Legit some of the best lengua and tripas I’ve ever had! Tripas were cooked to perfection and the lengua is melt in your mouth. Also all three salsas were excellent (red sauce not pictured). Coworker had birria tacos and flan and said they were great as well.

Al pastor tacos!!...I have never tasted anything but those, we do not eat out often but when we do we k own where to go and what to get and if we are craving tacos, this is the place! Service is always great! Tacos al pastor is a must and if you got room for a churro, you'll always make room for it 😉 Lots of people order to go, but we Always eat there🥰😇😉

LOVE the Taqueria Taxco in Mesquite, best trompo tacos I’ve ever tried!! I live in Richardson/Dallas area and would not hesitate to travel to Mesquite for their amazing tacos anytime!!! I’ve actually visited multiple times and taken new friends each time to try the best taco place around!

The food was pretty good. The staff was polite and helpful. I didn't like the horchata, because it was obviously not made from scratch. The tacos got a 7 outta 10. It was a bit pricey.

Let me start off by saying I have eaten here MANY times and have never had a problem. The last 4 times I have eaten here the food has made me sick to my stomach to the point that I will never eat here again. The food was so good I didn’t think it was to blame and I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I eat at many taquerias in the area and their food is the best tasting…it’s just not worth sitting on the toilet for the next 2 days. Waited 25 mins for 2 gorditas and they weren’t very busy. I didn’t mind waiting and that’s the downside of going here is the long wait. I’ve been to sit down restaurants that don’t take that long to get food. My particular food 2 gorditas with rice and beans for $13. One chicken and one beef fajita. The beef fajita was chopped up and the chicken was strips. Not much meat or chicken on either and the Gordita shells were very tough. The sauce smelled a little funny and that might be the reason for me getting sick. Just a warning to others

This place was good at one time. Now it's over priced and the food is flavorless and bland. Not quite authentic anymore. Beans obviously come out of a can pre-refried. The queso taste like velvee…

My daughter and I both ordered a chicken quesadilla. It came with NOTHING…and cost 28 dollars and took 25 minutes. When I went to ask for my food, the small guy gave it to me cold. I will NEVER go back and every time I think about Tina leave a review. This is the food they gave me. A DISGRACE!

Ordered a caldo de res and a got a beef bone soup with hardly any mean or vegetables rice was over cooked and tasted like it had alot of garlic. My daughter got the fajita taco plate and she didn't want to eat the tacos because she said it was nasty. They look like it was chewed up and spit on to the tacos. Would not be coming back here again for almost $40 I could have gone somewhere more decent. Don't waste your time and money here!!!

I’m giving 1 star because of a serious issue that could’ve affected my health. I ordered a taco plate last night and clearly told the staff that I have a cheese allergy. Despite that, the tacos came out covered in cheese. When I explained again that I was allergic, it was clear there was a communication gap — I watched the cook simply pick the cheese off, and when the plate was handed back to me, there was still cheese left on it. Food allergies are not just preferences — mine can cause anaphylactic shock. I understand language barriers happen, but if you’re working in food service, understanding the word ‘allergy’ is critical. I didn’t feel safe eating here, and I hope the restaurant takes steps to better train staff on handling allergies seriously.

Placed an order and waited 40 minutes never received it until I asked about it and it was just sitting. Tried to cancel and I was told there are no refunds. The lady at the front desk working with the glasses attended several people and I was waiting right in the front. I’m not sure if it was personal against me but she definitely noticed I’d been waiting. After seeing several people in and out so quickly receiving their food I just couldn’t believe mine was the only order that just been sitting for 40 minutes and I couldn’t even get a refund. Avoid this place.
