My family and I stopped here for lunch and I wish there was one closer to where we lived. The burgers are great, the fries were fresh and crispy with plenty of salt, the cheese curds are a must try, and the concrete was a perfect ending to a great meal. The cashier was helpful and made great suggestions on the menu options. Whenever I'm in this area Culver's will be my first stop.

This was my first time to Culver's and I can't believe how stinkin' friendly everyone was! I've never had such attention at any other fast food chain. Ever. Cod dinner was fresh and hot and the tarter sauce tasty and unusual with cucumber and capers. Will be back

These Culver Deluxe Burgers beat Whataburgers hands down! You gotta try the Dr Pepper Burger and frozen custard! Just don't eat the frozen custard outside because it will rapidly melt in the hot summer heat!

Drove 20 minutes during my work lunch hour to try Culver's for the first time. I had the best experience in a fast food restaurant of my life. Nate was one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was hospitable, passionate, and a true believer of the Culver's brand. without a doubt, this is the best fast food burger joint. we took a little challenge and also picked up an In N Out burger for comparison and it was a JOKE compared to Culver's. On top of the flavorful burger, Culvers also has delicious ice cream. the restaurant was very clean and well kept, the environment was definitely a bit higher class too.

I've eaten at one other Culvers, and this one was also very good, it's awesome when theres consistency in franchise locations. I got the Spinach Artichoke Fried Chicken BLT, it was great, subtle in its flavor, but distinct, paired with their awesome onion rings and Culvers rootbeer how could you go wrong!! Will be here again!

Been to this location a few times first time was slow at the time of eating but the service did not lack. The next time I went it was packed almost seemed to have no available seats! Service was the same as the other time here quick, easy, good food. Culver's having amazing fish and chicken and their fries are amazing along with their fried cheese curds!

I've been here only a few times but each time I've left full and happy. The burgers have always been delicious with just the right amount of condiments and toppings. The crinkle cut fries have a nice crispness to them while still being soft. They also provide a great added bonus to your kids meal. The bag has a coupon for a free custard. What kid doesn't love dessert? You do need to pay attention to the turn to get to it off the 121 expressway. I missed it the first time and there's not an easy way to get to it once you miss the turn. You have to go all the way back around either turning right or left at the next light. I recommend going left and basically making a u turn to back track.

The bacon cheeseburgers have great flavor, the tenderloins are always perfect, and the onion rings can't be beat! We've always had great, quick service too!

Best Hamburgers and Cheese Curds from Wisconsin, or anywhere for that matter.

Their Butterburger is SO good!! The patties are smashed and seared which gives them a delicious caramelized flavor. The quality cheese adds so much to it as well. The prices are a little high but the quality is so good for a fast food place. The dining room also feels like a sit down restaurant and the music is pleasant. It's just overall a very pleasant experience and we love stopping in our way to Frisco.

The patty was juicy and flavorful, the bacon perfectly crispy, and that fresh, melty cheese just ties it all together. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The Chili Cheese Fries? Insane. Piled high with rich, meaty chili and smothered in that same unbelievably fresh cheese. They don’t skimp either it’s the kind of side that could be a meal on its own. Now let’s talk about the Wisconsin Cheese curds crispy, golden on the outside, and filled with gooey, warm cheese on the inside. They’re addictive. Easily one of the best cheese snacks I’ve ever had. And to top it all off, I grabbed a Concrete Mixer for dessert. It’s smooth, creamy, and packed with flavor. Whether you go with cookie dough, Oreo, or any of their other mix-ins, you really can’t go wrong. Culver’s doesn’t just serve fast food they serve quality. I first had Culver's back in 2017 when I lived in Tampa. Place was good then, and its still good now. I got the spicy chicken sandwich with the famous cheese curds. I wish they had a closer location though. Get a concrete as well!

I hadn’t had Culver’s since I lived in Minnesota. So delicious. Their patties have sort of a smash burger feel and the cheese curds do very much taste of Minnesota. This was the perfect lunch on a Black Friday shopping afternoon, right by the Nebraska Furniture Mart. My partner got the chili cheese fries and those were pretty fire and my nephew the spicy chicken sandwich. Everything was great!

Best burgers in town!!!! We ordered from Culvers for the 1st time the Double Patty Deluxe combos and they were great. It was fresh, real patties, and packed with all the good burger dressings (which can also be customized or excluded). The bacon was even real, fresh & crispy along with French fries. Hands down, a burger connoisseur and this was the best. It was so good we returned the very next day and we have been returning weekly since then. We will definitely continue returning and highly recommend if you are looking for a great burger place with reasonable prices!!!

Visited October 15th, encountered the funniest as well as friendliest cashier staff I've ever had at a restaurant. They really made my week. The food was also excellent. I just have to say, whoever was working on Sunday 10/19 at 5-5:30pm is your DREAM team. Drive thru service was fantastic, our food was THE BEST order we’ve had from here, and our custard orders were incredible also. Whichever cook you had on the grill has got to be your go to person! Yes, this is a fast food chain, but there’s something special about each Culver’s I’ve visited. The food is fresh, delicious and reliable. The kids taking your order always seem to be bright and friendly, and in all my visits, maybe two (?) orders have ever had a forgotten item (usually a sauce). And seriously, their spicy chicken sandwich has to be the best. The level of spice is perfect, the chicken is always crispy and juicy and the toppings are perfect.

The service is impeccable here every time we go. They are always so funny and accurate with our orders. The service alone is a great reason to come. Add in the tastiness of their burgers and it’s a slam dunk. Love the fries, pretzel bites, and broccoli as well. The chocolate custard is forever the best around too. First time visiting this restaurant....was recommended as a top fast food place in the area. The person taking my order at the drive thru was friendly and had a helpful demeanor. He took my order quickly asked questions, and also gave suggestions. The menu was easy to read. I waited for about a total of 5-8 minutes as there was a car ahead of me. I ordered a single burger, no cheese, fries. I thought about ordering the cheese curds as they seem to be a popular pick online... maybe next visit. I also ordered a mini strawberry concrete custard with strawberry & added cheesecake. The burger was a decent size & tasted good. The fries could have been crunchier but were ok. I liked the strawberry concrete but the cheesecake bites made it a bit soggy. All in all, I liked them for the most part & would visit again

So, my family and I went out to lunch at Culver's because we had a gift card. There were some problems with it, and I think the cashier said that it wasn't valid. Eventually, we got it sorted out, then we ordered. Burgers: ★★★★☆ Fries: ★★★★☆ Cheese tots: ★★★★★ Pretzel bites: ★★★☆☆ Ice cream: -★★★★☆ With the ice cream, they don't actually have "flavors", they just drizzle syrup with that flavor over vanilla ice cream, and they don't have strawberry, only little strawberry pieces.

Read online that Culver's had the top cheeseburger in the country. Had never had it but had tried the other four in the top 5, so.... I got the Double Butterburger with cheese and a side of crinkle cut fries. The burger did not disappoint. It was juicy and the cheese added flavor without being overwhelming. The fries were crispy and VERY good! Overall, it was a great experience and a good meal, but I need to add another local burger chain gets my vote for #1. Culver's was a close second. Ok let's start with the food, the food was great, I had the Swiss mushroom burger, it was just an absolutely delicious juicy burger, the onion rings hot and crunchy. The wife has the 3 piece cod dinner, and also loved it, so the moral of the story great fresh food. I was recently at another Culver's in Tennessee and the kids there were super hyper, very positive very welcoming the moment me and my family walked in, they used tons of pleases and thank you, felt like I was in a Chic Fila. I think this Culver's could do better if they step up their customer service interaction, I really Love Culver's food, another thing I noticed here why did you only have one register open, and I was ordering a large order, and people lining up behind me, I felt rushed because of this, you had tons of kids there but only one register, yes eventually you did open another, but only after seeing frustrated customers, and you don't want it to get to that point. So please correct the ship and get this place in the correct path, because I really enjoy Culver's food. P.S. I was the customer who did the loud shout out to the cook who made my delicious Swiss and Mushroom burger.

Culver's stands out among fast food joints by offering a unique experience: you order at the counter, and then they deliver your food right to your seat. Although Culver's is primarily a Wisconsin-based chain, they have a few locations in Texas that we absolutely love. As vegetarians, we particularly enjoy their custard, Harvest Burger, and fries. The value for money at Culver's is excellent, and the store's ambiance is fantastic. I highly recommend Culver's for a great outing with friends and family.

Stopped by this place for National cheese curds day, to try their one day only "curderburger!". Standard burger with a fried cheese curd on the meat. There was not too much special about it. I think the cheese curd should have been thicker. I think it needed ketchup and mustard as well. Did not think to ask for it. I have to remember that next time. I give them four stars because of the concept. The burger was a three. Didn't have time to go back and get the ketchup and mustard because I had to get to work, and I had already begun eating a burger. Until the next new item on the menu.

Went there for a burger 07/30/22 around noon. The place was packed and I waited 20 minutes for my food. They've must have been short handed in the kitchen. Still, the burger was really good and also the crispy crinkle cut fries.

Service and food is always great here. But this is the second time I have observed the manager, Mike, berating employees in full view of customers. He uses a demeaning and condescending manner as well as foul language. It's offensive that Culver's would put such a person in charge, especially when a lot of their employees are young.

We live an hour away, and this is the closest Culver's. When we are in the area, we try to eat here. Today was disappointing. While the cashier wasn't rude, she wasn't friendly, either. Nice place. Food reminds me of Wendy’s. I didn’t try the ice cream but wifey did & she really liked it. Nice service & atmosphere.

My family and I tried this restaurant because it was recommended by a co-worker. The parking lot is handicap accessible. There was no wait to order in line. The menu was well lit and easy to read. The restaurant itself was clean and well lit. The staff was friendly. The food arrived at our table and was hot. Everything was great until we tasted the food. It was not what we expected. It tastes horrible and it didn't agree with our stomachs!!! Will not eat here again!!!

We used the drive through. Amazing service and prompt timing getting food. The reason for such a low rating was the food itself. It didn't have much flavor and caused a sodium overload where our hearts were racing and bad headaches immediately afterwards.

The service here could be improved tremendously. The manager was advised of an incorrect order and handled the complaint ineffectively. Took my entire tray and then had me to remove items that I started to eat. Also made a smart remark when informing of the issue. Then another cashier just stared at the customers instead of advising he could assist us with ordering. Experience altogether was not it and I will not return to this location. Hopefully your experience is Better.

The food was genuinely good, but the service was not great for my first time trying Culver's. I went with my aunt, and we ordered enough items for 4 people, but I guess there was some mix-up with the cashiers, and the wait for the food ended up being nearly 40 minutes. At first, we were wondering why the order was taking so long, but it turned out that one of the workers gave our order to someone waiting in the drive-thru. We didn't get a receipt from the lady who took our order, so the workers had to go back into their past transactions to try and find what we ordered so they could remake it. After all that, we had to wait longer so they could remake the order, but at least we got free ice cream tubs for the mistake I guess :(

I've been waiting in line for 15 minutes for a drive thru sandwich. This is ridiculous, will never be back.

Dirty frying oil for my onion rings, they were crispy dark... The best part of my crispy chicken sandwich was the bun.

Culver's has been the regular place my husband and I go to after leaving the gym and we make sure we get there 3-5 minutes before the dining room doors close at 9pm. Well, tonight was different because the doors were closed at 8:56pm so I knocked on the door and asked if we could come in since we were regulars and asked for the manager. Well, Mike comes out with attitude stating “I own this restaurant and I do what I want”. We will NEVER EVER step foot in this place again!! Horrible!!!!!! NEGATIVE Stars!

I visited Culver’s The Colony on 09/03/2025 and experienced behavior that is utterly unacceptable for any customer-facing business. Staff Behavior: I initially spoke with Ms. Jackson, who refused to clearly provide her name despite repeated requests. She was evasive, dismissive, and unprofessional, creating a frustrating and hostile interaction. Manager Interaction: I then spoke with the manager, Nate, around 2:30 PM CST. He was visibly sweating, loud, confrontational, and openly disrespectful, saying things like, “Buddy, I’m not replacing nothing neither.” His behavior was threatening, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for a leadership role. Hygiene & Pest Concerns: The store displayed serious cleanliness and sanitation issues, raising concerns about customer safety and health. Culture, Leadership & Diversity Failures: The interactions highlight systemic issues with leadership, training, and corporate culture. The staff’s behavior and the complete lack of professionalism by Nate suggest that immediate corrective action is necessary. The staff is not diverse, further highlighting a problematic culture at this location. Recommendation / Call for Action: This level of disrespect, hostility, and negligence is unacceptable. I strongly urge Culver’s corporate office to take immediate action, including a full investigation into both Nate and Ms. Jackson. Their behavior is unfit for their roles, and I recommend termination to uphold Culver’s standards for professionalism, safety, and inclusivity. Customers deserve a clean, respectful, and safe environment, and leadership must be held accountable.

If I could give zero I would, the manager (who I assume is Nate, just based off the other reviews I’ve read based off the same type of situation) is very rude and condescending. After getting my order wrong and giving the wrong concrete, he tried to tell me I ordered the wrong thing multiple times and tried to refuse to remake it. Very rude and condescending manager, recommend firing and replacing with someone nicer. I would understand if it was just me, but there have been other people that he has pissed off enough to write a review so I am sure there are more ppl that he is rude to on a daily basis that go unreported. Do better Culver’s!

Nathan the manager on duty was very condescending tonight after they messed up my order. Told me to call the owner about their store policy instead of providing great customer service and fixing the store’s mistake. Highly disappointed in my experience at this location. I told him I lived 20 minutes away and could not bring the order back tonight and his response was “Well hold onto the food until you can bring it back.” So, now I didn’t get to eat dinner and have to wait until tomorrow evening to return the sandwich when I am free. A waste of time, money, and gas.

My husband and I came in for a quick lunch and were not happy with the interaction with the manager. I asked one of the employees for her name and he said he wasnt allowed to give us her name and was afraid of being fired. I told him we needed her name to write a complaint on her rude and curt attitude and he agreed but couldn't tell us so I asked another employee and was told her name is Minka. Minka your attitude is terrible...you should rethink how you treat patrons and the employees you work with.

I was very disappointed with this particular location. It was my first time there and I was excited since I've been hearing how good the burgers supposed to be. Firstly we witnessed a worker literally getting upset with a customer over a question about their custard. The customer was an elder gentleman trying to understand and the worker was so impatient and rude. He treated the gentleman with disdain. Secondly when it was our turn we try asking questions we were met with annoyance. For anyone who hasn't been there the menu is rather confusing. It was all over. Thirdly the food was not worth it. It was dry and overcooked. The restaurant wasn't that busy so there is no excuse for atutuides nor terrible food services. The customers were all patient waiting. I don't normally leave reviews whether it was bad or good services but today was the exception. I don't expect food to be top tier because I get that it's fast food. But the whole experience was so off putting that I will never come back and will tell people to stay away from this particular location.

I was ordering some burgers at the drive thru. It was a female staff that was taking my order, but all of the sudden this male staff barged in through the speaker and started being condescending. I think he is the manager because most of the staffs inside seemed young, and his voice sounded like in his 40s. He worked at 9pm Monday 2/9/2026. Also, if management team is reading this, please fire this guy. Most of the negative reviews on this store are about this manager. I also worked in the service industry before, and I'm telling you, attitude problems can't be fixed with re-training - they need life changing experience for that. Other than that, it was my first time at Culver's, and the food tastes great.

I thought Culver’s usually had great service but this one is taking a different approach. Most of their employees are extremely rude and they constantly mess up orders. For example but I don’t think the ice cream in the photo attached is a medium size when I clearly ordered a medium (and yes they still charged me for a medium). The owners must not care to keep up with the restaurant.
