May the gods protect the best and one of the last standing subways in the area! Great service the guy here makes a great sub and they're quick and nice, much prefer subway to jersey mikes and half the price , godspeed!

Sam is the best!! He's super friendly, everything is always clean, and the food is delicious!! We love it!
This is one of the nicest subway staff I’ve ever met, Sam and Johanna were very nice, the y treat me and my service dog with a lot respect, the chicken teriyaki sandwich was great! The place is very clean. Highly recommended!
I have read a lot of Reviews here which are not good, also heard same from customers. I just want to let everyone know, We have taken over this Subway and have let go all of the OLD Staff due to their negligence. We are committed to make all of our Guest experience great again. we will take all of your bad experience and make it a good. You Can order Online or Come in..give us a try one more time. We have New Management and Owner being present at the location will make a big Difference. Thank you

I had an excellent experience at the Lodi Subway everyone there is very attentive and curtious. I applaud and appreciate their customer service. I have not been there in a while but I want to mention two young men there names who I have remembered Michael and Sam they helped me more than you could know. They were very kind and patient with my orders. I thank them for giving me a great experience and I'm going to keep on coming back I hope to see them again.
This subway is the place to go! There is a new team ever since it opened up again and they are really kind and efficient. They make my sandwich fast and make it look nice. The store always looks nice and clean and I always feel comfortable eating there even during this pandemic. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to eat a nice fresh sandwich.

The food was good but they cover it like in the picture. I hope they can use a clear glass instead of the metal cover so we can see what we are getting.

They must improve their customer service abilities. Every time I went there after 7 o'clock in the evening, there was a worker who allegedly appeared to be high. Although I haven't noticed that attentiveness in my previous five orders, they occasionally deliver their very best. The only thing that makes it better is how spotless and well-maintained everything is when you walk in. In the evening, the crew members are never pleased and lament their long days at work. Give them some encouragement or a raise so they can serve us better.

Ordered online. We reach the place...and they made us wait 5 people on the line. After we did the line a white Hispanic RUDE boy whom I asked for the order, and I told him we ordered online answered us " I just reach here"...After we waited for about 15 minutes an African American very nice gave us service...but they ran out os sauces and they didn't have meatballs sandwich and he had to change our order......Because of the service and the Hispanic boy I don't think will go back to this subway which we've always gone to....

Would definitely not be visiting this subway again as there are plenty others where one can treated better and I would advise others to do the same. The guy cant even follow simple instructions and argues at every thing. Felt like throwing the subway on his face!! The management should give proper training to these people and not just hire anyone. Highly disappointed.
Disgusting service by one of the employees in this place I do not know her name she was pregnant. VERY DISRESPECTFUL,when she started doing my sandwich she was having a conversation with another coworker about Jordan shoes which she was not PAYING ATTENTION AT ALL! When I paid I told her its for here she THREW THE SANDWICH IN A BIG BAG and I asked for a tray because I was going to eat the sandwich inside she THREW IT AT ME SHAKED HER HEAD AND WALKED AWAY VERY VERY VERY RUDEEEE! She was on the phone cursing the whole time while clients coming in! That’s something very unprofessional! TALKING ON THE PHONE WHILE HELPING CLIENTS The worst experience ever! The most disrespectful employee I have ever experienced in my entire life! !! DEAR WHOEVER YOU ARE IF YOU ARE TIRED OF YOUR JOB QUIT! that’s all I will never go back to that place ever!

Horrible customer service They were rushing to make our sandwiches was making mistake and then would look upset after she made the mistakes .and we had to correct her.-and the bread was old and hard .
AWFUL location. Placed an order through the app. Had asked just for extra lettuce, pickles and mayo not expecting to get a lot but i put it so i don't get a super small amount which is exactly what they gave me. My friends sub had turkey and ham and vinegar. He got no ham and no vinegar, bread was dry. To top it off we go and grab our chips (we ordered 3 bags), we grab 3 and the employee accuses us of taking an extra bag of chips in front of the whole store instead of doing the right thing and checking the receipt before accusing us of stealing a $1 bag of chips. This location needs to either terminate some of their employees or retrain their staff.
Went in Oct 10 414pm ask, for the low calorie bread lady says we don't serve that today. There are signs speaking of it and have had there recently I just left she looked so angry. I don't feel she's happy person won't be back hire nice people at least she looked scary.
- Server was extremely friendly, No complaints there. - The sandwich was ok, the bread was spongy...i was able to eat the sandwich and the vegetables were somewhat soggy not that fresh. Why I gave it a 1 star... Look in my cup and I find black spots..I though it was the cup so I dump the drink and start over...well come to find out it was mold in the ice. So I decided that I would press the lever to dump some ice from the machine but wasn't able to clear the mold, so that means that this machine need to be cleaned out... Ended up with drink with no ice and okay sandwich for $10.97... not to happy

I ordered the subway series sub #30 "The beast", which is advertised as having a 1/2 pound of meat. I received less than half that and way too much lettuce, despite ordering light lettuce. Avoid this location, they skimp on the meat and overdo the cheap vegetables.
Got the churros for my kids.... absolutely disgusting. Took one bite and threw them out. Left nasty aftertaste. Waste of money. Sandwich was acceptable tastewise, but expensive for the size.
