I'm a trucker. Needed my starbucks chai tee. Them gals were brilliant. Great customer service. Friendly. They are open 24 hrs! I think they need more 24 hr locations in bigger cities. Thank you gals!

Amazing people work. They seem so fun and lively and they actually seem happy to be there. The drive thru was pretty slow today but the service well outweighed the wait.

Drive thru always goes quickly. The window service is friendly and thorough. The barista checks to make sure everything I order is there. She found my bagel did not have cream cheese. If she wouldn't have checked I would have missed cream cheese. I am appreciative if service like that. They are awesome! Enjoy coffee and a bagel w/cream cheese and a smile.

But I had an extra special cup of coffee today, the gentleman in the car in front of me bought my coffee.. it made me feel so good that a stranger would do that for me so in return I paid for the coffee behind me.. I love this place I come here every morning in sometimes a good mood or a bad mood but right when I come here I get into a good mood! I love their food here and especially the drinks!

I usually visit this location in the early hours of the morning. The woman who is usually there when I visit is very friendly and welcoming, never gets my order wrong, and doesn't grumble if I make customizations to my order. I actually feel good after buying drinks from here. 10/10 would go again.

Stopped by on our road trip on 99, and had such a nice conversation with Marina in the drive thru! We had a bit of a wait because it was the morning rush, but she made the time go by quick and had such an outgoing personality! Great customer service, and delicious iced Carmel macchiato!!

For the best customer service experience, this place is a must! Nothing beats seeing a whole crew pumping out drinks ñ enjoying themselves as a team while their working together, awesome! Super easy to find, Great ambience, friendly staff. Staff here has gone great lengths to provide excellent customer service. We went through the drive through. Had to wait until 5:30am on Sunday morning. Wish they stayed opened longer than 10 pm. They open early but close early, too. I'm not a morning person.

My wife and I have been using 3 starbucks location's in our area for 4+ years and all of the employee's at the various starbucks location's in Tuolamne county have been very nice and consistently accurate with our orders.

This Starbucks is my favorite! My Latte is specialized, hot,half decaf, sugar free vanilla, Breve milk. It's a mouthful...& always made perfect here! Downside is the very tiny parking lot, if there's an open spot, hard to get in or out of it, the drive-thru blocks everything. Even so, service is much faster than Union or Costco Center locations.

Earlier tonight (8/29/18) I went to get a nice drink as a treat after work. The lady at the front counter, her name tag read Ray, was very helpful, especially helping me order the new cacao drink. Which was good because I cannot have milk. Her attitude was excellent and I would've left five stars but I quickly became uncomfortable when I heard one of the managers in the back. This manager was yelling at everyone and hounding her co-workers, including my sever, but when asked how to fix the problem by the co-worker refused to give her an answer. Everyone behind the counter looked miserable, and I felt so bad for them. I felt it was very unprofessional to fight in front of customers. At least the cacao drink was very good! Thanks, Ray!

Need to find the right drink that they make good... I can't always order exactly what I want because I like dark brew 1/2 caff... if it's late in the day they no longer have decaf. So then I order a latte or americano..

Great, friendly, experienced staff. I updated to 5-stars because they are back to normally scheduled hours. I would rate this the best staff of all the Starbucks I've visited around the world, including the original store in Seattle. It's a small store that is slammed every day with a large amount of orders, and maintain a very positive attitude.

This is my favorite Starbucks. Drive-thru is open 24/7. For the most part, the customer service is awesome. They are friendly. sometimes I have crazy orders, they've never been rude or even slightly negative about it. I only took away a star because the parking lot is horrible. It's a tight parking lot as it is but sometimes the drive-thru line goes through it making it extra tight.

I went to Starbucks this Friday morning to get one tall hot mocha and it took 20 minutes from the time I walked in and ordered to get it. The staff was friendly and working hard, but they just were slammed with orders. I think I'll avoid here on friday mornings. Other than that everyone and everything is awesome!

Usually, go through the drive-through. Mainly, I drink flat whites or lattes. Once in a while, a mocha latte or mocha frap. Their blended lemonades are refreshing, too. I used to love their mango teazzi's, but they haven't had anything like that in years. If I get something to eat, it's usually a ham and Swiss crosant or the turkey provolone or tomato mozzarella . As to their other sandwiches and others, they need to offer condiments. Otherwise, they are pretty dry.

The drive thru was packed so I ordered on the app and went in to pick up. Fast service...only waited about 2 minutes after I walked in before my drink was ready.

I go to the Piedmont Avenue one...meh...I go for it's convenient location. Staff mixed....some really nice. ..others not. I'm 64 y/o....never an effort to "get to know me" like they do with other people their own age.

The iced green tea latte are great but the baristas need to be mindful not to put in so much foam. I love the drink but don't want to loose out on the drink due to all the foam...

Place is too crowded. Twice I've ordered online to avoid the drive thru only to find a poorly hand written sign on the door saying lobby is closed and orders are I'm drive thru. Parking lot is too small for the amount of business and no one has any measure of courtesy or driving sense to allow traffic to flow. Not recommended.

My recent order was partially messed up. That's not uncommon. There must have been a recent remodel because it feels much brighter inside. Unfortunately, there is now NO INSIDE SEATING at all. There are still tables and chairs outside, so if you'd like to use them during the chill and damp of the winter, that option is available to you.

Cashier got a slight attitude because I asked for my drink to be blended and then proceeded to give me the wrong size drink (vent and tall don't even have the same number of syllables) other than that it was fine. Drink was finished in a reasonable time and place was clean. Everyone else was smiley and approachable.

Counter service at this location is very slow, often no one at the register when I walk up and then wait a few minutes for someone to come over. I buy fresh brew and there never seems to be any creamer out, so I have to return to the counter and wait again to ask for creamer. They are focused on the drive thru, that must be the mainstay of their business. Parking near this location is generally next to impossible as well as the parking layout is very poor for a center with multiple fast food outlets

Disappointed... went through the drive thru. Took at least twenty minutes before placing my order then another fifteen after order placed. There were only four cars in front of us at that point. Got to the window and know one greeted us. Saw a worker come near the window a couple of times, got something then moved away. Saw a barista making drinks for the counter. Finally someone came to the window with my drink. Polite said amount no greeting. Paid she wished us good day. Yes, it was busy, Starbucks usually is. This place was Very unorganized...

Over rated as usual. The barrista kept saying "what" over and over. Irritating. Still got order WRONG. Decided to just accept what was given and drive on. It was disappointing to pay for something you didn't want.

Parking and drive thru arrangements are awful. The lobby was closed at 7am and so i had to wait for 20 minutes in the car line and my drink was cold and undrinkable. Definitely not the place to visit in the morning.

I love Starbucks. But this specific place was awful 😕. They don't know the difference between latte and capuchino. And I request for cup of iced and they give me iced water 🙄 but it's ok no body is perfect but the attitude make the difference and the girls from this place are s***

I hate coming to a Starbucks when you have the combination locks for the restrooms. I understand its for customers. Just a pain to keep asking for the codes. Lack of parking and a small lobby gives this place a 2 star.

I'm a frequent Starbucks customer. Out of the several we have in town this is the worst location. I order the same 2 drinks from each place and for some reason this one is always .25 to .50 more. No reason when I ask. Also the only one I have issues with when its happy hour time.

Service here blows. I normally order through the app and every time i go to pick up i walk in, stand by the pick up counter and am never greeted, not a smile, hello.. nothing. I see my order sitting there and still have to stand and wait for five minutes to get it. It's ridiculous. Unfortunately I still go there, that is until i explore and find something else.

Worst customer service. If you are on the road looking for a coffee, go find another Starbucks location. They make me wait for 30 minutes and then when I checked, they confirmed the order is getting ready. After 5 minutes, the guy asks me with a straight face what's my order. As soon as I got fed up with their responses, the cashier ways I will refund it. I said I don't want your free drink and left the place. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to !

This Starbucks consistently disappoints. You cannot order ahead, you cannot go inside and they absolutely do not know how to make coffee. Every time I order here the coffee tastes burnt. I absolutely will not be returning.

Worst store to go. Had a mobile order made qt 10:37 walked 10-15min later still not ready waited till 11 still not ready. I advise ordering your drink a hour earlier from this store it might be ready might not.

You'll be amazed at how slow the drive thru is. Bring a novel like War and Peace- you should have just enough time to do a complete analysis of Tolstoy's great work if there are 5 or more cars in the drive thru. If you don't have a long novel on hand to analyze, it's much faster (a relative term here) to walk in.

Misleading business hours. It's ONLY the DRIVE THRU that's open 24 hours. Otherwise, access to inside is between 4:30 am and 11:30 pm. It was upsetting to come in for a late-night work on a Tuesday, only to be find out after 10 minutes of work that they're closing. A year ago in January 2016, I suggested to the manager to edit their business hours on Google Maps. It seems that they purposely want to mislead people, as it remained unchanged.

They suck and constantly get my order wrong. Honestly I don't know why I even try anymore. I don't like coffee so I get my drinks without it, shouldn't be a big deal but apparently for them it is. One of the employees told me to order it cream based and that means no coffee. Nope doesn't make a damn difference because they still get it wrong.

I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN I went through my drive thru with my husband and my 2 YEAR OLD SON I got a coffee for myself and a hot chocolate for the baby, I asked them to make the hot chocolate at kids temperature because it’s for a KID. I received the hot chocolate hotter than my BURNT coffee, so hot in fact that it burned my husbands mouth. The fact that the barista mocked me to his coworker while I was still at the window was horribly disrespectful to me and my husband and the coworker noticed we were still at the window and told him we were still there. It’s now been almost 30 minutes since we left and my baby is crying because he want the drink but I’m STILL unable to let him drink it because it’s still so hot. DONT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS. Drive thru took forever! They charged me for the wrong size drink, it tasted horrible, like pure soy milk . The second drink ordered was iced, i received a hot one.

If I could give a negative star I would. This starbucks could not make a drink right if their lives depended on it. Not like some crazy drink just a tea no sweetner. Instead I get a peach citrus tea with added sweetner. Really you guys. Really. Last time to use them EVER.

This is the absolute WORST Starbucks I have EVER been to! I am a die hard Starbucks fan, I will always choose Starbucks over any other coffee house, but this location makes me consider other options. They constantly get my order wrong! Even my mobile order, WITH specific directions! I'm not a complicated person either! But, if I ask for ice, they give me hot. If I say whip cream, they don't put it. It's ridiculous! Please train the staff better!

I ordered myself a refresher and got my mother a Grande mocha hot. This white girl that works there gives me an Americano with several additives (someone else's drink) clearly marked on the cup. I didn't realize until I was more than halfway home. I had to drive back, wait in the drive through all over again because you can't go in and when I tried to give her the drink back she wouldn't throw it away or take it. I had to drive home one handed because I only had two spots in my cup holder and when I told her I can't drive like this she told me to have a nice day. I should have thrown the drink at her. this Starbucks sucks beyond reason and this isn't the first time they've messed up simple orders.

Today I ordered two Venti pumpkin spice crème extra hot, grilled cheese sandwich & cheese danish. Postmate picked it on for me he was nice clean and on time The delivery driver did nothing wrong however everything was packaged good the only thing wrong was everything was very cold so I sent my husband to the Starbucks so they can warm it up for us so when my husband arrives to Starbucks by hwy 99 in Manteca ca tell tell the worker behind the counter that postmate just delivered our food but it never got warmed up she knew she spoke up fast and said you didn’t request it online she also said in a rude tone you have to request for you food to be warm however i than spoke because I was listening over the phone I told her I did and I ordered the same yesterday and it came super hot. What happen today?

Walked 15 min just to see a sign on door that they are only doing drive thru and MOBILE drive thru orders. Line for drive thru is pretty long. I sure wouldn’t want to mobile order and then wait for however long just to pick up a drink in the drive thru.

Gross and overly busy location. I find the swarm of flies in the store disgusting, lack of cleanliness in the lobby was also disgusting. Looked like they had cleaned neither tables or the floor of the plethora of nasty spilled food and crumbs for hours.

Last visit was horrible. Did a mobile order and arrived at the store to find out they were closed. When the manager got there she said they would open at 6:30. The sign blocking the driveway said 6am. They didn’t open til 6:40. Had to wait over an hour due to them not turning off the ability to place a mobile order. Very rude management. Not even a simple apology was given but we did receive a luke warm coffee. May 1st 2021

This location is not open 24 hours. I drove 30 mins out to come here since it says it is open 24 hours for drive thru, but it says in the drive thru on the automated system saying it is closed. I only see one person with a headset on mopping. No one answered on the drive thru. The update on the hours here is incorrect.

After a tedious day, I came in the drive through for a pick-me-up and ordered a white chocolate mocha. Everything is nice until I came home and drank it and it is the most absolutely disgusting coffee there ever was. Not only was it unfiltered, it did not have any white chocolate in it. It seemed like what comes out after you clean a coffee machine. No wonder the share price is tanking.

Keep giving them chances... in the early morning they never have anything brewed except Pikes... I ask for Blond Roast oh we don't have that available... not sorry let me brew that for you, unless I start complaining then oh we can brew it for you...no more chance this Starbucks is horrible....

We ordered one frappe (this guy called Greg took our order super slowly). We waited for more than 20 minutes. We still didn't get the drink. We asked Greg for the status of the drink and we were told that this other guy was making it. The other guy calmly proceeded to make drinks for people who ordered after us and gave it to them. We noticed this and asked Greg again. They asked us what we ordered and took another 5 mins to figure out which our order was. Meanwhile, they kept themselves busy with other orders. By now, it was thirty minutes. They didn't apologize even once for the delay or update us about the status. Point to be noted - All this while, Greg was busy on the phone and not doing any work. We finally asked Greg to cancel the order. He made us wait another 10 minutes to try to cancel the order and then told us that they need the card again to cancel the transaction (and I didn't swipe a card in the first place). It took him 10 minutes to realize that he needed a card to cancel the order?? Wonder how long it would have taken him to realize that a card was not used. None of the people here know how to do their jobs, especially this guy called Greg who took our order and tried to cancel our order. We finally asked Greg to give us cash, so we don't have more delays. He took his own sweet time and gave the cash for our order 5 minutes later. Thanks to the 45 minute delay the employees of this Starbucks caused, we reached our destination 2 hours late (at around midnight). If we had not wasted 45 minutes at this place, we would have reached in those 45 minutes. This particular Starbucks is a shame to Starbucks. FYI - I am a huge Starbucks fan. Whichever country I go to, I always visit Starbucks. So I am shocked there exists such Starbucks place.

Disappointed at my experience at this Starbucks. There was a really long drive through line so after waiting in the line we decided to go in the store to order. They served all of the cars in the drive through before serving us our drinks. My drink was way to icee, and didn’t taste right. The other frap we ordered had no mocha drizzle inside the cup like it’s supposed to and was almost all liquid and had little to no ice , was a waste of my money and time since we had no time to sit and wait for them to redo them after them taking way to long to serve us in the beginning .

False advertising in re to business hours! They claim the "store is open 24 hours," but they actually are open from 5 am to 11:30 pm---closing half an hour earlier than when I was here 3 weeks ago. They are very rude, as they would turn off the lights at 11:30 pm (a relative of mine was here last night, and I didn't believe when he told me of the same), hence, you'll be packing your belongings in the dark while one of the employees stands at the door and watch you stumble with your things. The female employee I spoke to said they have always closed at 11:30 pm; when told I was here 3 weeks ago and we (customers) were driven out at 12:00 midnight, she then restated it's always at 11:30 since at least she started her employment one year ago. I pointed at their door that posts their hours and commented how they mislead people (Store Hours, Monday - Sunday 24 hours), which probably actually meant drive thru hours! This place is small; a couple more small tables would be nice; otherwise, it would be a good place to hang out to read, study, or talk, because they don't have music unlike all Starbucks that play their "piped in" music so irritatingly loud.

Normally my go to place, but when an employee wants to argue loud and disrespectful, instead of just remaking my drink right after waiting in the drive through 30 minutes. Trying to tell me a vanilla bean and a cafe vanilla frap are the same thing 🤦🏻‍♀️ Rude, people with no customer service skills should be trained properly or terminated simple as that.

I used to go to this location often and would complete progress notes for work while I enjoyed my drinks. They remodeled the store and took out all tables and chairs from the inside. Bad move Starbucks. Nobody wants to sit outside in 100 degree weather next to the freeway. Not worth driving to that location anymore especially since the drive-thru takes at least 15-20 minutes.

Stopped by this location on New Year's Day at around 12:30ish PM and ordered through the drive thru. I had a code that I explained to the barista I was going to use for a Tall drink and i started to tell her what i would like then the barista started carrying on a conversation through the head set that could be heard over the drive thru speaker and because she wasn't paying attention she missed what I ordered then came back to ask so rudely what I wanted when I repeated myself she was oblivious as to what I was saying, begin laughing and you could hear in the background laughter from the other baristas. So I politely asked if there was a problem due to the laughter she kept laughing saying no the background laughter got louder at that moment as well. If I wouldn't have had cars behind me i would have left but because I'm a bigger person and obviously more mature i pulled up paid while the full crew of baristas stood smirking. They were the most unprofessional, immature and rude bunch of young ladies I've ever seen. This made them look so ugly as young ladies I'm saddened that this is how they represent Starbucks. Do better.

I went to this Starbucks and got 3 drinks. I got a refresher the refresher looked pink not purple the mango dragonfruit one. And also go an iced lavender oat milk matcha. It tasted like grass. Other locations in Manteca always make the drinks good. This location always makes the order very wrong. The barista had the worst attitude. 1 star never EVER coming back. Very dirty inside.

I came in this morning to order an iced matcha latte with vanilla cold foam. The lady that handed me my beverage said that my order is correct. I asked if they could add more vanilla cold foam and she said they did, it was just in the middle of the drink. I kindly asked if they could put more and made it seem like I inconvenienced them and continued to say out loud “its because she doesn’t see the cold foam on top”. Its a bummer because she’s an older lady and have a badge that she’s worked there for 20 years. At least acknowledge your customer’s request, I politely asked for more cold foam, whats the issue? Will never bring my business to this Starbucks again. Horrible service!

My husband went yesterday around 540 or 6pm through the drive through to order a coffee and cake pops. He asked the cashier what kind of cake pops she had, she let him know the flavors. He then asked what kind of designs and she instantly caught an attitude and told him the flavors again. His question wasn't what the flavors were, which she didn't comprehend (it's fine no big deal) he respectfully & politely told the cashier he already knew what the flavors were & just wanted to know what type of shapes they had available she rudely said "you know what were not serving you". That's unnecessary and uncalled for, especially when a customer is being respectful and polite, do better and have patience. Won't be coming back to this place, and we are regular customers too.

I asked for add whip cream instead they gave me 2in less liquid and add whip cream with the flat lid. Not the other frappe lids!!!! Other Starbucks I been to-never made it that cheap!
