Never thought I’d review a fast food restaurant but man this chik fil a is top tier. Most fresh and best sandwich I’ve had from one strangely. Pros: chicken was well seasoned, customer service was great, prices were reasonable Cons: The standard bowl needs something else to make it less boring. It is just chicken, a lot of rice, and some veggies. Also, the hot sauce tasted like Frank's Red Hot, which doesn't really pair well with Asian flavors.

Don't go to flame broiler if you want to spend $17 on a medium bowl and a drink. Ordered the chicken and steak bowl with brown rice, comes with veggies. $3.29 for a small drink $10.29 for a half and half bowl, I added brown rice and I'm sure they upchraged . I expected a decent amount of protein but they were stingy. I felt like this bowl could've been more since it was a mini bowl and surely this meal wasn't worth almost $20 bucks. I felt like I paid for a bowl full of rice. I dined in, I sat in two different tables because I kept getting wobbly tables. That's annoying and uncomfortable.. I stopped going to flame broiler because I didn't like the way they served their protein portion and have been going to waba instead. I came here for a quick lunch and was hoping that my previous expectations would be proven wrong. Yet again ,they weren't.. I have come here before, and the drive-through is usually fast and very efficient. Today was Veterans day, and both my wife and I are Veterans/Active Duty so we went to enjoy a free meal. Thank you to all companies that do this. We drove up to the drive-through and asked for the meal, we were told that it is only available inside the store...ok. So we wait in the line, go park and walk inside. We ask the lady for the meal and she asks for our ID's. I show my physical ID because i'm active duty, my wife pulls up her VA status card on her phone and the lady says, "Not sure if we accept that, hold on." and goes to wave over a manager. My wife begins to explain that the Status Cards are all online now, and you can't get a physical copy. She would rather have a physical copy, but can't. The lady at the front, who hasn't served a day in her life, doesn't believe us and still calls the manager over. The manager insects the phone... I mean, hardcore inspecting the screen and reading everything about my wifes time in service and then informs the front lady that she's fine to order. So we order the 2 meals or whatever and we ask to take them To-Go. She says it's dine-in only. Really Chick-Fil-A? You want to not only double-check every veteran that walks in here, but you want to waste their time too? I feel bad, because the food was free, but i've never had an issue with any place like this in the past on Veterans Day. So we sit down and wait for our food, another lady delivers it and we asked for To-Go bags... then left. this place is usually very helpful and fast, but tried way too hard on Veterans day. Like come on.

I go here often because it is nearby my house. Well today I believe was the wrong day to go. The staff they had on hand was horrible. He was very rude to me when he is the one who got my order wrong. He got even more upset when I requested to have one of the bowls meat cooked over, not only did I pay for an upgrade for white meat, I stated that it was a lil too char for my daughter and if they could cook it over because it never looks like that. He stated ma’am the food is always fresh as if I don’t know exactly what I’m talking about since I visit very frequently, at least two to three times a week. I was very unsatisfied with the service today. This is not usual tho’ might I add. Everyone is always upbeat, welcome, and friendly. This dude should find another job!

The service was great and the place is kind of clean, but that’s about where the positives end. The food is simply not good. The cabbage, carrots, and broccoli are watery and tasteless, and the chicken is burnt with bits of cartilage. The magic sauce and hot sauce helps with the flavor, but is packed with sodium — kind of odd, given that the signs emphasize how healthy it is. Leaving the place, I felt the same unhealthy feeling you get when you have cheap Chinese food. As it stands though, the average Chinese place has better food. Disappointing.

The white meat and the extra white chicken I had asked for and have no problem paying extra for, is not white chicken meat, but dark chicken meat, and they barley give you what your paying for. They put it now in a small cut now that is only half burnt dark meat...and I have the receipts to prove it. Service is barley acceptable now. I will no longer becoming back to this location anymore. I gave them many chances..they let me down as a customer. My advise go to another location.

We go here weekly for order pick up and weekly ... WEEKLY there is always something missed in our order. From missing utensils, missing straws, missing fries, or missing sauces. Every time something is forgotten. Yesterday it was the tomatoes in our sandwiches. OUR sandwiches!! Great food great store but we should not have to inspect every aspect of our bagged meal before we leave the store on a pickup.

It was the most awful food I've ever tasted from this chain. The steak taste like a rubber band, hard and chewy. The prices are outrageous. I paid almost $17.00 for a plate, so not worth it. So disappointed when I went. The fries smelled so bad and the chicken did not taste good. When I went to an employee they said they noticed the fryer smelled bad and they told the manager about it and said he’s only allowing refunds for the fries. I called in the manager, Joe Byrne, and he repeated himself that the only refund he is giving us for the fries not even the whole meal even though I also complained about the chicken. The fries touch all part of my meal so I don’t know why the refund for the whole meal wasn’t even an option. The employee tried their best to compensate me but the manager was straight up rude. What ever happened to customer is always right?
