There is a gentleman named Aaron working there, and he has the most infectious smile and personality...man! His customer service is EXCELLENT every single time I'm there. He also wears a mask when making the food, which I love soooo much. Thanks Aaron! He needs a raise, and a promotion, quickly. Lol

My tuna on flat bread with veggies and avocado was delicious at this location. I usually go the Subway at Muir Station, across from my job but they were out of flat bread😒

Ive been to alot of subways....alot! This was hands down the best one ive gone to, great service, was quick and actually fresh! Staff was clean, place was clean, definitely my new "go to" subway spot

Subway is always good. Everytime I've been to this Martinez Subway the service guy has been extremely, nice, patient, friendly, and helpful. I feel bad that I forgot this guy's name; he should be at high end place making way more money.

Ok, but martinez subway on alhambra ave sucks it, the woman that works there 7 days a week is not thankful 2 me at all, amazing yes ?? ,n im a regular customer 2 ! 5 days/ week !! ( In my opinion ..) maybe she wakes up on Wrong side of her bed ?? Lol !!

Overall I'm not happy with subways in general they put tons of veggies small portions of meat and cheese and thick bread which is an eighth of an inch short

If you're going to close before the times you provided; you need to update your timelines. I was here 30 minutes before closing under an incorrect assumption.

The middle-late-aged Asian man working today at lunch had the WORST attitude. He was very impatient while making my sub, then failed to ask me what dressings I wanted when he was done with the veggies. He just started wrapping up my sub. When I asked him if I could have mayonnaise, oregano, and pepper, he paused as though very annoyed, looked at me with disgust, then asked me to step aside so he could help the person behind me in line. I couldn't believe it. I was originally going to get chips and drink, but I canceled that (once he came back) just to get out of there. I come here often on business trips; I'll not be coming back to this store.

I wish I could give this place -STARS!! I walked in on 11/22/19 at 11:15am. The woman making ONE sandwich failed to acknowledge me (i.e. "Hello" or "I'll be with you in a minute" or " Welcome to Subway!"). It's a fact she didn't even look at me. A minute or two went by and I said: "Seriously??" Still no comment from the woman making the sandwich. I found myself questioning the complexity of the sandwich as it clearly required her undivided attention. I left Subway and went up the road to Kinders. There I was greeted with common courtesy ("Hello sir!" "We'll be right with you.") and my sandwich was delicious. I'll never go back to that Subway and I'll share my awful experience with others. Btw I'm referring to the Subway on Arnold drive across the street from Lucky.

False advertising, and way more expensive than other nearby Subways. Big sign that says "make ANY footlong a wrap for $8.49" but then when they ring you up, sorry this sandwich doesn't qualify. I paid $13 for Subway lol I felt like a fool paying this much for a Subway sandwich. I can get table service and a sandwich with a side and drink at other restaurants for less. Same wrap at other Subway locations runs $8-9. Rip off.
