Son un verdadero equipo de trabajo. La empresa de vería compersale por q transmiten un buen rollo. Q ya le gustaría tener de empleados en millones de empresa sirvan de ejemplo en todo. Y por favor cambiar el uniforme q penita.el resto un 1000000% positivo y recomendable calidad precio y servicio . Me gustó mucho esta burgués por qué tiene un menú económico que es muy rico puedes comerlo por6 euros, el lugar está limpio y en atención excelente me atendió Nesmer que era una chica muy atenta y amable así que si paso por Marbella pasaré comiendo mi económico que está rico y accesible súper bien 😊. Puedes llegar a comer o bien para llevar

Soy cliente casi habitual del burguerking del centro de marbella por qué tanto el persona como la comida siempre es de primera. Los empleados llaman más veces al cliente cuando su pedido está preparado y listo de entrega para que el disfrute de su pedido y es cuando las patatas están divinas con la salsa de queso. En definitiva es un buen restaurante de comida rápida con buen y eficiente personal. Sobre todo VICTOR PAQUI Y NEREA.

Las 2 chicas que atendieron me ayudaron en todo, muy simpáticas pese a trabajar un festivo, el muchacho grandote muy amable también.

La comida esta bien, precio calidad, ninguna sorpresa son además generosos con la bebida ya q puedes repetir tantas veces quieras, el personal según q turno muy griton aunque haya clientes, y siento decirlo, muy sucio, papeles en el suelo por doquier, mesas si recoger o mal limpiada, en fin hay q mejorar si quieres decir q tienes un negocio en Marbella.

It's a Burgerking, it's clean, friendly staff, indoor and outdoor seating. Have been twice, burgers were fantastic, why oh why can't we get gherkins and mustard in the UK is weird though. Not much to say on atmosphere as you don't really go to BK for that! The touchscreen ordering points can be a little slow to responding to you pressing the screen, patience is key 🔑 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Improvement ideas: Water pressure wash grounds in restaurant entrance The ordering kiosks appear to be getting very slow, several customers had to wait on frozen screens Dirty bathroom, toilet flush button broken. Sink has too high pressure which causes the water tonsplash everywhere, consider reducing pressure it will help maintain floors cleaner and dry. Door remains open, smelly. Food was ok. Servers missed the sauces that were ordered.

Really busy. If you're on foot is good but if you're driving forget about it. There's no place to park and to leave double parked is an invite for la Guardia to stop and write a ticket. Specially in summer. Food is the same as elsewhere. Staff seems undertrained and under prepared for the amount of people that it serves. May take a bit for your order to be ready and you have to wait standing a bit in the middle of the queue. Not the best planning. Regarding the food, it's burger king. Like all the others.

Cada vez más caro y menos comida. Los helados no estaban ni a la mitad del vaso, cuando antes te los ponían llenos.Patatas cada vez echan menos y la salsa ni se veía. En resumen poca comida para lo caro que es.

Everything is rather dirty, tables, floors, walls. Napkins have run out, so has the paper for the receipt printer (better remember your number) and the fanta, which is dispensed as just sparkling water. Fries cold, onion rings both mushy and dry at the same time, whopper rather dry. Overall, I'd recommend to go somewhere else. Burger King at Puerto Banus is much much better.

Ordered from the machine, I was asking for “ketchup” politely and the lady is hearing me & ignoring although I’m repeating over & over politely!!! The sandwich was cold & I left without eating due to coldness of the food & their ignorant behavior! NEVER STEP A FOOT IN HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE IGNORED & MISTREATED

I order home delivery yesterday at 22:00 i waited over an hour. And as soon as the app said the driver was on the way i went out and waited outiside my gate. I waited 30 min. He never came and then the app said the restaurant cancelled my order over an hour after i ordered. I have sent 4 emails via the app still no answer. Burger king did not return my money, i have not receiver any message from them either. This is very bad customer service, i will not be using the burger king app again. I want my money back atleast!

Absolutely terrible. The machines at the entrance will trick you, we placed the whole menu and when they ask for your credit card they will charge you extra without any warning. This should be illegal.

Dirty stinking place. Staff not got a clue what they are doing. Gave me and others wrong orders and when I started to eat they came out, took my order off me and passed it to the correct customer. Bird feacies on tables, ordering machines not working and worst, cold food.

Used to be better. Fish burger fish was smelly, service time was very slow and no acknowledgement from the staff until I made a point to be served. Not very clean. Food price is up too, so it's just not value for money

Nice staff but very slow. None of the drink machines working even though he still have us cups to fill up !!!!!! Eventually got orange juice off him. By the time all the food was ready the chips had turned Luke warm !!! Worst burger king I've ever been in to be honest !!
