We didn't come here for the food this time, I was here on a visit with my kids. But his McDonald's was so hospitable and kind. They allowed us to have our visit unbothered the bathroom was very clean, and the staff was friendly. Will come back to this McDonald's if I ever need a place to meet with my kiddos....the play area is limited. A bit small but the kids had a great time.
Im a courier and McDonalds keep lobby open for customers and drivers to use restrooms. Helps alot
Stopped by a few days ago and picked up a happy meal and a drink. I was impressed how the remodel was done on the inside. It looks very nice. I got great service from the staff here and my order rather quick. There was a panhandler with a cane outside asking for money. He tells me "I am hungry and trying to get something to eat." I tell him to come inside and ask him to order the food and I will pay for the food. He orders a Big Mac and large milkshake. (11.50) He had a gas can also and tells me "My car broke down on Virginia and Long Beach." We go get some gas. (12.50) This is probably the best 24.00 I will spend in 2024. It feels good to help out and do good for people sometimes. Btw, he said his Big Mac and milkshake were delicious.
The young man allowed me to use the restroom. I really appreciate the respect that was given, as I also gave him respect. I also purchased a soda. Thank you, McDonald's.
Y’all. This McDonald’s has the best customer service. Employees in the morning crew are the nicest around. They really deserve 10/10 stars. Today a young man I’ve never seen before prepared my coffee. You know when you look at your coffee if it’s prepared correctly, (sip) I knew it! My coffee today is on point! Thanks!

I went here two hours ago food was good l just came out from school 🏫 and plus the most disgusting thing in the apple subrs it say it expires tomorrow and l see red things so l didn't eat it 🫤

Cashiers here are always nice leave them alone fr!!!! They’re very clearly understaffed in a really high traffic area and they always get my orders right so I have no problem with them. Maybe use the kiosk for once people
Went for the grinch meal, however it was sold out🥺. This has been the norm for the last few locations.
The good is last great here. They are a truly busy location. It will take a while to get stuff sometimes but it’s understandable to a certain extent. It’s a high traffic location. It’s usually best to order mobile ordering or use the kiosk. To avoid the long lines. The employees are nice.
Went with My family, was a total of 12 of us so a big order, our cashier who was called Salvador who took out order did an amazing job with a big order he repeated it and got our order correct he deserves a raise, praise, and recognition. However when I'd assume whom would be the manager a white man that's balding he slammed our food trays on the table for whatever reason, and after we received our food we noticed we were missing a large fry, he gave us the fry but was very adamant and insistent that we already have it. Not sure what was his issue with us as he did not interact with us prior to bringing the food. Restaurant is clean and food was out in good time just disappointed the bald white manager gave us attitude and took it out on us.

They took forever to make the food and workers are mean but give Brian a raise he was the only good worker there
The food was okay, but one of the happy meal boxes was given loose from the bottom. Guy in the window acted like he didn't want to be there, which is understandable but makes no sense why you will be in a place you don't want to work. Service was terrible at this location would not recommend visiting here and try exploring other options.
I waited like 15 min for a single order of fries I paid like 1 and some change at this point I feel like the owe me for the time I waited. I never blame the employees for the mismanagement of a restaurant. It’s the management. It’s always bad here but this shift is horrible
We order on the screen is right at the entrance we place our order so you take a place to out on your table and we got number 52 so got our seat by the playground and we wait to bring our food and the girls want to eat but it took like 30 minutes and no one came to deliver our food and we went to the front and our food was there just waiting for us to pick it up and the fries were so hard and cold and oily no way to eat it needs a lot of work out on your delivery table service
This has been the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.. I ordered at the kiosk and debit card machine didn't work.. there was no numbers to set on the table.. I asked and they said just put number 1.. it was a eat-in and they gave it to me in a to go bag.. and when I said it was for eat-in she said.. "oh well"

Usually service is better but there might crew today was not only not looking clueless of what they were doing but wouldn’t allow us to pick up our two mobile orders and our order placed in their drive thru . And as if that wasn’t already annoying we got cold stale fries that tased like they been sitting there for a while and the cheeseburger we got was cold as well and the patty super salty . Very disappointing other Mc Donald’s like on tweedy or Firestone provide way better service and quality of food . Such a shame this was a let down .
I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon, and i got home and the bun was kind of soggy with grease, we tried to pick it off and continue eating but then noticed the burger was undercooked!! I went back, i got my order remade came back home expecting them to do a better job and bam still undercooked! I called and told them what was happening and the lady told me that the meat is supposed to be pink because "its made with fresh beef" and then told me that i can come back and to just ask for it well done?? I had asked me friend that worked at a mcdonalds if this was correct and she said that its definitely undercooked.
My family and I went to McDonald’s 12-2-23 and when we came out our car was no longer there. We thought our car got stolen and we went inside to tell the manager and the manager said cars get towed in THEIR parking lot. She advised us to call the number and we did. We had to ask another family member to pick us up and drive us to South Gate so we can pick our car up. Fortunately we had the McDonald’s receipt and since it was within the time frame the car got picked up we did not pay to get the car out of the lawn. Shame on Mr. C’s towing in South Gate! It’s unbelievable that you guys think it’s okay to pick up cars without even knowing for sure if it’s a McDonald’s customer or not!
Worse mc donalds ive been too. Doesnt even deserve a 1 star. Fits 0. The worker on night shift, with long blonde hair in a braid, old. Was rude, so unprofessional just opened the window and said “here”. We asked for ranch and we had two orders. And only gave us 1, when we asked for another one she interrupted my sister and said theres already one in the bag. she rolled her eyes and gave it with attitude. The fries werent even filled up all the way. It was like a bit less than 3/4s of the box. The whole top was empty. But with her whole attitude i did not want to argue over FOOD IM PAYING FOR. I dont want this lady to spit on my food. She should work mornings where mangers are around. This is unacceptable.
Asked for a McDouble, only mustard...this is what I got...ONLY KETCHUP. And the tag they put on my sandwich was blank. Didn't even say what my special request was. Manager didn't even apologize. I didn't realize it until I got to work to start my 13 hour shift. Thanks for the horrible lunch I'm stuck with McDonald's!

Very bad food was given to me fries where very salty chicken nuggets where hard n not even hot Big Mac was warm n not fully cooked smelled iffy mic chicken was hard as well the manager was rude didn’t want to give me full fresh food because there was only 8 nuggets an not full 10 of them he had no name badge but his name supposedly was “ Darien”

Online order for breakfast 10:48 got there in 5 minutes or less. Drive thru took 20 minutes by the time I got the the guy to give him my code my order gets cancelled because the manager gets "mad" when they take forever. How is it my fault if my order is already paid for and put it. Ridiculous
Bought a sausage McMuffin and the egg looked and tasted terrible. It looked as if it had been partially cooked. I was on my way to work already so I called the establishment to let them know what had happened. The manager asked me to BRING IT BACK WITH ME AFTER WORK for a refund/ replacement. As if I wanted to walk around with a McMuffin all day. Once I told him that I was not about to keep it around and instead take a picture and post it on Google maps so they can see for themselves, he suggested I not post the pictures but instead just bring the picture in-store to show them. Made me feel like he didn't believe me. I know that there are a lot of scammers out there but sometimes you just have to take people's word. I would've been ok with him initially asking for a picture instead of asking me to bring it back after I got off work. The shape of the egg isn't even how it's usually made.
Honestly, it's one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Takes forever to get your breakfast 30 mins to get 4 sausage mcmuffins with egg . I don't know why they have those order machines they never work every time I go there. There are always easily 20 people waiting for their food or waiting to order at the front. I don't know why they got rid of the rest of the registers. The people that work there are great, but just the way it's setup is horrible.

Sign out front displays pickup past 11pm if you call a number and they wait by the door at a store front kiosk window but the employees that work there will *only* give you your order if its through Door Dash or Uber Eats. *Not* through the Mc Delivery app. They will adamantly refuse to give you your order and leave you outside wondering whats happening. This location is drive through *only* after around 10pm realistically because the staff refuse to serve outside patrons entirely. Honestly just remove the sign out front advertising the service if its not going to be upheld.

I will like to share this incident to insure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. My husband went to get us breakfast as I was enjoying my egg muffin part of it when chewing it it felt a bit hard, and instead I didn’t continue to chew it I spit it out and to find out it was a piece of paper mix with my eggs. Thankfully I spit it out and didn’t continue to chew it I called the McDonald’s and got no answer. I will like to make sure anyone who goes to this McDonald’s is cautions when eating their food. I did take a picture to make sure I have to show management but got no answer so they can check and make sure the cook is more aware.
This was the worse food for the price $18.04. The coke is to expensive the mccrib i couldn't eat the double cheeseburger was OK We will never come back Arthur
