This is my team here at the Taco Bell. They got grilled cheese nacho fries while supplies last and they got the value menu with veggie fiesta burrito. Please order from the kiosk cause they do everything fast and then get the cheesy gordita crunch, Mexican pizza Chalupa supreme burrito supreme you can do mobile or delivery pick up. Food overall was good but food a little hard and employees arguing who going to take my order small disappointment for that
I have been coming to this tacobells for 2 years now and lately not sure if it’s new management but there’s been a problem every time . Went to buy myself the chalupa box and she said she couldnt do it cause fryers were down. didn’t let me switch out the taco shell it wasn’t an option for them . Then I decided to order a veggie burrito in which they tried charging me additional for things that were already on the taco like the chipotle sauce . Not sure what’s going on when I asked the lady at the front why the chipotle was charged she said her “ manager “ told her even though IT COMES WITH THE TACO she was charging it as an additional.
I place order online that part was easy I ordered soft taco no cheese got my food parked so I could eat. The taco was full of cheese wow then had to go back on the drive thru line and tell them what happened they remade it this time it had no cheese but the meat wasn't drained filled with juice and it made the soft taco so soggy it broke apart and I dirty my shirt and only ate half since I got upset
They Made my food wrong and instead of making it fresh, they just added a big blob of beans on top of soggy nachos, they asked me if I would like it remade, I said yes please, but then didn’t? Before I got the food but after I placed my order They made reverse behind the yellow pole so they could not be timed and had loud weird music playing in the background
I'm sorry I ordered a burrito supreme,don't know what this is but it is now 3:14 I am home I just checked my food it's what I ordered but when I bit into it, it was cold as if it was sitting. This is not the right temperature that you serve food to the guests the temperature of the meat was 73.2 which is not a passing temperature to serve any guests which will cause food poisoning I don't think I would ever order anything from this restaurant again. I think that the late shift should be trained more I wish there was a way to get a refund but I guess I won't be getting that.
Came in for taco Tuesday thru the drive thru was told to download app so I said no problem and Said that the promotion doesn’t need it but I will do it the manager proceeded to be very rude and tell me they don’t do not do taco Tuesday at this location so I told him I’m downloading the app he proceeded to be super rude after I said I am downloading the app and told me if I don’t get out of his drive-through. He is going to call the police so I came inside and asked for the store location number so I can leave a review and call corporate and he refused refused to give me his name refused to give me the store number, and threaten me with the police all over Tuesday
Worse customer service ever, the guy in the drive thru was having a conversation with some girl took a long time until start talking people orders, making everyone Waste there time and just really bad experience. Couldn’t get out of drive thru some people behind. Never again waste 30 mins of my life in this bad place
I made a mobile order and when I arrived in the drive thru I was the ONLY person at the restaurant. Nobody else in the drive thru and no one inside. I was told I had to wait a few MINUTES. After I waited about 4 min I went inside (that’s how I know it was empty) and asked the manager in the back about my order and told her I was on a lunch break. She responds with there’s only 1 person and they are in the bathroom so I had to wait. So much for fast food it took me like 17 min to get my order. The manager was condescending telling me there’s nothing she could do and I asked if she at least started the order because it was a mobile order. She then gave me a side eye and went to make it. Taco Bell needs to get their act together and stop trying to run stores with 2 ppl to save money.
Pretty sleazy store… dirty tables, bathrooms, people taking up the tables, just sitting around… all in poor taste.
We went through the Drive-thru ordered our food. Didn’t have the “new” items on the menu that was showing. The okay that’s fine. We were the only ones in the drive thru. When we got to the window to pay cash, we handed it to her. She then asked us to “back up past the yellow pole “. Which was ODD. no one’s in line and now we can’t see our drinks or food being prepared. Then she sticks her arm out the window telling us to move forward.. weird. She hands my husband the food and he’s trying to ask for fire sauce and I then ask why she had us back up out of view. She said “because my manager asked me to” with an attitude smile on her face. Didn’t even allow me to reply or say anything and shuts the door and then opens it hands him 4 sauce packets. Cool. We left . As soon as we left I thought maybe we should check everything because it seemed so odd. So we parked in front of Taco Bell. As we put the straw in for my drink it had 2 little ice squares. Then to realize after taking a sip it has been sitting OUT for god knows how long. It was SO watered down and thats why it had 2 ice squares in it. GROSS. we continue to eat, his tacos had meet they were fine. His crunch wrap had NO MEAT! My burrito had NO MEAT and was filled with RICE !?! It was horrible. I only ate half. This was the worst experience at any Taco Bell. I WANTED MY MONEY BACK BUT I KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO PUT UP A FIGHT ! especially with all that attitude when we were approaching! I literally walked outside of the parking lot in the front of Taco Bell and THREW it away. Went across the street to the REAL Mexican restaurant and ate inside with the BEST dinning experience. I will never come back to this location! Make it right Taco Bell - I’ll fix it once you fix it
Didn't have apple empanadas but had them on the menu.
I just came out of there with my family, the place is dirty, floors sticky, the place smells very bad, homeless people sitting there without any food, just sitting, the food ,when they gave it to us, was cold and not fresh at all,only 3 employees working including the manager, when we had the first bite it was disappointing and horrible to taste food that is been sitting there previously done because they lack of employees and overall the place is filthy. Health department and food administration should come and take a look at this place.
Date of Visit: December 16, 2024 (Morning) @2am I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. The drive-thru service was incredibly slow, with each vehicle taking approximately 30 -45 minutes (or more) just to order and receive their food. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable for any fast-food establishment. If I were the franchise owner, I would seriously reconsider the team operating during this shift. It’s clear that something was seriously wrong—whether it was poor management, lack of training, or just a lack of effort. Not only is this frustrating for customers, but it’s also a waste of resources and money for the business. I highly encourage the owner to review the surveillance footage and assess the situation. Your staff’s performance during this timeframe is likely costing your business money, customers, and reputation. Immediate changes are necessary to improve service.
I wish I could leave negative stars, I ordered 10 minute’s ahead of time online before my lunch And I drove over there to pick it up on on my 30 minute lunch break To get the food and they still didn’t have it ready so I waited 20 minutes out side the Restaurant because the window cashier told me that they would bring it out to me after growing impatient. I went inside to see where my order was And no one would attend me they would look at me constantly, but not say a word until another person walked up to the register and said something very vulgar. Then they paid attention to me and then they said they gave away my order to someone else and I had to wait Additional 20 minutes to receive my order.
My order was incomplete and I left without verifying what was in the bag because it felt heavy and I was trusting they got the order correct, sure enough 2 of my tacos were not in the bag, i returned the next day to inform the manager and he was very unhelpful, i've never had an experience where the manager does not trust that I'm being honest with reporting my items were missing. i guess he thinks I ate the entire order and just want to get free food. They have no sign that you have to verify the order before leaving and I cant believe thats any type of real policy for this situation. I would say I will 100% do that in the future but since I've been ripped off on the value of my order I won't be returning, not a happy customer at all and this was not a good way to handle customer service
I waited for almost fifteen minutes after ordering at the kiosk for a freeze. One drink. There were no customers in the lobby, only me, and drive thru wasn’t busy at all. I counted at least 8 women behind the counter, and not one bothered to give my drink. No one told me that they were out of the drink I’d asked for. My wife had to come in and speak to them in Spanish for any service to be rendered. The entire crew stood there and stared at me until my wife came in and got my drink for me. This is a shame. It used to be such a nice place. Stuff like that lets me know that Taco Bell is okay with customers being ignored. I’m sure it’s not always like this, but whoever the boss is there right now is not handling their job very well.
