Second time we have ordered online through door dash and both times they have left out parts of our order . Thought maybe the first time was a fluke but unfortunately it wasn’t. Also when they season the wings they just season one side .

The wings were too overcooked and dry. Extra extra crispy. The wings in the photos are supposed to be to different flavors. I can't tell which are which. Tasteless. I don't think I'll be coming back. Do yourself a favor and go over to Costco and buy their bags of wings and cook them in the microwave. Much better.

I have not eat at this location in a long time now I know why. The food was not that great the chicken was barley seasoned and was really tuff and chewy to eat my jaws got tired from chewing and once the skin came of the chicken was flavorless the flats have a little bit more seasoning then the drumsticks but they are really tough to eat/chew. and also not to mention I paid for three ranches and the waitress made sure to tell me that when I went in there to pick up my order but guess what there was only two sauces instead of three. I got the lemon pepper wings and food was really salty like really salty with not being a lot of seasoning on the wings to be that way. didn't really have a lot of lemon pepper flavor yeah that ruined my taste for Wingstop and I won't be going back for a long long time if I ever do huge thumbs 👎🏾 I'm very disappointed..I wish I could post a picturee of how the wings looked and the seasoning because I took pictures for it to be that salty with no seasoning mostly skin on on the chicken and no seasoning to be that salty just wow and my fries were the Same way 🤦🏾‍♂️

Wait time is never accurate. Expect to wait 15+ minutes every time. (Edit) they ended up messing up the entire order. After a long time of waiting, I had to go up myself and ask if my order is ready yet. And it was on the shelf the whole time. Food was cold.

Terrible! They are said it would be done in 35 min and its been a hour! I understand they may be understaffed but it is seriously not acceptable to not be meeting the estimated time, especially when its over 30 min.

Honestly don't bother coming here. I live in lodi and rather drive to stockton to get my wings... the service is much better & the food is much more tastier. The females that work there are very bitter and rude. You will wait a long time just to get your order taken while the workers that are there are laughing and messing around instead of working and doing their job and it won't even be busy. Never again will I order from here. New staff should be hired

I had a truly frustrating experience with my recent online order pickup at the Lodi location, right next to Costco. I was given a specific pickup time, but upon arrival and checking in, I was told it would be just 5 more minutes. That quick wait turned into an additional 25 minutes! It's incredibly disappointing to be given inaccurate information and then left to wait for so long, especially when you've planned your day around a specific pickup time. This kind of delay and miscommunication is simply unacceptable. I will never visit this location again for an online order.

Went for dinner which I knew was a mistake. I decided to order inside. Three employees passed me before someone actually stopped to help me. I placed my order and waited almost 45minutes. When I checked in for my order they hadn’t even made it. In fact they didn’t even know where my order was. I just got a refund and left. It was honestly some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Save yourself the hassle order online then at least you can get something after waiting 45 minutes or just go somewhere else.

Wow. This is the WORST service I've ever experienced at any establishment. They gave me the wrong order and I live 40 minutes away from this location. They wanted my sister in law to drive back and get the wings they messed up and then they would give me my correct my order. Are you kidding me? And this is for only 8 wings by the way. Apparently, their company policy does not care to accommodate customers for THEIR mistakes. Check your orders before you leave folks! Even though you shouldn't have to!!

Wingstop took over an hour to give us the wrong food. We live 40 minutes away and when we got home we noticed it was wrong. We had a roommate go back to tell them and they would not replace the wings without us returning all the food. They also told us if we wanted to pay for new wings we would have to wait for 20 orders ahead of us even though they made the mistake. They said it was company policy. I think it should be company policy to make the correct order and if you don't you should correct your mistake. Worst customer service.
