Service was okay but they put less meat than what was normal which is a no no for me since their subs in general are getting pricey. The one in Sawtelle has much better quality overall

Service was really really poor. Sales person told me a price for a itlana sandwich meal and when went to pay she was doubling the price of what I was told.never going to that location again. And she had a bad attitude with all the customers.

Employees don't pay attention to what they are doing! They don't even know how to make sandwiches in that location .

Please do your self and your family a big favor do not go to this subway location

First time visiting this location in years as there are far better sub sandwiches around the area. I was in a time crunch picking up Wingstop right next door for my family and decided to go in. No greeting upon entry and then when it came time to pay I presented my digital coupon on the Subway app. The lady said it wasn’t applicable and I asked for the manager. It was an older Indian man and he said it’s not working and he couldn’t honor it. I told him he should manually apply a discount as this isn’t the customers fault. Reluctantly, he applied 10%. I won’t be back & will be deleting this app off my phone once again.

This was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately, it was far from pleasant. Upon presenting a coupon, an older woman of Indian descent informed us that it was only valid for "selective meats." I showed her the coupon, as it had no exclusions listed and we were hoping to purchase one of the sandwiches advertised in the coupon's image. However, she disregarded the coupon and very rudely insisted on her interpretation. Due to this experience, we left and went to a different Subway location where our coupon was accepted without any issues. I'm unsure if this particular Subway is privately owned, but I wanted to bring to other future customers attention the lack of customer service we experienced. I would advise others to avoid this location if possible.

Only reason I stopped here was because panda was really packed, but I should've just sticked with panda... Worst service maan! Dry attitude, small servings, and no sense of customer satisfaction..... Come on maan! 5 pieces of spinach? 3 cucumber slices? One small strip of dressing? Other subways make the sub look fat! This subway makes the subs like if the subs are staaarving maan!! Never coming back to this place! And I hope people see what I mean and they get new staff... This is not the way other subways operate maan. This one is skimpy and greedy.

Attempted to contact branch manager and was told they don't know when one will show up and quickly hung up after.

I ordered store pick up and I never received an email saying it was finished. So I went in six minutes later and the employee that was there. An older gentleman with an Indian accent was completely rude to me. Then I get home and my breakfast sandwich wasn’t even cooked properly. The bacon was still pink. When I called, he yelled at me and told me that I was wrong then hung up on me. I would never allow my employees to act like that. When I tried to call back to get a managers name or to find out the persons name so I can talk to his store manager and just let him know what happened. The guy wouldn’t give me the information. He completely refused. 100% unprofessional.

Rudest afternoon crew that I have ever met. The older middle eastern woman made me not order my food at all, I told my daughter to go ahead and order. I lost my appetite and the younger one was even worse. Super nice to the gentleman who came in after me.

This is really really ridiculous they have the breakfast combo only with coffee but they don’t have decaf and they won’t substitute it for anything else so you have to get regular coffee or nothing else even though before I came to the same location and they substituted it for chocolate milk she made the sandwich and I just left even though I asked few times that it wasn’t right not to have decaf and yet have the false advertisement breakfast combo with coffee very disappointed from this branch they lost a customer just for their incourtesy and greediness and got a bad review…. places like this I would not have the pleasure of eating in or making business with

Went to subway yesterday 2-2-18, orders a wrap and a meatball sandwich and I did eat the meatball until the next day and it was bad, most of the meatballs were burned on one side, and the wrap was dry even after I ask them to put mayo on it, now I use to work at subways and was taught not to waste food but was also taught if the meatballs are burned and dry you do not use them..and I would like to know why this is the only subways that sells footlong for $7;99, when everyone else's (subway)sells footlong 's for $6;99, as seen also on t.v. I will never go back to this store, do not like what the do with their meats,
