I love this place. For some reason it has a lot of bad reviews, but they aren't quite true. This restaurant is clean, the staff is very friendly, food is great and cheap. I went there with my friend, we ordered menu for two (6.50€ per person) and we're highly satisfied.

Great place to eat & always good offers to go with a large group to eat the Buffet! To consider only that the Buffet is valid for +2 people so it does not allow to take the beneffits of it when going alone. Pizza Pecado Carnal & Cabramelizada, the best choices! 😉

OK so about this place ... as a Celiac guy i was shocked ! online gluten free pizza is *** 17 euro *** !!!! unbelievably expensive BUT go to this specific place and the great staff there will tell you that only there the gluten free pizza is ***6*** euro because (as they say) its not OK to charge more then that for such a small pizza. so 5 stars for a dissent GLUTEN FREE pizza and AMAZING HUMANS

Very small place but we managed to fit 5 people. Service was fine. You have to order at the counter. Pizza was consistent with what we'd expect. We were given some cardboard to use as plates. Drinks were self serve. There's a toilet but it needs a key.

The local is small and average, just like any other Domino's I know, but one of the waiters was outstandingly good at customer service and he was very polite and getle. This is why I rate this Domino's with 4 stars. Hope the guy keeps the job and gets a raise.

Some people talk really bad about this place! Don’t know WHY! It is a decent domino’s, very small yes (around 6 tables), usually crowded yes, and the staff is not always super happy to receive you YEAH but for being a Domino’s it’s very decent! We usually ask for the (eat and drink “buffet” for 7,25€) and the finísima or “slim or thin” pizza for us is the best option! Be patient with the staff, understand that their busy, say hello and smile to them, be kind(like you should be everywhere) and they’ll make their best effort to give you a good service! We go there at least 3 times per month and never had a bad experience!

Fuimos a recoger un pedido para domicilio. Al principio no nos hechó las salsas y al llegar a casa encontramos que estaba todo casi quemado, un desastre. No estaba bien distribuido los ingredientes y la masa estaba tiesa. Pedimos mitad de pepperoni y mitad de jamón y lo pusieron por toda la pizza. La más de croissant estaba quemada y tenía solo en el centro el pollo y la cebolla caramelizada. Y la última pizza los bordes estaban vacíos.

I honestly used to be a regular customer ordering to pick up and also ordering delivery but after many different errors in my orders I stopped almost in October. I decided to give it another shot again and I ordered off their own app and once again one of my orders was mistaken on top of that apparently they don't cut the pizza anymore on delivery which makes sense their reasoning saying that they don't know how the pizza will arrive if it's cut up previously but at least give us a warning. Or at least give us the choice to have it cut or not maybe some of us don't have the tools. I can imagine someone ordering from a hotel getting the pizza and not having any way to cut them. I love Domino's Pizza and it's amazing cheese filled crust but this service has really Fallen.

It is what it is. Small location, no utensils provided. Keep expectations extremely low and the main purpose of visit a quick bite to fill stomach and you'll be fine.

You will not enjoy eating in this restaurant because it is mostly to order. But if you do order the pizza for delivery, it's delicious! Very tasty and they bring it in no time! However the pizzas might get very expensive, particulary if you compare them with frozen pizzas you make at home.

Pagamos 13,49€ por la promoción come y bebe premium por persona (26,98€) a la cuarta pizza mediana y 3 entrantes nos dijo Mariana la cajera que no puede servir más no le funciona el sistema al reclamar nos responde porque tenemos 2 horas en el local y esto no lo había mencionado antes y no está en las condiciones de la promoción come y bebe sin límites. Nos sentimos engañados porque a otras personas que venían si que les funcionaba el sistema. Pedí hojas de reclamaciones.

He ido a por un come y bebe y me lo negaron llegue a las 11:00pm y ellos cierran a las 12:00am no quisieron darme el servicio exigido lo tuve que pedir para llevar 3 pizzas y no me las partieron me las dieron enteras pésimo servicio es una pena ya que soy un cliente habitual porque vivo por la zona han cambiado de personal son personas nuevas

La mujer q está atendiendo hoy 24 diciembre 2025 a las 2: 15pm en el mostrador una mujer mayor de ojos azules cabello como rubio blanco q no me dio su nombre porq le dije q me iba aquejar. es una grosera atrevida de mal genio y da mala imagen al servicio de Domino's. Nunca nos habían tratado mal en todos los domingos que vamos con mi familia. Soy fiel a Domino's pero este, por esa mujer deja mucho qué decir. No pongan gente que no tiene don de persona. Ahhh y todavía nos amenazó q no nos atendía. El problema fue porq mi esposo se sentó apenas una Sra nos dejó su mesa estaba lleno el negocio y pues no había espacio mi esposo se sentó y la mujer le habló feísimo. Yo le expliqué de buena forma y ella siguió ofendiendo que la gente hacía lo que quería y un poco de cosas más, siendo muy grosera. Como siguió peleando le pedí su nombre y no quiso darlo le pedimos hoja de reclamación y dijo q no, que no habíamos comido, pero si el servicio es pésimo y no me atiende pues no puedo pedir y para completar me dice que ella no nos atiende entonces ni forma de comer allá. Si quieren miren cámara escuchen y confirman q no es mentira lo que digo. Ella va a justificarse siempre. Con las cámaras confirman. Cualquier pregunta o duda me escriben y yo les explico todo . Sin dudar un sitio al que no volveré, ni a este ni a su cadena. Me pido una pizza mediana 12,50 que yo creo que está bien pagada, hasta aquí bien, resulta que me sobra media y pensé en llevármela, ya que es una pizza que he pagado yo, como en cualquier otra pizzería, pues resulta que no me dejan llevármela, pero esta pizza no es mía? No la he pagado yo? Yo he pagado la pizza entera n? No he pagado 4 trozos… una pizza que acabará en el cubo de la basura… no lo entiendo, de verdad que no lo entiendo, pero no comparto ni la política de trabajo ni la atención recibida, tú me lo explicas bien de primera hora y me voy a otro sitio a comer, es sencillo, lo pongo por aquí para que no le pase a nadie más

TODO COMO SI ELLA FUERA LA PROPIETARIA DEL RESTAURANTE Y FASTIDIAR A LOS COMENSALES CON SU GROSERÍA Y PARANOIA. Pedí una pizza mediana y la verdad que pagar 21€ por una pizza supuestamente mediana que parecías más chica es una barbaridad, unas galletas quemadas que de sabor regular. Primera y ultima vez que compro acá.

El dominos’s pizza de Antón Martín es malísimo pagamos el servicio de come y bebe de 13€ y no nos quisieron servir lo que correspondía. Aparte la encargada y los empleados son unos groseros y no les da la gana de servir lo que uno pide

La persona que me atendió en caja no tuvo una buena atención conmigo y mi acompañante. Además, fui por un "come y bebe" y era muy temprano; no había masa delgada, lo cual no se justifica en un restaurante de cadena.

La queja viene con la trabajadora, creo que su nombre era Begoña. Mal trato al preguntar, malas caras al servir y atender y mal trato hacia la sala. Si tuviera que decir una palabra para describir la experiencia, sería nefasta.

I had a very bad experience at this Domino’s Pizza in Madrid. The pizza quality was disappointing, and the customer service was even worse. The woman at the reception behaved rudely and unprofessionally. When I asked if there was someone who could speak English (since my Spanish is basic), she replied, “You are in Spain, you have to speak Spanish,” which was quite shocking to me. The first time I ordered, I got a medium pizza with no problem. But the second time, when I paid for the “Crea tu pizza” option for 8€, I was told there were no medium pizzas available — only large — so I had no real choice. I also noticed that this rude behavior was not only towards me but also towards other customers. I just waited to get my pizza so I could leave as soon as possible. If you want to avoid a bad experience, I would not recommend coming to this place.

Horrible experience, do not try to eat there. First they dont speak english and acnt comunicate with them.Second they have 7 seats in the restaurant. After we placed a order we were told to get outside.There was a table but after 3 mins another person came speaked with the cashier and then the cashier told us that the table is for that guy. The pizza taste like nothing and the service is terrible

Horrible experience, worst dominos I have been too. Pizza was covered in so much bbq sauce we couldn’t taste anything else. And the crust tasted like cardboard. When we complained to the person working, and asked for a different pizza she told us no, and was grumpy and indifferent. We ended up leaving our pizza uneaten and went somewhere else. Would not recommend.

Do not eat there please. The worst pizza I ever had. 2 pizzas for 40 euros. Creazy! Very bad quality, I coundt eat it. I will NEVER go back in a Domino pizza. A FUIR!!!!!

I didn't like the way the personnel treated us: they were in a terrible mood not only with us but with all the other clients. Also, it's annoying that for using the bathroom one has to ask for the key and then bring it back. The bathroom didn't have any soap and they couldn't fix it before having us wait 10 minutes.

I ordered two pizzas online, to be delivered to a very well known hotel (Marriott AC Palacio Del Retiro) and it took an hour and a half for them to deliver the pizzas. All of the delivery instructions, such as address and special instructions, were provided in the order; yet, I had to call them twice to provide the same details. It seemed as if they had never delivered a pizza or any type of food to a hotel...they kept saying "this a hotel and not a domicile" (yes, its a hotel as the instructions were noted). Maybe I have taken delivery of pizza for granted because in the states, it seems like second nature to have a pizza delivered at a hotel or house. On the contrary, you would think that this being Madrid that they would have some knowledge of delivering a pizza. I would give them zero stars, if that was possible.

First I asked to see a menu but somehow they don’t have a menu with any prices on it! Only a list of pizzas, and when I asked the prices the girl got an attitude. We ordered and asked to add bacon on our pizza and were told we couldn’t do that even if we paid extra. We also said we wanted it to go and she told us that wasn’t possible either! They didn’t have ice, they were out of orange soda, they brought our food out after a super long wait and they didn’t even bring all of our food! We had to ask for our fries and then go up again to ask for ketchup- which they ALSO didn’t have! Our pizza wasn’t cut all the way thru which made a mess and when we asked for napkins she told us they didn’t have any either!! The restaurant is a mess and the staff isn’t friendly at all. Horrible experience!
