Went to Portside during a hen weekend this month,the bride and all us hens were treated amazingly by all staff especially Indie who really looked after us and made it an unforgettable night, a must visit.

En un sitio inmejorable de puerto Banus es un local espectacular para tomar shishas y buenos cocktails, además ponen eventos deportivos y tienen billares… y si ya te atiende alguien como Bredd pues queda todo redondo, profesional y agradable, volveremos seguro.

Me and my fiance came here to watch the United and Brighton match. We were greeted at the door by a lovely man who told us to take a seat and the match would be turned on shortly. We then ordered drinks at the bar and were served by a really nice lady who brought the drinks over to us. My fiance got a shisha and he really liked it. I really enjoyed the experience here and being pregnant the big white air con machine was a god send! Definitely reccomend coming here and a big thank you to the 2 lovely staff members!! :-) 24/08/2024

10/10. Un local muy acogedor, la shisha muy buena y el encargado/dueño es encantador. Había hasta una estacion de baterías para el móvil que podías alquilar por 2€, cosa que nos vino genial ya que en prácticamente 30 min se cargaron a un 80%. Super recomendable

Had the best night in this bar of the whole holiday. The staff were soooo funny and really attentive always make sure we had drinks or checking if we needed anything. They even let us put on our song requests and made such a fuss of the birthday girl we were with. We ended going back to this bar every night and drinks so reasonably priced for puerto banus also !! Couldn’t recommend more

Friendly staff and pool is only a euro. Other places charging double Drinks are similar prices to the area and good music choice. Will be back

I recently visited Portside bar and had mixed experiences during my visit. While the location of the bar was excellent, with a prime spot that added to its allure, I found the cocktails to be quite disappointing. Unfortunately, the drinks were not only expensive but also lacked the quality and creativity that I expected. The flavors were underwhelming, and overall, I was left unimpressed by the cocktail offerings. On a positive note, the shisha at the bar was surprisingly enjoyable. It provided a pleasant and relaxing experience, adding a redeeming element to my visit. As for the atmosphere, it was decent but not exceptional. While it didn't particularly stand out, it provided a comfortable setting to enjoy drinks and engage in conversations.

Good atmosphere but possibly the worst shisha I have ever encountered. It was changed after asking but defo not a shisha bar.

Very shady/trashy crowd, mostly men in tracksuit. The girl serving shots and young guy waiting the tables were very nice. The bar looks and feels very cheap. We (3 people) came here to watch a football game, we spent there less than an hour during which we had a shisha for 30 eur, a pint, a drink, and 5 shots, spent almost 100 eur. During this time we were approached three times asking if we want to order more (while still having more than half of the drink). Then someone who I guess is the owner came to the table and said “you order or pay”. We wanted to stay for one more drink but after that we just left. For someone who lives in Spain - I recommend this place only if you want to feel Benidorm vibes. And that’s it.

I was in this bar on Monday 18th May,I ordered 1 San Miguel 33cl and a glass of water,unfortunately they don't accept American Express credit card,so decided to use my UK debit card ,I was over charged (Euro 21.33) upon checking my transaction the following day.,I believe this was done deliberately to over charge me,I was unable to query this charged as I have already left marbella, just be careful check your receipt before living this bar i hear its a common practice to over charge tourist

DO NOT GO TO THIS BAR, I REPEAT DO NOT TO TO THIS BAR!!! The waitresses are entitled and will charge you more than they should, if confronted they will say it's a tip for themselves or say it's a service charge... They aren't even hot enough to get away with this type of robbery.

Have been several times, very basic, fittings in need of refurbishment. Service basic but ok. However, the most recent visits there is an issue with closing times. It shows in Google that they close at 3am, but when it gets to around 2.15am, they start sending the bouncer around each table to force you to leave. When I pointed-out that in Google it indicates that the close at 3am, I was informed that is only during high season. Fair enough, but sending a bouncer around the tables to force you to abandon purchases that you have paid for, is far from acceptable. To compound matters, on my most recent as I was leaving, I was intimidatingly told by the bouncer that if I don’t like it, don’t come back. Be assured, I will not!

Been here before so decided to go again when we were passing. We were approached at the door by a staff member who said that all drinks including cocktails where buy one get one free. We confirmed this again before ordering and ordered 4 cocktails and 2 large beers. When going up to pay, they charged full price. When confronting the bar staff they said that the staff member went home and they would not honour the offer. So this ended up leaving us feeling scammed and soured the experience. We were in the bar for just below an hour. We then proceeded to see the staff member working later in the day. This was scummy. Wouldn't go back.

No recomiendo para nada. En la entrada nos ofrecen 2 copas por 10€ por persona. Pedimos gin tónic y como en todos los sitios te dejan elegir la Ginebra, en este caso Bombay Sapphire, después pedimos otra copa. Cuando nos traen el ticket alucinamos porque resulta que ninguno de nosotros tenía aplicada dicha promoción. Preguntamos al camarero y nos dice que estas marcas de Ginebra, vodka y ron y no entran en la promoción, cuando en ningún momento se nos ha informado que es lo que entra y que no…. Además a una persona le cobran vodka Belvedere doble, cuando no se le sirve así.. Además nos cobran un tal “Service fee” -7€ y nos explican que en todo el puerto Banus se cobra este plus…(cuando no es verdad, conocemos otros garitos de la zona) Además y eso ya para rematar nos dicen que nos vayamos “rápidito” que cierran, que ni siquiera nos dejan terminar la copa. Es alucinante como se engaña a la gente en estos sitios, que es lo que más nos ha molestado.

Bastante poco recomendable. No hablan ni español, y no es por que no sepa inglés, pero, igual que yo hago el esfuerzo cuando voy a Inglaterra de hablar inglés, me parece vergonzoso que ni el encargado hable español. Además, las copas muy caras y te ponen los vasos a la mitad. En fin, por lo menos la ubicación no está mal pero, no vuelvo.

I do not recommend this bar. They tried to charge us almost twice the amount we actually owed. On top of that, they added a hidden service fee that was not indicated anywhere on the menu or at the table. When I asked for the bill to verify the charges, they refused to provide it. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to scam customers. Be very careful if you go here – always double-check the total, and don’t expect transparency. A place that operates this way doesn’t deserve your trust or your money.
