But here's the part where I get to be me. 😎 Sometimes I can be the worst person to complain in person because I am extra into freedom. Yes I can be smiley, and happy and cool while also not liking everything for the comfort of others feelings. I've lived that life so I offer a trade. 5 stars for the good ones and I move along to my next spot because I love a good disappearing act. ✌️

Fast and friendly staff who were happy to help me make a choice between holiday drinks. I had come here, however, because I work remotely and was looking to post up in a coffee shop to take care of some business. Unfortunately, there are no plugs anywhere in the cafe, so I was not able to charge my laptop and get to work. I wouldn’t have come if I had known. Great staff who are good at making drinks, but if you’re looking for a place to sit and work, this isn’t it.

Order a latte and Italian sausage egg bites, (my name is Andy, some how they confused my Edgar, no employees seemed to figure this out , yet I had to complain about my order, no apology for there mistake,I feel as though, they did not want to apologize for the mistake, I will not be visiting that Starbucks ever again on my life time , the employees seem stuffy and unfriendly un welcoming.

Great location, music is horrible, one latin song after the other. Not even likable songs, but imitations of crappy American music. They should play neutral music, as background, and the volume is too high.

The management here really sucks. They encourage plastic use, if you order in a glass cup they won’t let you sit outside even at their own tables right in front of their door, even if it’s full inside and they have the AC blasting at 45 degrees they make you leave your cup inside and use plastic.

I’m a very loyal Starbucks customer. I probably spend an average of $20-30 a day. I came to this store planning to use the restroom first and then make a purchase. But they didn’t give me the code. I showed them my account, yet they didn’t even check to see that I use Starbucks every day. It felt very rude and disrespectful. Their attitude was far from the true spirit of Starbucks we all know.

I asked for a lighter roast today and got what tasted okay at first—but by the end, I swallowed a sludge that felt like French kissing Slimer from Ghostbusters. It was disgusting. I don’t know if it was the drip dispenser or poor cleaning, but there was something seriously off with the brew. A cup of coffee should not end like that. Please check your machines and filters. At least I have game.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for two years, buying something and eating here. But today, when I asked for the restroom code just to use the restroom, they told me that non-customers are not allowed. However, I am a regular customer. It just doesn’t make sense to me that I can’t use this restaurant’s restroom just because I didn’t buy something at this exact moment. Procedures can sometimes be unreasonable. Just wanted to point that out. As long as we spend money here, we should be considered customers and have access to its amenities.
