Ordered food for pickup on the Subway app, it was supposed to be ready at 9:10 PM, and when I arrived at 9:20, the store was already closed. Disappointed!

Very unprofessional, the lady working the counter had a grumpy attitude. The restroom was beyond filthy. All around not a good experience. I would not support this business.

Worst ever. Rude!!. Store says closing at 8:30pm, i walk in at 7:30, jerk with a horrible attitude says only call in take out orders. When I have gotten food in the past it was sub-par anyway.

I work in the same shopping center as this subway. I have ordered MANY meals from this location, and I am a frequent customer. The lady that worked in the morning on 10/14 is very rude and has poor customer service skills. I will no longer return.

Lettuce and avocado were brown and needed to be thrown out. I was told this is all they have. Should probably turn this place in in healthy practices.

I wish I could give this establishment 0 stars. I ordered a "veggie delite" and I expressed that they did not put an appropriate amount of vegetables on the sandwich. Apparently, 6 olives and 1 banana pepper is an appropriate amount for a foot long sandwich. Beware of this establishment! Never, ever again!

I will never go back now that the owner has disallowed accepting Subway published coupons, which have exceptional discounts! I hope they lose many customers because of his decisions. Coupons increase your walk in activity which in turn increases their sales. Idiot.

Doesn't close as listed - 9pm. They're supposedly closed at 8:15pm or sometimes 8:30pm. So I suggest everyone to go there about 7 incase he changes the time again or give a call for a heads up.

They don't know what is in their ingredients and they refuse to look it up. I went in the store late morning and was the only one in the store. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes while the lady acted busy and looked around for stuff to do, but wouldn't acknowledge me. When I asked the ingredients in a sauce, she didn't know and was "unable" to find out.

Honestly I wish there was a zero star option. This is the absolute worst Subway sandwich I have been to. I went to this location at 9:45 pm and the employee Sid was sitting inside and said he was not making anymore sandwiches even after I pointed to the window stating that they were opened until 10pm. I called the next day and got another employee who gave me a number to report the incident to her manager but there was no answer and no return call from the manager Barbara. So I went in this afternoon to ask to speak to the manager myself and was refused. I was treated very rudely and was not provided any valid explanation as to why they would be closed before the closing time. I left and went to the Subway on Portola instead and was provided with excellent customer service. The facility is unclean as well, there have been flies inside the restaurant a couple of times I've been there. I have reported the incident to the corporate office. I hope this forces them to have better customer service but I doubt it.
