Uno de los mejores restaurantes de Mérida dirigiendo siempre exquisitos desayunos con increíble servicio y el toque de buen sabor auténtico de la chef Regina Escalante. Una visita obligada y uno de esos lugares a donde regresar cada semana. Buena comida, buen servicio y muy buen precio.

This was a great place. We have been wanting to try it for a while and we finally made it there! Staff was friendly and attentive and there was a good selection of food on the menu. We opted for a small snack and drink because we weren't having a meal. The chocolate chip cookie was out of this world and my partner said so was the pan de chocolate! We noticed they had avocado toast on the menu which sounded delicious, so we are going to go back and have that one day soon. We didn't try their Wi-Fi but Paseo 60 itself had Wi-Fi that worked just fine. Air conditioning was working fine in the restaurant and there were options to sit outside as well.

The food was of very high quality and prepared well. I had the quesdilla and my partner egg, salad, bacon and hasbrowns, that came with extra toast that was lovely and unexpected. As a Canadian who barely eats bacon, having a crispy bacon option was first time I've eaten it in a month. Server was so kind, friendly and attentive. We will be back.

Cute cafe type place. Service was pleasant, food came quickly and tasted delicious, price was affordable. My husband was thrilled with the layered flavors of his birria sandwich which even came with caldo for dipping or sipping. My fruit plate was light and refreshing as was my tonique (mint tea type drink). Also worth mentioning is that they have a special and serve breakfast until 4:30 everyday. Cocktails and coffee available too. ***update 29/09 We have been back a few times and have been delighted each time by the quality of food, the attention of staff and the consistency.

Merci is an absolute delight! This charming eatery boasts the sweetest staff, and the owners are incredibly personable. Their recommendations were spot-on, from the mouthwatering French toast to the unforgettable tuna melt. My steak sandwich was savory perfection, with perfectly toasted bread. EXCELLENT!! We have come back 3 days in a row because Merci is SO spot on with flavours and service! For brunch their bread basket is a MUST, you’ll be blown away by the QUALITY and freshness of their baked goods! The croissants are probably one of the best we’ve had. We tried their shrimp Mac and Cheese with truffle oil, it was SO flavourful and rich. Then another day we tried quiche and salmon poached eggs, both were again spot on. Their hash browns were SUPER crunchy, I’d personally like them to be softer on the inside. Overall very very impressed by this place! Coming back to this review because it’s been 4 years and we still think about this place!! 🥲 If only it wasn’t thousands of miles away

Can’t get enough of this place! Breakfast or lunch, it’s always good. The service staff is amazing and the food yummmy! I keep coming back for more of their delicious food , good price and great hospitality. Keep in mind mornings are very busy, I would make a reservation or show up after 1:00.

Delicious drinks and food in a calm atmosphere. Paseo 60 has a lot to offer, but this place had the honor to be tried first. Drinks have been great in taste and served in a very timely manner. The taste was fresh for the lemonade and even the coffee was good. The staff was nice and helpful as well and didn’t even bother for us sitting a bit longer than the initial open hours. Definitely recommended.

La comida es rica, sobre todo los panes, el jugo de naranja muy rebajado pero aceptable y los chilaquiles fue lo único que no nos agradó, la salsa no tiene nada de sabor, de ahí todo es delicioso.

El restaurante está en una plaza, cuenta con estacionamiento. El servicio bueno, el mesero atento, el tiempo en entrega de los alimentos tardado por la cantidad de comensales que había. La comida muy buena y los sabores excelentes.

¡Un gran lugar para desayunar! Las porciones me parecen adecuadas. Tienen algunas propuestas interesantes mezclando comida yucateca con gourmet. El pan dulce está rico y se siente recién hecho. A pesar de que había mucha gente, el servicio fue bastante rápido.

La comida es regular, no tiene nada diferente o especial, lo que nos gustó fue el pan que quizás no sea algo innovador pero les queda bien, el servicio no es bueno, las meseras lentas y a veces se llena dependiendo del día.

La comida en Merci es buena, los platillos tienen sabor y se nota el cuidado en la preparación. Sin embargo, la experiencia general se ve muy afectada por el mal servicio. La atención del personal deja mucho que desear: tardaron excesivamente en servirnos incluso un latte simple, y la actitud del equipo fue poco cordial. Varios colaboradores tenían mala cara, mostraban molestia al pedir algo tan simple como una servilleta o al solicitar que acudieran a la mesa. Se notaba claramente que no querían atender fuera de su área asignada. Menciono esto con ánimo constructivo, porque el sabor no alcanza a compensar una experiencia tan deficiente en atención. Si Doris (creo que así se llama una de las personas que nos atendió) es parte del equipo, le falta mejorar mucho en actitud y eficiencia. Ojalá el lugar logre mejorar este aspecto, porque el potencial gastronómico lo tienen.

La comida es buena, pero el servicio no. He ido 3 veces y 2 de ellas (aún cuando el restaurante estaba vacío) me dijeron que esperara afuera, de manera cortante y grosera, en lo que se desocupaban pero realmente solo estaban platicando. El croissant de almendras delicioso, igual que los huevos con hongos, pero no puedo decir lo mismo de los chilaquiles ni los molletes.

I ordered a sandwich and they gave me what they wanted. I told them that sandwich was not what I wanted and they said no, it was. They brought me the bill and I saw it was not the sandwich I wanted. The bread on the sandwich was too soft. The meat was old. The waiter who served us was very bad, he didn't listen to us at all and he doesn't ask for a tip, he automatically put 15 percent. This used to be a great place but now you have a rip off. I ordered arrachera and they gave me birria. The place is pretty and great for work or having a birthday lunch with friends.

This place is very cute, whether you sit indoors or outdoors, the service was okay but not the friendliest. I appreciate the various breakfast options they have and the concept of it. However, the execution is lacking a bit in terms of flavour and quality. Some sandwiches had almost no filling. The chilaquiles were disappointing, no flavour imo. One of us reported stale coffee, and as others mentioned, the charge you extra for milk in your Americano. The croissant was okay, not the best but very decent. One thing we loved was the fact that they serve water first thing! French toast was a bit dry. Overall, the price was a bit expensive for what you get in terms of food, but it looks cute (instagrammable). Would I go back? Probably not, but it’s not terrible either.

***UPDATE*** If you order a flat white, latte, or cappuccino you’re gonna get the same thing. They literally use a Nespresso machine for coffee, but one of those crappier ones that big corporate offices use with the condom looking pods. This time I had the molletes which were just average at best. ***ORIGINAL*** I like this place. I had the pancakes which were good, not great, but good. During the weekdays it’s not too crowded or loud, the wifi is very fast and the service is good. One small issue for me (larger issue for my friend) is that he is vegan which I heard him make very clear but the food come out tasting like butter. The server then said the bread has dairy in it. Didn’t effect me but it was a poor judgement for the staff to not take this seriously to begin with.
