I dont like breakfast everything has bacon or ham. I used to order turkey or non meat. Ham is so unhealthy...my kids don't like it!!!!!!! Be great if at least they have it. I travel alot early. Dinning else where i can't sit in. I skip breakfast ordering pancakes gets cold too fast. They should offer egg and pancakess without bacon for less they charge the same price.

It’s usually full but it’s worth it the fries are so good chicken nuggets perfect temperature and don’t worry the ice cream machine works

There was a bit of an order issue, but the manager was great and made it right. I really appreciate the professionalism!

I usually go late night and get the simplest order..I use my Mcdonalds app which should make it easier. Nope! They really need to teach the cashiers how to take or process the mobile codes. Other than that people are nice.

Alright place can get very crowded and hard to finding seating as people are there mostly old folks staying there for a long period. No issue with that by the way. But beware a few sketchy people coming in starting drama. It happens here and there where they cause issues with employees and people. Overall it's a good place.

The food was great! I had the #5 with salmon and shrimp, fried, cole slaw and bread. I was disappointed that they were not taking credit cards. The machine was down. Luckily my sister in law had cash from her pools So she was able to losn me some cash to pay for food and beer.

Always a full house in this location. Parking is hard to find in the lot the runs around the building. Kiosks for ordering and no one person at the register. Table service at times otherwise you are called by order number to the counter to pick up your order. Refills on drinks are hard to come by, otherwise a long wait to be noticed. Food is on point and tastes fresh as most other McDonald chains. Restroom has codes and eating area is cleaned regularly. Not any visible homeless hanging out inside either....that's always a plus!

I've been coming to this location since I was a child. Always busy but the team somehow makes things work. I do, however, have a complaint. I currently am locked out in the patio and I've been trying to get someone's attention to help me but no one has yet to help.

This McDonald's is hit or miss. There are times when they have fast service and other times when they are SUPER slow. I always order thru the mobile app. I've waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee. Just that. An iced coffee. They can be disorganized. I've noticed that it depends on whoever is in charge that day. There's a young male employee who keeps the orders going. When he's not there, it's so slow. The food is OK. It's McDonald's. Same recipe. Nothing's changed. Lol It's the service that makes the difference here. Just hope the person in charge that day is a good manager, not a disorganized one.

McDonald's has become a very disappointing experience in all the restaurants ive visited lately their food is smaller in size but the price seems to grow .the attitude of the people behind the counter is usually poor at best they seem to be bothered when called upon to do their job.

I come in here late at night, it's always normally busy im giving this a 3 star for the customer service I receive from 1 particular girl at the window, it's not this Mexican Spanish a lil older lady ( she's great) but the younger one with her long nails that's the best description I can give since I didn't get her name.. Once I was in the drive through with a huge line behind me as she was taking an order from the lady she asks for the number and then gets unprofessionally comfortable "girl" just sounded so ghetto and held up the 10 cars in back of me PLUS once arriving at the window doesn't acknowledges you for 5 minutes then takes another 7-10 minutes before getting you your food.

This place is always super busy. And they always have only 1 register open inside? So theirs always a long line. The place is nice and big so theirs enough space for everyone. I don't think they wype anything down when it comes to the game systems they have on certain tables. But theirs always someone walking around sweeping and making sure the place is clean.

I went at 1:15 during lunchtime. Both the drive thru and walk in had long lines. Had to wait 25 minutes inside. The place where we were in line for the Drive thru was barely pulling up to the order sign. The customers were wearing masks but we're not 6 feet apart. More like 2 feet or less apart. Food was fine. It's Mickey D's. The place was clean.

McDonald's as a whole can not seem to be able to handle late night drive thru or delivery orders after midnight. Multiple locations have lack luster management and fearful cashier's. I have been in dangerous scenarios working in drive thru for years and I can tell you that compassion is your only ally. There are crazy homeless people in metropolitan cities when the population of them rises, McDonald's gets busier. Business thrives on crisis. So remain calm.

I order curb pick up. It was fast but my order was incorrect. I asked for kids meal with apple slices and fries but got two fries. My McChicken was over cook to the point you can taste the over cooked meat. I would skip unless your in a rush.

Usually in regards to food and service times, I think it's fairly quick considering the people traffic there is. Wait times usually no longer than 10 minutes. Today I was there for 30 minutes plus, and the food wasn't ready. All I ordered was 2 orange juices and 2 (2 for 6) mcmuffins. 30 minutes for the is ridiculous. I actually think there might be a a glitch in the system and when I asked the cashiers they said yes but they never actually checked. Also beware if you go in there to eat, the smells arent always pleasant and there's always a bunch of old people hanging out there all day.

Coffee wasn't hot more like warm. Girl taking the order had a bit of an attitude when I repeated my order. I'm just trying to make sure it was ordered correctly since one of the persons is allergic to ketchup. We get the food get halfway home and they notice ketchup on their food. I get it's fast food but no ketchup wasn't a difficult request. Definitely won't be back.

I believe it the restaurant needs to be clean more often and to keep the homeless out it. I try to eat with my kids inside but I could not because the bad smell of the seats where the homeless was eating. At the end we left with our food.

This McDonald's doesn't have the best customer service. The cashiers are here ignoring you, sometimes they are pretending like if they don't hear you. I get it, because of the mask. But if you spoke up, they wouldn't even pay their attention to you, still. Alright, the food is alright, but the waiting time. It's not impatience, it's that they take too long to prepare your meal! Sometimes, I ask for a straw and they wouldn't give it to me. Anyways, sometimes the time waiting isn't worth it. I ordered food and it took half an hour just for making a big mac, 10 piece chicken nuggets, three large fries, and a Frappe? And the chicken nuggets came dry! 😕 It's very ghetto in the parking. Hobos walking around your car, always graffiti everywhere. The drive-thru is kinda fast, but the cashier taking care of the orders there is even more worse than the in-person cashier. It's not recommendable, sorry! 🤨

I ordered that new burger from Canada, mozzarella tomato something. So after opening up the burger to take off the onion I find this... (see photo). For a burger with "tomato" on the name, this is the saddest pieces of tomato I've ever seen. Not only that, but they couldn't even put the tiny pieces on the burger, but next to the cardboard. The cheese is not even melted. It didn't taste that great, bread tasted good.

The absolute worst mc Donald's I've ever been to...no one's speaks English and when I get to the window the forgot my baby's chocolate milk but couldn't charge me anymore bc I'm not at the window with a register .... absolutely idiotic service! And got a coffee that wasn't full!

Worse place I ever stop to eat is not A.C they don't serve your food or take it to your table worse place the bad thing is on place I grow up. Stop by to visit. They had rude Employees. Never will stop and eat this McDonald's

Worse customer service for a McDonald's. Always enjoy going to McDonald's for the coffee and convenience. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru for coffee with only one vehicle ahead of me. Speaker is terrible! Kept on repeating my order for coffee and either the attendant did not understand me or did not care to. Very frustrating since I couldn't get out being sandwiched in line. Unbelievable! Sooooooo slow to provide me with one regular coffee? Very rude staff. Never going to this McDonald's again.

I ordered breakfast on the app at 10:20am… drove 15 minutes to pick it up and was told breakfast is over and they cancelled my order. What??? It should have been ready to go. Very bad customer service. Go to the one 8th st and Soto.

The worst McDonald's ever , the managers need to be replace. Orders take up to 40 min wait time, the older staff are incompetent and lazy, restrooms are not available and when the are theyre filthy, and to top it all off the overpriced everything the prices don't match with other McDonald's you could get everything cheaper at any other restaurant, and last thing no the ice cream machine never works

Tired of this place never having the toy that’s suppose to be in the happy meal. Every location around here has the Pokémon cards. Here the my have the minions. Sad

This locations Drive Through is the reason I hate McDonald's. If you don't like your job, nobody's forcing you to stay there. . . I used to come here daily with my mother for her coffee but this location has lost its touch completely. Will be telling people to avoid this location.....

Second time I order from here. Good sir someone reason doesn’t taste like other McDonald’s. I order 2 mcChickens it was drenched in mayo to chicken tasted disgusting or old. Order a McFlurry and got a cup with vanilla ice cream and crumbs of cookies on top. They didn’t take their time to mix the cookies with the ice cream. Or their machine isn’t working like always. They take so long to give orders out as well. Just the whole experience sucks. Feels like a bootleg McDonald’s.

Other than the three ranting crazy people that were harassing everybody in the restaurant, it was great! Oh, and they never seem to get my order right. Can't even get black coffee right. Not kidding. 10/2022 update- this location still sucks. I haven't been there in years, it's only a couple blocks from me. I started going again because of all the free food offered in the McD app. 3 bad experiences in a row and i'm never going back to this location ever. It's not even worth going for free food.

Walked in to get some fries, 34 mins! While I waited I order a coffee and punkin pies for my girlfriend, grab my bag and come to findout the had giving me apple pies still in the premises I went back to complaint and there response was they are out of punkin pies! And no other explanation! Bad service!

The only reason it is still open is because the community has no other mcdonalds near it. the service is terrible and the atmosphere is the worst. They ladies who run that place always have the nastiest attitude, like if anyone owes her anything.

The cashier this morning was very rude. Not only did he ignore my order but at the window he started laughing no one needs to be mocked first thing in the morning

I come to this restaurant at Soto Cesar Chavez the manager was so rude to my daughters n my sister n she was not letting my sister use the bathroom being so disrespectful and block the entrance of the two doors my daughters couldn't get out n I told she can't do that cause there's still customer inside is not ok to block the doors am a manager for a restaurant n we are not allowed to do that she unprofessional N so rude all the two in charge were rude I wouldn't come here never bad customer service

Awful establishment including the staff!!!! The staff couldn't give me my delivery order for 10 minutes, although it was just standing there ready. They just decided not to approach me. The restaurant stinks, it's dirty. They walk around without special clothes, their hair falls into the food

Somehow this McDonald's always manages to mess up someone's order when I order for my household. This time around we asked for no onions on the quarter pounder with cheese combo. Not only did they leave them in but they removed the cheese and on top of the that the beef patty had hard burnt shavings of what seemed like burnt meat. It was gross to say the least. I also want to add that this location is well known to be EXTREMELY Stingy with sauces of any kind. I have had employees count them in front of my face and even tell me I'm only allowed 4 BBQ sauces for the 4 (10pc) chicken nuggets combos I got. We all know that 4 sauces are not enough for 40 chicken nuggets. Keep in mind that these nuggets are for different people in my family. It's absolutely ridiculous. I would rather drive to the McDonald's near ELAC for a better customer service experience. Don't waste your time at this location!Also, the fries they gave us were almost half filled! They were supposed to be large not filled to simulate medium.

I pretty much live next to this place, 3 blocks, you have to go inside to order food elses you will regret it because they do what they want. I do not blame the employes but the manager since they are responsible for the performance we deserve and that comes from them. But regardless, I have complaint and had to go back couple of times because something was missing or gave something I did not ask. They always screw up. So, this place is like spices, use exrremely sparenly when you do not have a ood day, want to eat in peace or are looking at choices. Anyway, find out for yourself at your own peril. Today, 8/16/2021, again O went there against my free will because my family wanted McDonalds and usually they screw up and today was no different. Always, always check your order is my motto here but now, check they put all the stuff into the food like THE MEAT. Jesus christ. Come on!!!!!! Get it right. I do not know how this place stays afloat. Does the one on the left looks like a you know what macgridle and the left looks like , HEEEEEEEY WHERE IS THE MEAT!!!!!!!. I am not going back for the meat. I rather give you a bad review and lets call it even.

Ordered through uber eats and they gave me like day old stale fries and the coke taste funny The delivery driver was nice but I know I always have to request Hot Fresh fries because they will give you what’s been under the heat lamp for a while smh Come on McDonald’s Give America Freshly Fried French fries please

Pilar (women) (manager let me know that was her name?!) a worker was confusing on purpose. Even on my receipt there was no staff name. Really weird and bothersome vibe. Treated me like a drive thru customer at the register.

The service was a mess, took forever to do our order and we waited almost an hour to get our food once we got it and took it home we were missing a drink and not the sauce we wanted. But service was wack they were talking to each other and not paying attention to the orders they were coming in. Never go at night time cause they lack of service.
