I had a terrible experience at this spa. They burned my armpits with wax. I won't attach photos for my privacy, but if you're interested in their clients @spa flor de lis, I'm telling you that I was a client on Saturday, April 20th, with an appointment at 4 pm for waxing. The girl who helped me injured my skin so much that I had to go to a doctor for a prescription for topical medication. They ruined all my plans for my event the next day. If you get in touch with me (you have my number ending in -718, I'll be happy to show you evidence). They need to train their cosmetologists. It's not fair that they're doing this to our skin. I paid for a service and ended up injured.
