Excellent orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Can be ordered with either with noodles or with fried rice. Both of them delicious and with a very fair price for United Sates. Service is quick and nice. Just in 5th. Street in Long Beach, California.
I love Panda Express, and this particular store is excellent. The location is very convenient, right in the busy shopping area, and there are plenty of seats inside the shop. I visited the shop a couple of times, already had three entree lunch, the portion was always generous and the taste was great.
The food was delicious! I always get the Beef and Broccoli, with some Orange Chicken, Fried Rice and Chow Mein. I also ordered some Honey Walnut Shrimp. It's also one of my favorites.

I always come here a few times a month, this panda is in a quiet area but a good place for people grabbing panda quickly, the servers are very polite. Panda food is fairly delicious and very healthy I get the protein plates after hitting the gym nearby.
It was BUSY when I came into this location at 7pm on October 10 2015. Blair was holding it down and was amazing on line!!! Give her a promotion I swear she was doing it all!!
Was delivered on time food was hot and fresh. Customer service was amazing at fixing a lost order. Overall my go to.
Writing this review mid-first bite: THANK YALL FOR THE DELICIOUSNESS! I decided to splurge for my Friday lunch and wow! Isabel made my pizza EXACTLY the way I wanted it and Jason was kind, chill delivery person. I’m ending my review now so I can finish devouring this, but seriously thank you for starting my weekend off right!
We ordered 2 medium pan pizzas and the ordered was delivered at the hotel across the street. For some reason the address pulled in automatically from the hotel lobby was for the hotel across the street. This is partially our fault and should have hardcoded the address instead of trusting the gps on Domino’s app. We went across the street and picked up the pizza which was a no problem, it happens. When we opened the pizza box, the cheese was stuck to the cardboard box inside top. We raised the concern with the manager at Dominos. He was able to provide me multiple options to help mitigate the issue. I would definitely recommend ordering from this location and personally will order from here again.
I plce and order on Saturday The employees that help me over the phone he had a great customer service and also explain to me a couple of choices that I can have. He was great and also I really thanks him The driver wowww he ready whent above and beon Deliver was fast read my order give me receipt and thanks for choosing Dominos It was just a great night Thanks to all the crew pitzza and Sandwiches where great Artur was hes name Person who took my order That day we where decorating our Christmas 🎄
The young lady working was friendly and helpful. Plus she made a great pan pizza. One of the best Dominoes I have been to.
The employees are friendly and hardworking. My order always comes out quickly. The food is great and they always keep the shop clean.
Although located in Downtown Long Beach, where according my experience, fast food restaurants are not so well taken care of with dubious visiting customers, I found this one quiet decentt. The food was fresh, environment was clean, staff was friendly, and other customers were pleasant.
Quick tasty Asian style food, honey chicken my fav. But all dishes a little bit sweet
Well today is my son's birthday so I decided to come get him his favorite meal from this location. I would say it was a big mistake because of the cashier but I will give a shout out to Blair who made our plates. she was very friendly and if I did come back it will be because of her. However there was a young lady with thick eyelashes at the register her demeanor was not friendly at all. She made me feel like I was bothering her by asking for the few things that I needed. My advice to management retrain your cashiers to treat people respectfully. If she doesn't like her job put her in the back with the cooks that way she doesn't have to deal with the public. Other than that my experience was great thanks to Blair! :)
Clean, but parking is not easy if you can't walk far. I don't mind walking a quarter of a mile, might be hard for others. My issue is when we do deliveries we have to fill the drinks. Now that's ok. But the thing is, I am an uber customer... Maybe I'm a germaphone, but I don't want drivers who are running across the street, touching light signals and doors touching the inside of my drink lid and carrying that to fill up. Seems unsanitary to me. Maybe I'm over reacting. And I'm not discouraging delivery, that within itself been a blessing to me But keep the workers who touch the food, touch the food and drinks. Let the delivery driver just deliver.
chowmein and green veggies tasted burned I had to toss them in the trash. waste of money.
I remember when this restaurant was merely a Chinese food place in the local mall food court and I have to say ALL OF THE FOOD THEY SERVED WAS 100 PERCENT BETTER THAN THE CRAP THEY MAKE NOW THAT THEY ARE EVERYWHERE. I mean this place can't even keep some of its signature dishes where' s the bbq pork?? it's so sad to see when something gets big it always goes bad every time....
The pizza was good. But las time I ordered 2 Large pizzas. Arrived in time but they brought me 2 Medium pizzas. They offer to returned the money on credit which they never did. Try to report did not received nothing for the wrong order. There is a little things all the time. That's way I keep buying less and less Dominos pizza.
I ordered beef broccoli with orange chicken for take out. I only got 2 small slices of beef and the rice was still raw.
We ordered several big plates from Panda express but they missed one order. We called the branch in long beach were we ordered. They are willing to replaced the missing order however we needed to pick it up at the said branch. Its very inconvenient and plus we work on a ship so we dont have pretty much a lot of time to go and claim the missing order. The customer service was really poor.
I paid for a bigger plate that comes with 3 entrees. Order two orange chicken and one bejing beef. They did not include the bejing beef at all and after reporting on Uber eats it said "item not eligible for a refund". You guys stole money from me because I didn't get what I paid for. Other people seem to have the same issue with this location.
This Location has been going down not only on there quality and freshness but especially in there customer service. As soon as I walked in I got the a nasty stare from the associate who didn’t even say welcome like usual. She completely ignored me for about 5 minutes and when she was ready to take my order she would make me repeat the order like she couldn’t hear me. Plus I had to wait like 10 minutes because they were low on food. Then I get to the next girl Brenda S and she too has a nasty attitude just trying to charge me when I’m telling her I have a coupon from my rewards for free appetizers so that she can input the reward. She tells me the total and I’m still kindly asking for my reward until it clicked in her mind. She looks at me and says what are you going to get in the rudest way. Mind you the manager is right there.
Really bad service and you dont get what you paid for its just a waist of time and money.The portions are so small but the prices are huge.Will never be returning
Staff seem more occupied with online orders, than walk ins. We had to wait to be served, wait for menu items, just to come home and find our order is still missing items.
Blair promised me my order would be ready by 5:30 or even earlier she said but when I arrived they had no order and I needed to be in San Pedro 20 minutes later. The lead manager was nice but unable to fulfill the order I made 40 minutes earlier. Although there is abundant orange chicken and chow mein in the display case, he said he couldn’t fill my catering order from there and I would have to wait 15 minutes. Would have been nice if he would have made an effort to correct the error and get me out the door in time for my appointment but that wasn’t his problem. It’s Blair’s, apparently. As for the rest of the staff, they were working hard under stress conditions and I don’t fault them, the young lady that delivered the order to me was more than kind and apologetic. I decided to edit my comment to make clear I was not blaming the rest of the staff for one person’s mistake.
Hello, I’m writing to share an experience I had at your restaurant. After purchasing two entrées, I requested a lid for a cup. Daniel, the manager, refused to provide one, stating he wouldn’t know whether it was for water or a soft drink. I understand policies are important, but the interaction felt unnecessarily rigid and discourteous. The tone and manner in which this was handled left me feeling disrespected as a paying customer. I would appreciate clarification on your policy and hope future interactions can be handled in a professional manner. Brenda the cashier wasn’t helpful either
Caution: Check your pizza upon delivery I ordered from Domino’s twice and both times they messed up my order. (Mind you two weeks difference) The first time, they forgot items I paid for, (cheesy bread and sandwiches )and when I called the number on the receipt, no one answered — which is really strange. I think that’s why they didn’t answer because they knew they forgot it. And maybe it was made - maybe it wasn’t, but if it was- why didn’t they call and say I’m sorry we have it here; can we bring it to you or give you a credit. And in this economy- we want to be treated fairly, especially with the prices. I work hard for my money and paying someone when you don’t get the product you received is unsatisfactory. But they are a business and they don’t want to give out or back money. Just give me what I ordered for my family and they liked it being picky eaters. Whatever. The second time, my pizza toppings were wrong (half here/half there wasn’t followed), and I was overcharged. I could’ve gotten the same pizza for $6.99 but was charged $13. My total was around $75. I’m really disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again until they fix this issue. Do better Dominos. 😒
I’m writing this mid delivery, but it has been 50 mins since my order left the store. I’ve been on hold with the store for 12 minutes now just trying to get an update on the status. No one will pick up the phone.
My boyfriend ordered, and paid for a pizza on line. When we drove to pick it up I went in and the guy in charge told me the pizza had been picked up already. I told him that that was impossible because he was waiting outside to which he said to "go get him to prove it." REALLY ??? So I went out to the truck and my boyfriend came in and was treated to a VERY RUDE barage of rude denial, (including remarks about my race) and when the guy FINALLY consented to make the pizza which, again was already PAID for, we were convinced that he would probably spit in it!!! We wound up leaving with no dinner, and no refund!! Unbelievable!!!
If I Could Rate It 0 Stars I Would! I Placed An Order Over An Hour Ago & They Just Placed It In The Oven. I Tried Calling The Stores Several Times And No One Answers The Phone! So Unprofessional Of No One Answering .
Placed an order for delivery. It has been an hour and the app says they have not even started the order. Tried to call to cancel the order but they won’t answer the phone. I want me refund.
Put an order in for carryout notified that the pizza was ready. Was told to wait 5 minutes. 3 minutes passed by and a worker approached me saying that they didn't make my pizza at all and it was marked finished and complete. So I don't know if you guys are faking your completion times but to be asked. Hey look can you wait another 10 minutes for us to make your pizza we forgot is that cool? I responded with a flat no. It just kind of rubs the salt on a wound where I mean you have five other orders. Three pizzas that are in the oven and then one just happens not to be complete but you mark it as ready and complete is just straight gaslighting
Caught the guy answering the phone in two lies. At first he tells me when I place my order over the phone for a single large cheese pizza that it’ll take 45 minutes too an hour I agreed. We had just gotten back from fiesta Texas and it would give us enough time to clean up (my wife and two kids and mother). Call dominos again to check on the order an hour and twenty minutes later and the guy said that his driver might of left it at the front desk because they would not let his driver go up to the room (second lie discovered). Went down to the front seat ands they stated that was not their policy because they did not want liability for their customers food. Called back to the store and got the same dude. Explained the situation and he stated that they had gotten the address wrong and they manager was trying and actually called my phone the times (lie three). Had no missed called, no voicemails or text messages. We are two hours at this moment in time and we still haven’t had our pizza. Just completely not satisfied with this experience when I know we order dominoes consistently at our home town and they never deliver service like this.
We order over the phone and paid with a credit card they delivered to the hotel I was stay ING at and left at the front desk and when we brought up to our room the pizza was wrong. I tried to get a hold if them but they kept putting me on hold and 8 never got the issue resolved. Do yourself a favor and don't order filrom there.
This pizza was absolutely disgusting. Pepperoni was the worst. Tasted old as hell. My family tried to eat it but it's going in the trash. We ended up eating off of the Chicken & spinach pizzas ordered. I guess b/c a lot of ppl was in town they just serve anything. I wasted $56 on the order. The manager was so disassociated he never apologized when I spoke to him. He tried debating me about the pizzas ordered & the quality. I didn't want anything in return. Just called to express disappointment. Disappointed in the service & quality of food. I told him that food should have never been delivered. Did not get his name whoever is on duty....
If I could give -10 stars I would. I ordered a pizza and sprite from my hotel room. Waiting 2 hours and no pizza so I called and the worker told me that the driver just dropped everything off. Got to hotel lobby and it was the wrong order. Called and spoke to manager and he basically said he couldn't help me because he didn't see my order even though I repeatedly told him the money I paid for the pizza and drink has already been taken out of my bank acct. He said he couldn't help me because he didn't see the order. Worst manager ever and worst Dominoes ever. Needless to say, I didn't get my pizza and went to bed hungry.
Took an hour (quoted 30 mins) for delivery 8 blocks away, and the pizza arrived barely warm. If I wanted "warm" pizza I'd have walked the distance myself, saved the nearly $4 delivery and $5.00 tip and have gotten it 30 minutes sooner than when I did. To top it off, there's a real issue with reading orders. Twice I've attempted to order a square-cut chicken and buffalo sauce pizza and twice it hasn't arrived as ordered. I worked in pizza delivery, and I get it, but this is bad y'all.
