The food was tasty. I really loved the menu that they presented. Those biscuits were really soft, tasty and served at the right temperature along with that creamy mashed potatoes dampened with thick gravy...My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I definitely will go back and try another dish from their menu.

Buena opción en la parte centro de Mérida. Pase por trabajo y me atendieron bastante rápido. Hay recetas que en otros lados no encuentro.

Al pollo le falto que estuviera mas crujiente y mas sabor esta muy incipido, el cool slow no sabe bueno el aderezo que le ponen aquí en México no es bueno, cuando mejoren todo esto volveré y daré una mejor reseña. Respeten la receta secreta y no le cambien hemos comido es Estados unidos por 28 años y sabemos el sabor.

Your standard KFC but always full due to it being in the heart of the city. There's two levels for eating, it has AC for those hit days and it has a kids area.

the place is dirty it is hard to find a clean table, and seat, and every time i eat here i get sick. Some days the music is so loud you cannot have a conversation

Extremely slow. We were in line for about 45 minutes and the workers had no intention of working fast to clear the line. Fries were cold. If you are expecting the same flavor as the chicken at KFC in North America you will be disappointed. Won't be back.

Today I went to the restaurant Kentucky Fried Chicken in the center of the City, I was going very hungry and the restaurant was very close, so I decided to go in and order some strips of Chicken, the first problem was that the order took 30 minutes to get out so that bothers me a lot, the second problem was that the chicken strips weren't hot, they were cold thing which I claim and they didn’t give me a solution for this problem thing so I felt very angry and I decided to leave the restaurant and I went to My home. For all the people that are reading this please don’t go, I dont recommend it only pass a bad time in this restaurant I think there are better fast food options to eat in the City of Mérida. Im not going back to the place.

Cuando fui las mesas estaban todas sucias y estaban los empleados sin hacer nada, pedi servilletas para limpiar mi mesa y no me las dieron. La cajera confundió mi pedido y luego no quería darme bien mi orden, le dije que no iba a aceptarlo y que me lo de bien y después de un rato me lo dio, los baños estaban extremadamente sucios, y olian mal, me asome a los 2 baños y ambos estaban llenos de heces y orina; el piso estaba todo mojado y los lavabos llenos de pelos. En cuanto a higiene, se quedan muy cortos, y la comida pues super cara y las porciones pequeñas.

TERRIBLE, SUCIO, TARDADO Y GROSEROS! La comida tardó más de 1/2 hora en ser entregada, la encargada de mostrador MARIANA me entregó la orden INCOMPLETA y todavía se atrevió a gritarme que sí me la había dado, luego se dió cuenta que la tenía en la parte trasera del mostrador y en lugar de pedir disculpas, se quejó de que estaba sola y que por eso se equivocaba como si eso fuera problema mío o de los demás comensales. Solo éramos 3 mesas y la mujer no podía con su trabajo, que bueno que incluyan gente con necesidades especiales en su plantilla laboral, pero eso afecta la eficiencia. Sus compañeros estaban más preocupados por limpiar la cocina para irse rápido desde las 8pm y en cuanto dieron las 9 eso se convirtió en un bar barato con música a todo volumen. Tuvimos que irnos porque su ruidero no dejaba hablar.

falsa propaganda no tienen los refrescos que se ofrecen en los combos!!! y no son rellenables. la comida tarda muchisimo tiempo en salir y a los empleados pareciera que no les importa!! mal servicio. 30 min por una hamburguesa?? no vale la pena cuando se supone que es “comida rapida”

Con tal de cumplir sus métricas, la medición de productividad y no baje su bono, pase al drive thru y nos pidieron movernos adelante a la puerta para que nos entreguen el pedido. Estuve esperando mas de 30 mins estacionado, frente a la puerta, para que en ventanilla no le afecte su medición. Pésimo servicio. De las 8 piezas , 4 fueron alas, 2 piernas y 2 pecho. Para eso mejor nada

Deberían modificar el horario en google, acabo de llegar y me indican que ya no hay atención ya que es solo hasta las 21:00 y aquí ponen horario de 11:00 am a 22:00 pm y el horario de atención en el local es de 9:00 am a 22h

Julio 2025 Pésimo servicio ! Las que atienden tardan horas en sacar tu pedido aunque no haya gente, y si les dices algo se molestan. Además lugar lleno de moscas parece el mercado

Experiencia paranormal como poco. Nos acercamos a comprar algo de cenar y no nos fuimos por educacion, que por ganas no era. Tuvimos esperar un buen rato ya que solo atendia una chica, mietras habia otros trabajadores mirando al infinito. Tras casi 10 minutos de espera para pedir (el local estaba vacio al 90%), tiempo en el que nos planteamos marcharnos al Dominos que esta casi al lado, conseguimos pedir. Un bucket de 8 piezas, pure, ensalada y brisket. Esperamos como otros 10 minutos para recibir el pedido y al llegar a casa no habia pure de papa, habia un vaso que llevaba una especie de salsa barbacoa algo picante. Ya nos dio pereza volver. La ensalada ni probarla, estaba malisima El pollo muy normalito. Ni locos repetiremos en esta sucursal

Horrible lugar la atención pésima esperamos 40 min nuestro pedido y ni gente había éramos los últimos las trabajadoras enfocadas en recoger e irse y llegamos desde las 7:00 pm, nadie te atiende eres un fantasma en el lugar preguntaa algo y te señalan para que leas, pésima actitud de servicio, cuando la comida por fin nos la dieron literal después de estar en la barra gritando “disculpe me podría decir qué sucede con mi orden” resulta que las papas frías y las metieras también, las porciones de comida dudosas a diferencia de otros KFC de la cd en mi vida regreso a este lugar de vdd PÉSIMA experiencia y no había ningún gerente. Espero realmente tomen estos comentarios en serio y revisen su personal NADA que ver con el servicio de otros KFC entiendo porque tienen solo 3 estrellas

Primero el lugar no tiene clima en el área de niños En segunda llegó 7.30 de la noche y ya no me dejan pedir xq según cierran a las 9, 1 hora y media antes no aceptan pedidos. Tercera pido para llevar y solicito pierna y muslo y comentan que no se puede. Cuarta en el área de preparación había cucarachas les dices a la de mostrador y te dice a ok ahora lo vemos. Pésimo lugar comida ambiente servicio y de todo.

Personal lento y se la pasan platicando en vez de trabajar. 25min esperando unas ke-tiras, no era comida rápida? Y cuando preguntas te dicen "si no es nada más la suya, son varias que ya tardaron" como si fuera mi culpa que sean ineficientes y desinteresados. Además el señor que estaba limpiando el área de niños, parecía que estaba trapeando su casa, con su música puesta y toda la calma mientras varios niños esperaban para poder entrar. Pésima actitud de servicio.

Worst KFC experience ever. The place is gross. The tables, walls, windows… everything is dirty. The longer you sit there waiting for your order (I though KFC was a fast food chain… it took at least 15min or so to get our order), the less you want to pick up your food. If the restaurant part is so dirty, imagine the kitchen… Then you finally get home with your take away (that we had to get inside by the way, the drive through doesn’t seem to be in action) and the chicken must have been last week’s. Disgusting. The burgers were edible, the coke was good but god knows what happened to the fryer for the chicken pieces and chips. Avoid.

Showed up at 8:48p when the store closes at 10p and the woman said they had nothing left. We drove across the city to eat here and try the chicken. Very dissapointed.

Worst KFC in town. Everything is always filthy, servers are lazy slobs and I suspect I got sick from the food a few times. It used to be better. But in the last few months things got considerably worse.

WOW WOW, Kentucky Ktiras have been our fast drive thru food for many many times. But yesterday we had lots of negatives at one shot. 1. The box came all dirty with BBQ sauce from the outside. 2. We got a nice hair in the Ktiras. 3. With my ktiras came 1 odd flavored ktira. 4. The second order was a chicken burger not well done. Still slippery from the inside. 5. Side were mixed up. This was quite some unwanted things in 2 orders. It looked like the food could have been a returned box.

Not good! This KFC is so not by the standards. In the US the crust of the chicken is very well made, good spiced, but here is nothing but grease and it doesn't even taste the way it should. And don't get me started on the cleanliness. The toilet had sh*t all over the toilet seat, the waste bin was so full, the pile looked like a small volcano with included tampons and toilet paper wiped blood. Staff doesn't speak English. Would not recommend.
