GUILTY PLEASURE SMOOTHIE SHOP! Now, let me start with how much I love Jamba, as I've grown up with it it's also when a staple of mine. The smoothies are perfectly blended, they always have the right consistency! Also, I'm a huge fan of the variety of flavors. Jamba is also less sugary than some other smoothie shops so that's always a perk. However, I tried one of the food options and let me tell you the ordeal. I tried the egg bite, and it was tasty but still very frozen in the center. I repeat, the flavor was amazing! So I thought to myself "dang I can only imagine what this will taste like warmed up". I went back the next day and it was different staff, a lone worker. I asked for the same egg bite item and it was 100% delicious as I got it fully warmed this time. I didn't make a fuss about the previous day, but I was so happy I got my food the way I wanted. A HUGE recommendation from me. I felt vindicated lol. Overall, the staff are pretty friendly here and I can always count on the smoothies. I'm hoping they stay consistent with warming their food options up for now on so I can bump this review up to a 5! The shop is upbeat and has fun music playing. There's a couch to sit on but I couldn't find any seating areas with tables, chairs etc.

Nicely blended! The menu is the same as the other locations, and my smoothie was well-made. I definitely recommend ordering online beforehand and picking up in-store so you don’t have to wait too long. They were quite busy when I came, so I waited quite a long time to grab a worker’s attention. Other than that, I enjoyed the smoothie and appreciated how my smoothie was kept in the freezer and wasn’t just left out in the open waiting for me. Not bad.

First time ever trying Jamba and my smoothie was ok got the RAZZMATAZZ and it was just to much raspberry for me next time I’m going to try something else hopefully I’ll have better results

This was my first time at Jamba Juice, and I have to say I'm a little dissappointed. I ordered myself an Orange Dream Machine, and I have to say it was positively delicious, it really made me feel like I was living in a dream. While it was quite a wait for my smoothie to come out due to how many people were present, and what appeared to be short-staffing, it was more than worth the wait to receive such a delicacy. However, one thing I noticed that absolutely killed the vibe was the lack of any horses! I didn't even catch the passing scent of one. Am I expected to just wait for my smoothie in the dull atmosphere? I mean think of the children! This severe lack of horses really has been leaving me questioning what type of business you're running. I'm not sure if I'll be making any more trips in the future until this problem is resolved.

The employee (Diana C) was in the restroom upon us arriving. After she came out, she tossed some keys onto the register and very annoyed asked what we wanted. No greeting at all. She was very short the whole encounter with an annoyed look on her face, attitude, and little to no eye contact. She proceeded to make the drinks with said attitude the whole time. Upon leaving, another family walked in and she showed the same attitude towards them when the mom was asking a question. I wondered if she was maybe having a bad day but upon reading past reviews, this is a common occurrence. Hopefully management is able to address this issue they have. And if she’s the manager then girl, don’t work there if you’re gonna have a bad attitude.

Bless her soul. They only had one girl working behind the counter? Nobody to help her out. Poor management. She did amazing for being one person all by herself. I don't know how she held it together. The lobby was full of people and phone going off, and also filling doordash orders.

I placed an online order and they called to say that they didn't have acai for the bowl. They offered to make something else but they only had one alternative option which I had no interest in. I asked to refund the order and they said they were unable to do it from their end. I called customer service as instructed but their office is closed until Monday. I'm out $20 and hungry. This is also the second weekend they didn't have the bowls but at least last weekend I had an option i could work with. They need to fix the team members ability to refund items if unavailable or better yet 86 the menu item. Update 4/12: I was emailed on 3/29 saying they'd refund the order. They advised it could take 7 days. It's now 4/12 and the refund has NOT been issued. You have terrible business practices. Update 5/10: STILL no refund. No effort. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. Why do I have to continue reaching out when all i want is my refund?

There is a reason why this place have a low rating...drinks are always good but customer service sucks! Most of them don't greet you when you come in. A long wait for your order. I placed an online order and when I went inside to pick it up, non of the workers greeted me but they did greet other customers thet walked in after me. Waited 15 mins until they acknowledged me and my drink was done this whole time I was waiting.
