The people working here always seem a little sloppy but usually do their job. The wings and food have usually been to my liking but last two times the fries were overdone and very salty. The Habanero Mango Wings made the trip there worth it.

Idk. Kinda pricey for Walmart frozen chicken. Wait time is 30mins, fried already soft, chicken was okay. They are busy tho. Service is good. Sauce on the side is plenty of portion. Can't believe I saw a black lady open the bag, put sauce in pocket and tell cashier she didn't get the sauce, he give her another one. Could of just ask for an extra one. We got so many sauces on the side for 20 nuggets pieces and 6 chicken strips. Weird people haha. The ranch is truly amazing.

I put in an online order. The website said 30-40 min wait which is close to what id expect at wingstop on a Wednesday night. I show up after 40 mins and the place is packed. Not a single person actually eating but a bunch of visibility unhappy customers waiting for their order. I get to the counter at that point I already know my order isn't ready. I have 8 orders ahead of mine and they didn't know when mine will be ready. But I could give them a call and check. I come back 40 mins later and my order is ready, cold, and a bunch of dry chicken wings. The could benefit from posting accurate wait times so customers can get their food fresh and not waste their time at the dining area/waiting room. Everyone from employee to customer were miserable in that place. I don't know if I'd go there even if the food was free.

Not sure about their online order pick up policy. One week they ask me for email verification to pick up the food I paid for. Another week they ask me for my phone number. Another week they ask me for my ID. Another week they ask me for a driver license. Another week they ask me for Apple Pay verification. Next time I go are they going to ask for my SSN? I’m just trying to pick up MY food that I paid for, quickly! …and all that trouble for some low quality, cold, unevenly seasoned wings?

My recent experience was not great. My food was supposed to be ready 50min ago, and I was ignored 3 times when I went up to the counter to pick up my food from a door dash order. The employee helped other people before me, when I was the first one to the counter. That same employee answered phone calls before helping me. When I told the employee that it is a good practice to help those who are right before you, he said he didn't see me standing there. I was on one side of the counter, and on the other side, 1 foot away, there he was. If he had said sorry, that would have showed humility, and good customer service, because he was in the wrong.

Just ordered a 20 piece classic wings of Parmesan and Honey Hot Rub. Looks like they got Salt Bae working in the kitchen because these wings were PLAIN with a PINCH of seasoning sprinkled on them. Called to complain and they said they'd have a remade order for me by the time I got back. I still spent 5-10 mins waiting because they wanted to see how many wings we ate (3) so they could short those 3 wings before they remade them. Petty. The poor girl working the counter was apologetic and kind, and she didn't deserve to have to own the situation.

When we do Wingstop its always the 75 piece group pack which comes out too approximately $110. The food is always delicious BUT my $110+ order is ALWAYS MISSING SOMETHING. This is the 3rd time now!!! They've always given me the missing items after I call to complain but it's extremely inconvenient for us to go back to the restaurant to pick up... missing fries, veggie sticks or my darn corn which I love so much. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY... I DONT CARE HOW BUSY THEY ARE NEXT TIME I'LL CHECK MY FULL ORDER UPON PICKUP!!! Strike that "food is always delicious comment"!!! I can't even make this up later in the evening we found these wing pieces which were clearly not cleaned properly!!! You can still see feathers are still attached!!! I'm totally disgusted!!! I've tried to call the restaurant but since it's Christmas Eve I believe they are closed. I've placed the wings in a Ziploc baggie and will be returning them to the restaurant the next business day!!! I wish there was another place in the Merced area to get great wings!!!

Waited for over an hour for my food just for my frys to be cold and my wings to be dry had no seasoning at all they were original hot i called to get my refund they asked me to return it which i did and they did not give me a refund which is what i asked for and they said they would give me over the phone they said they would only refund the wings i didn’t eat the manager was rude and does not know how to keep a customer happy

Do not order from this Wingstop!!! There’s at least 20 people standing waiting on their order. The app lies and says your foods done when it’s not. They turned the music so loud no one can hear the worker calling names.

I order a 15 piece and I got 15 piece of chicken legs only. Not a single wing in sight. This place should rename itself to Leg Stop instead of Wing Stop. They obviously can't afford a single chicken wing even at the price they are selling them. No cap, popoyes is better and atleast they'll never do this to their customers.

Ordered the 20 boneless meal deal on app. Picked it up and when I got home I took a bite of the chicken was not well done. It was hard and chewy very disappointed had to throw it away before I get salmonella. Wont be buying from here again.

first of all i waited an hour for the food i called ahead of time for. the food tasted terrible, all the staff had attitude, and it immediately stank when i walk in and floor is all sticky?? come on now, all the staff needs to be fired and be under new management

This place is not efficient, the staff seems over worked and not friendly. It's always packed because of how slow they are. The food comes out overcooked at times or with incorrect sauces. The fries are old tasting because the chicken takes so long. If you place an order online, be prepared to show your birth certificate and SSN to get your order. Nope, showing the order on your phone isn't good enough. Over all this place needs a full do over.

We went in to pick up our order with poor customer service our food was not good at all the fies where hard our wings where cold and hardly any seasoning on them I called to complain we spent $120 just to see most of the employees pissed off or with attitude we will not be gong back any time soon. 5/30/25 very very disappointed in this place

I’m from the Bay Area where we believe in something called customer service this place is the worst wingstop stop I’ve been too placed an order at 1:43 told to wait 18 min for my food it was 2:20 pm when I finally just asked for a refund . The employees literally waste your time on purpose it’s like they get some type of enjoyment just watching you wait very weird behavior even the manager who refunded me acted very strange nonetheless worst experience at a wing stop. My order was very simple as well . Do yourselves a favor and don’t even visit this establishment.

Do you want to feel like Helen Keller? Then make sure to come to this wing stop the way they don’t pay any mind to you order. Waited almost an hour for my food. Eventually when I did get it, it came out cold and unappetizing.

Worst service ever i ordered my food at 4:53pm and take out time was a 16 to 22 min wait. I was not served my food till 5:40pm an extra 20 mins outside of the expected wait time. Once my name was called the lady with red hair said I could not have my food unless I show proof of the order or my ID. I did not have my ID but I showed her my order confirmation I got with my name on it and she did not accept it and said I have to show her my bankstatement. I did not see this treatment with other costumers and feel racially discriminated and embarrassed of the treatment I encountered at this wingstop. I will not be returning.

I ordered a 20 piece meal. I waited an hour and 2 minutes. Most frustraiting is that they served many walk ins that came in after me. Half the food was cold and they piled all four chicken flavors on top of each other in the same tray. The only saving grace was that the cashier was very nice and would give me updates on how much longer I would have to wait.

Ordered through door dash. When placing the order, estimates time was 1 hour. However, it took 2 hours before our food left the resturant. When we called the resturant, we were put on hold for over 5 minutes before we finally hung up. The dasher claimed the delay was due to us asking to change a dipping sauce...A.DIPPING SAUCE...not something that had to be cooked or remade. Changing a dip shouldt cause an hour delay. Plus, my fries were missing and the change we requested, wasn't honored. Still arrived with the same sauces we had originally ordered.

I ordered over 100$ worth of food. The 75 piece deal*2 for them to mess up the completely. I sat down for 15min looked over the receipt noticed the mistake and the cashier said it was too late nothing could be done. I couldn’t get my money back I couldn’t change the order it’s absolutely ridiculous. On top of that while I waited for the food another woman came in complaining her order was wrong.

Went to go pick up an online order and i usually just have to show my email that says I ordered it but now they're saying that they need to see that we ordered it from our bank info!? By the time I got it it was cold. Idk if the cashier just wanted to make it harder for me for whatever reason or if they're actually that dumb to implement that rule.

Ordered a 20 piece with fries, didn't receive 6 of my atomic wings, called them and they said they'd have it ready instantly, they were not busy & had 7 people working, took 45 minutes, they gave me chili rub wings, not atomic, and not even a sorry or free fries or something, I am a chef/kitchen manager and this was so sad & embarrassing. This business should care more about their customers, all you cook is wings & fries 😭😭😭😭😭

The worse experience I have ever had! The wait time was 45 minutes for 15 wings and fries...the chicken was old, cold and dry and the fries were soggy old and cold. The table was nasty with old sauce and sticky.The restaurant was not busy but other tables needed bussing and wiped down. There were flies everywhere, on the floor on the walls,on the tables by the drink machine and landing on me. $32.00 wasted. I will not recommend or return.

Fries were burnt. Customer service is mediocre, ended up waiting longer than I expected, even after placing an online order. After waiting for about 10 minutes, someone was able to just walk right in and get their online order and I had to ask again for my order.

Ordered online and waited the 28 minutes it told me to wait before walking in to pick up order. When I walked in, I was told they are still working on my order. I waited 25 minutes in store before asking them again about my order. The girl at the counter could not find my order anywhere and then reprinted my ticket and told me it would take another 10 minutes. Well over an hour after ordering online for faster service. I requested a refund and they told me their manager would refund and it would take a few days. After I left I went online to find a corporate number and couldn’t find what I needed so I called the store to ask for it. When the girl who originally couldn’t find my order answered and asked for my name, she said “oh we found your order, do you still want it?” I was already at another restaurant getting my kids food and said no. Horrible management.

I ordered online 1 day before and it will ask a specific time for pick up I chose 415 I get here and the food isn’t ready and told me I would have to wait an additional 10 minutes. Why ask for a time if it’s never made on time? This is the 4th time this has happened to me. One time I had to wait an extra 30 minutes.

“One of these wings is not like the others.” My 3 piece chicken tender meal looks more like a 2 1/2 piece meal. Also, if you zoom in you can see a puddle of grease these came soaking in. I ordered at the counter and it took 30 minutes to receive. This location is horrible.

It’s very unfortunate that this is the only Wingstop in Merced. I just moved to Merced and both times that I’ve ordered from this location I’ve had really bad experiences. The fam loves Wingstop so we order quite often and never had an issue with Wingstop in LA or Lancaster. Our first order, 4/20, the chicken sandwich was raw, my daughter bit into a raw chicken breast! She was grossed out for days. Second order, yesterday 5/14, we received soggy wings and little pieces of fries, probably had about 15 whole fries. I ordered extra cooking time to make sure they were crunchy since none of my household likes soft skin wings and they did not follow the instructions. I have an air fryer so we tried making them crunchy, but since they already had the sauce it was a fail. Total waste of money. I will not be going to this Wingstop again.

I live across town and I was not going to go back and waist my gas because they forgot to put all my order.. They said the only way I could get all my order is if I went back the same day and took all the food back so I would get ALL my order so they just kept my wings and my money. Bad policy they have. This days and times we need to watch our money and for people not to rip us off.. not a good experience for me. And to top it off this is the 2nd time I get wing looking like someone took a bit,. Sadness

The staff Is rude maybe because they are overworked. I had an online order when I got my order half the chicken was overcooked dry and hard. I called and the manager asked to bring the food back even though I explained the manager that im not close by... so in order to make it right they wanted me to wait another 1.5 hrs and take the food they ruined back.

Honestly after waiting 10 minutes at the Front counter, being stared at by employees, hesring the cook ask the girl if I had been helped and her replying with no he can wait. I walked out this girl does not seem like she like or wants he job. Just from looking at how not busy they were and to have 3 baskets of precooked wings was crazy to me. Management needs to be on top of them more. So sad I was so ready to get a 30pc today to buy after seeing the chicken just sitting there in the basket and the lack of service was very disappointing. Do better wing stop

0 stars for both food and service.The food is extremely inconsistent, sometimes decent, other times terrible. Tonight was one of the bad nights: the fries were overcooked, and my boneless wings were cold and I know it was because staff cooked them at separate times. Overall, a disappointing experience. This place should be ashamed of its lack of consistency and especially long wait times

My first time ever at wingstop was at this location 15 years ago. I’ve been hooked on the wings. Loved the hanging plane decor at the time. However I recently visited this location after all these years. My return was a disappointment. As soon as enter the location the smell of raw chicken or some type of odor. Secondly used the restroom which needs a super deep cleaning/touching up. After almost waiting 30 minutes for my order. The wings were smaller in size compared to other locations?? During our stay in the dining area..I felt no AC at all! Mind you this was when it was just over 100 degrees. What a bad returning experience at this location. Will not be coming back!

I would like a refund due to the lack incompetence. I ordered the game tile or game day bundle and my wings sucked. No flavor in the lemon pepper or even any pepper on it just tasted butter. I asked for well done and my wings came soft as hell damn near like rubber I couldn’t even eat it. I did not recover my dips either and that’s kinda the only thing that makes the chicken bearable. I got delivery through the app. I called the store like 4 times back to back and kept getting put on hold and then hung up on at one point. I just want me $58 dollars back this place is not worth spending ur hard earned money.

All of our order was wrong/missing, 70$+ worth of food. Had to drive all the way back from work to wingstop to get it corrected after we were put on hold for 10 plus mins. Went back to get it remade but the worker insisted everything was right & refused to remake anything or give us at least what we were missing, even though they shorted us a WHOLE BAG OF FOOD, had no seasoning on the fries, gave us drinks not filled to the top or even with ice, & again, a lot of the order was missing. The worker was incompetent & basically told us to leave & insisted everything was right even though we were visibly missing items. Terrible customer service, not professional whatsoever. When we asked for the manager’s name or to speak to one they refused to give us a name. Do not go to this joke of a restaurant. They don’t care that you’re spending nearly $100 for food. You’ll have way better luck at the atwater one.

All of our order was wrong/missing, 70$+ worth of food. Had to drive all the way back from work to wingstop to get it corrected after we were put on hold for 10 plus mins. Went back to get it remade but the worker insisted everything was right & refused to remake anything or give us at least what we were missing, even though they shorted us a WHOLE BAG OF FOOD, had no seasoning on the fries, gave us drinks not filled to the top or even with ice, & again, a lot of the order was missing. The worker was incompetent & basically told us to leave & insisted everything was right even though we were visibly missing items. Terrible customer service, not professional whatsoever. I would like a refund due to the lack incompetence. I ordered the game tile or game day bundle and my wings sucked. No flavor in the lemon pepper or even any pepper on it just tasted butter. I asked for well done and my wings came soft as hell damn near like rubber I couldn’t even eat it. I did not recover my dips either and that’s kinda the only thing that makes the chicken bearable. I got delivery through the app. I called the store like 4 times back to back and kept getting put on hold and then hung up on at one point. I just want me $58 dollars back this place is not worth spending ur hard earned money.

Honestly after waiting 10 minutes at the Front counter, being stared at by employees, hesring the cook ask the girl if I had been helped and her replying with no he can wait. I walked out this girl does not seem like she like or wants he job. Just from looking at how not busy they were and to have 3 baskets of precooked wings was crazy to me. Management needs to be on top of them more. So sad I was so ready to get a 30pc today to buy after seeing the chicken just sitting there in the basket and the lack of service was very disappointing. Do better wing stop

0 stars for both food and service.The food is extremely inconsistent, sometimes decent, other times terrible. Tonight was one of the bad nights: the fries were overcooked, and my boneless wings were cold and I know it was because staff cooked them at separate times. Overall, a disappointing experience. This place should be ashamed of its lack of consistency and especially long wait times

My first time ever at wingstop was at this location 15 years ago. I’ve been hooked on the wings. Loved the hanging plane decor at the time. However I recently visited this location after all these years. My return was a disappointment. As soon as enter the location the smell of raw chicken or some type of odor. Secondly used the restroom which needs a super deep cleaning/touching up. After almost waiting 30 minutes for my order. The wings were smaller in size compared to other locations?? During our stay in the dining area..I felt no AC at all! Mind you this was when it was just over 100 degrees. What a bad returning experience at this location. Will not be coming back!

I ordered online 1 day before and it will ask a specific time for pick up I chose 415 I get here and the food isn’t ready and told me I would have to wait an additional 10 minutes. Why ask for a time if it’s never made on time? This is the 4th time this has happened to me. One time I had to wait an extra 30 minutes.
