stuck at my company I ordered 12 wings no sauce the wings where half cooked and being in my situation I can't go drive my truck to KFC to have them replace them or get my refund, its getting really hard out here to find places that take pride in their work or even know what they're doing.

We bought food to go and the pieces they gave us were small, greasy on the outside and dry on the inside. It seems like they gave old and the smallest pieces they had. It's the last time we go to that location.

The workers are nice and despite asking me to wait upfront, the food was delivered quite quick. However, speedy service doesn't mean better. The restaurant was empty and I was the only one in the drive thru, yet, they gave me the wrong size meal and forgot my jalapeños. Honestly, I can look passed that but the sandwich was dry and tasted old. The fries were luke warm and undercooked. Normally, I never have a complaint about this place but today, I was super disappointed.

I ordered the chicken pot pie. It is horrible new recipe only with huge chunks of overcooked leftovers, no veggies barely any sauce. I do not recommend it. So sad 😢

Awful food and ridiculous prices seems to be all this place has to offer now. Skimpy, soggy chicken and dry over cooked sides is all they have. Never going back here. Not worth the money. Why do they have a 4+ rating is beyond comprehension, or perhaps Laredo just doesn't know quality?

Ordered a large sandwich combo. Got the smallest order of fries ever. Even took a picture only 70grams. I weighed it and took a picture. Ridiculous!!!

Ordered through Uber Eats and received refried chicken in my recent KFC order. It seems the food may have been prepared earlier for someone and refried before being delivered to me. This is disappointing....
