Sushi Maki

Out of all the Sushi Maki this one is probably my favorite, aside from the food being delicious. The atmosphere is great. As someone who works in customer service myself, the welcoming environment from Valeria the girl in the front was amazing. As soon as I walked in she welcomed me with a big smile, and a “Hi welcome”.Which to me is very important. I’ve been here a couple of times and she even helped when one of my orders had a little mistake. She’s one of the reason i’m writing this review for making the experience great.

Such a great quick spot for sushi! I loved the options of food! I had sushi, and one of their bento boxes for lunch. Yummmy! Great little break from work with the view of the yachts 😁 great experience, and I’ll keep coming back 😎

my friends and i have been regulars here for a few years and can honestly say that you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. everything is always fresh and delicious!!! in terms of service, everyone is great, but monse is the best!! she’s always consistent, friendly, and on top of everything. she remembers the little things, makes great suggestions, and truly makes the whole experience better. definitely my favorite spot!!!

Great variety of popular sushi types. Not a full sushi menu but a great picks and a great location. Also have poke bowls to select as well. If the weather is nice find a table outside.

Expectations surpassed. The sushi maki here in coconut groves is beyond a delicious experience. The manager Dixon went above and beyond and ensured a wonderful dining experience. The sushi here was tasty and would recommend others to try here.

One of the best sushi chains in this side of Florida. All of their locations are unique in their own way, yet consistent in the place where it matters. Their menu isn't that large but everything is made with consistency and perfection. The interior is welcoming and proper for single dining, couple or group. And, they also use sustainable farmed products.

Delicious food at a great price! Sushi Maki Coconut Grove has better prices than most places, and the cashier Joy was amazing super helpful with food recommendations and great at handling guest concerns. Highly recommend!

My fav Sushi Maki (which is a chain). There is an ample patio, and inside is great. Love that they added bowls, with great options. The sushi is always fresh, but nothing special.recommended for a quick healthy meal in a comfortable and pleasant space. Some parking in front, a valet (during primetime) and a bigger city lot across the lane.

I had a fantastic experience at Sushi Maki! the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.what made the visit even better was the outstanding service from Valeria- she was attentive and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Love coming here with my girls, service is fast, food is good and the staff and manager are very nice. On Thursdays they do 1/2 off, beer, wine & sake. Wish I worked nearby to take advantage of their lunch specials.

We had made a reservation at another place around the area but had a terrible experience so we decided to try out sushi maki instead, even though we arrived an hour before closing they were very helpful, fast and friendly! My friend and I came here for sushi and had a great experience. We ordered sushi, tacos, Thai donuts, and tea, and everything was delicious. The food tasted amazing and the presentation was very beautiful and well done. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the place itself is calm, nice, and comfortable. Everything was clean and well organized, which made the experience even better. Overall, a really pleasant place to enjoy good food in a relaxed atmosphere.

Food was tasty and a great value considering the taste, portion size, and presentation, but service took a while for a pseudo fast food typa place especially considering it wasn't busy. My Gyoza was cold. I'd still recommend you check it out.

The ingredients seems to be fresh but the taste was just OK. They serve sushi with a pea size worth of wasabi, which also does not taste well. Miso soup was mediocre and they were out of the wonton soup which I was gluing to order. Actually only thing that tasted just right was the marinated ginger. Also, apparently, cutting sushi in even pieces was also too much of a challenge… It’s OK for a last resort, but I would not came again would I have a choice.

The place was clean and the staff was nice, but the food was terrible. The fried rice was some flavorless thing you'd get out of your frozen food section at the local grocery. The volcano roll, was sloppy, both warm and cold at the same time and just a pile of goop. The only thing worthwhile was the Thai iced tea. I've never left a one star review, but I would eat a 7-11 hotdog before I spent another dollar here.

I was a really bad experience. After the system changed a couples weeks ago, the app changed too from sushi maki to Eat sushi maki, no one cant explain here nothing..even he person that she said supposed to be the manager. No one can’t figure out the problem, and leave my order coldest. I have to ordered twice and then I received the food very cold. The sushi not was fresh, not prepared at the moment. The chicken was hard to eat. Very very bad experience. I live in front of this place. In 6 years, it’s the first time that happened this.

They brought us the food and not the drinks. They didn’t mention to us anything about getting our drinks, the hot tea we order they forgot to bring. The waiters were on the phone talking all time, they seem not to care for the customers. Also on their menu they advertise two sizes of drinks at two different prices when they actually give you a small disposable cup. I was very disappointed of this restaurant, also the floors were very sticky, seem like they had clean the floors. I was afraid to fall walking to get my drink. Not worth the price we spend there at all.
