Five stars because I go in and they always have fresh, hot food. I rarely see they missing dishes. 9/10 for a fast food chain.
I've been to this location many times, and it's always a great experience. Friendly staff, accurate orders, delicious food. Every time.
Our food was delicious and the manager was very friendly. Everything looked clean and the crew was busy. It was a fun dinner stop!
This location on Midlothian is way much better than the one on West broad street near Short Pump they gave me my money's worth at this locationThe food was better also the rice wasn't dry like the one on West Broad St.
The food was great. The Kung Pao chicken was spicy, for once truth in advertising. The fried rice was very close to being there. The lo mein was really good. The service is fast and friendly. The serving size was, he packed as much as he could into the container. All in all I will most definitely be back.
Food is always good and fresh, always good and refreshing to have great customer service as well
The drive thru workers are always so kind. They are quick with getting your food and so respectful.
I love Panda Express! I was there this past Thursday, and I ordered a small side of sizzling shrimp. It was sooo delicious! It had kick! It had spice! It was mouth watering! The person that cooked it put their foot in it!!😀 Now, fast forward to the following Tuesday. I had to get it again because that Thursday, I was now a fan of sizzling shrimp. I was so dissadamppointed in this order. No kick. No spices. No fire. I was mad y'all! That's why the 3 stars🙄 So, I guess it's factual to say it depends on who cooks it. It can be a hit or miss on the flavor. When I go back (because I will), I will update with the person name I saw cook it on Thursday to give them their props!
Dan and Bryson always do a fantastic job every time I eat Panda Express. I love their kindness and generosity, but more importantly their customer service. Food was amazing as well! Will be a continuing guest at Panda Express in the future.
First time trying Panda Express and we were impressed. The only reason it is considered "fast food" is because they cook it fresh and have a warming line where they keep it fresh and full so when you drive up they can have it to you faster than McDonalds!! All employees at this location were welcoming and very helpful to us a newbies! We went inside to get our meal to see all the good choices! If u go inside it is a great place to go for the person in your life that has never had "Chinese food" because they can see all the choices hot, fresh and ready!!
Very clean and new, friendly staff, tasty food. We go here very often because our little one loves the fried rice. I haven't tried the drive thru. I think its better to come in and see what food is ready and what it looks like. Real good tea also. It is just like ones we used to go to in our old state and they had lines out the door every hour of the day. I think people will start flocking to this one too once they try it. It tastes much fresher than most take out Chinese places, and at a much better price compare to their dinner prices.
We visit Panda Express every few weeks for a weekend lunch and are always satisfied with the food quality. The services is always extremely fast and friendly and the food is always delicious. We like how they have their regular staple items that you can always rely on, but also have seasonal specials to offer a change in flavor if you so desire. The chicken egg rolls are phenomenal, especially with teriyaki sauce and plum sauce. My wife enjoys the brown rice and my son enjoys the orange chicken and noodles. I have had the chicken, beef and shrimp and can say they are all fantastic! Our goto for great lunch, and will be continuing to come back!
The staff at this Panda location might be the best in the country. I've traveled up and down the highways and byways of the US and now that this is my local Panda, I can't contain how pleased I am with their customer service. This service extends to the quality of their menu items as well. I've not been given any overcooked or dry food, and the veggies are always crisp!
Good food but always have to wait for food. I order for pickup at 6 and lucky to get out within 20 minutes. I even show up late and still not ready. Best to eat in I guess to select from what they currently have
panda express can be hit or miss, but this location is hands down the best. Food freshly cooked, quick replenishment of low items, generous portion, energetic staff who takes your order accurately and quickly, I can go on and on. I guess that $15 to $20 does translate to quality employees and satisfied customers. My personal favorite is the super green option with kale, broccoli etc for sides. Other sites just offer tons of carbs!
Wonderful service, been there plenty of times because of the good food quality! There are some instances where there is a customer who wants to order inside and don't have a mask. The employees were quick to explain the policy and how its mandatory to wear a mask upon entering. But unfortunately, most of those maskless customers don't want to understand, get frustrated and try to yell at the associates for the policy.
James was amazing and so kind, made my night!
I love Panda Express, the food has always been good and while sometimes they might run out of something, they quickly make more, and the service has always been friendly and nice. My only complaint is that the portions seem to be getting smaller, together with the size of the plates and bowls they serve.
Great food. Had a good experience with Adeline and Christian.
Was at the end of night, and almost out of alot of stuff. They had a scarce amount of chow mein noodles. Asked me if i could wait 5 mims, and made my chow mein fresh. Was very suprised. Everything was clean in lobby area
I enjoy ever order from Panda. It is so convenient, and it is hot and delicious. It puts a smile on my face.
Manager is super nice very clean establishment and fresh food!
I stopped by Panda Express and ordered the honey sesame chicken with super greens — and wow, everything hit the spot. The chicken was perfectly crispy with that sweet, tangy flavor that keeps you going back for “just one more bite.” The super greens were fresh and cooked just right (honestly one of the most underrated sides there). But the real standout was Angel V. He was fast, friendly, and actually seemed to enjoy what he was doing — which you don’t see often. Super engaging, made the quick stop feel genuinely pleasant. Highly recommend this location — and if you can, have Angel take care of you.
Everyone was very kind, but especially the MOD, Passang. Thank you for offering me a free drink as I waited for the orange chicken to finish cooking!
The staff was very friendly and the food was HOT and DELICIOUS. I drove all the way here from Williamsburg to visit the area and my Partner saw they had the New Beyond Chicken. I was super excited to give this a try and it did not disappoint. Michael checked in on us at our table to ensure everything was perfect, which was very nice for a fast dining establishment! Any time I’m in the area I definitely will be back to get my Beyond Chicken fix!
For quick and easy Chinese food, it's really good. You save a lot of time by not having to order ahead or by using the drive thru
I prefer eating here over the traditional Chinese restaurant. It's cleaner, there is plenty of room to sit and eat and when I order a plate I'm not limited to just one meal choice I can mix and match for the same price as a traditional restaurant.
Our server, Destiny was very friendly and would check on us to see if we needed anything. A nice service at Panda.
I usually don't do chain reviews. For anyone that has been curious about Panda Express, I have had no desire to go to any other Chinese restaurant like all the _____ Garden ones or even the fancier ones. I think this franchise can serve as a model for the rest. Also, it is very clean from what I've seen and that's saying a bunch being you can actually see the entire kitchen. You don't want to know how some of the other places prep their food.
You can go inside and order but cant dine in.....not really understanding this concept..... but also there are no sampling anymore. I didnt want to spend $10 on a meal for my kids without letting them try it first but had to. Why no samples? Just have a trash can where a toothpick could be tossed into it after the sample was eaten. It's not as if we are handing it back to you.
Good food with easy access. The staff is always friendly. They often offer free samples to allow the customer to try something new before buying. The restaurant itself is very clean.
Their food is great, but the last three times right around dinner time, they had no mixed vegetables as a side, frustrating....
So different from other locations, the drive thru person was obnoxious. I have found that there is an overall demeanor is not courteous.
Both times I have been to this location I have gone through the drive thru. Both times I ended up waiting an extra long time. The crew member that was working the drive thru was friendly and apologized for the wait. Without having to ask, She offered a free drink for waiting so long.
I went through the drive-thru and the service was excellent. I just wish I could say the same about the food. Although the veggie rolls were great, the chicken breast with green beans was scarcely edible. The green beans were shriveled up, the sauce had turned into slime, and there were maybe two pieces of chicken overall. The teriyaki chicken was subpar, and the rice was overly clumpy. Honestly, I should have stuck with my gut and got a simple bowl of rice with orange chicken because there's usually a fresh batch since it's a popular meat option. The stop was still worth it for a quick bite.
We used to dine here about 3 times a month until mid-June when the service took a nose dive. We ate there twice over the ten days and they have improved greatly. The food is also delicious. They need to do something about the door as it is very difficult to open
Good food. Busy location so food seems to be fresher than some other Pandas. OK outdoor dining area. Indoor dining area is currently closed. Manager was too busy directing others to help or even acknowledge the customers waiting in line inside (employees were focused almost entirely on the drive thru), which was a little frustrating. But they were very busy at the time so I'll give them a break on that. I'd go back to this location..
Nice clean restaurant with a modern decor and a menu with some unique choices. I enjoyed the ability to order two or three different entrées on one order. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. Handicapped friendly. Their shrimp & beef entree is spicy. Adequate parking. They also have drive through & pickup service.
Today we visited Panda Express, and right from the start, the manager greeted us warmly and even served us himself. The service was friendly, quick, and truly stood out. The food was slightly on the bland side, but still good overall. What really made the experience enjoyable was the excellent service 👌.
It was close to closing time on a Saturday ...so I wasn’t expecting a lot of selection. Surprisingly, most of the dishes were still available. The staff was polite and friendly and the food was exceptionally well seasoned. Best service of any of the locations. Associates actually come out into the dining area to check on customers and offer condiments while maintaining the cleanliness standards.
It's Panda Express. I like it for the most part but it's still fast American style Asian food at the end of the day. The service is fast and friendly though and the building is new and clean. Not much to compain about really . Other than the fact that the food isnt anything spectacular, the only major down side is the location is a little annoying to get in and out. The parking lot doesn't have the best design and it's located on busy side of the street. Also there's some construction going on next door, so there's a route that's currently closed off.
I ordered beef and broccoli bowl and it barely had beef in it!. Mostly was filled with broccoli. I don't usually complain about food but I felt ripped off and was not worth $6 I rated an extra star because the service was nice.
I always get the Kung Pow chicken as I like spicy foods. I ask that they add a few extra of the red chili peppers to my meal. It is spicy but there is a limited amount of vegetables in the dish. However, they are the only place I know of that still has eggs, peas, and carrots in their fried rice.
1230pm on a Sunday. Just about all the entress today we're empty. They did not full prep for the day. 3 counter employees and 1 cook. Waited for our food for more than 20 minutes. This is not like Panda Express to be slacking. I hope it was just a one time deal.
No matter what time you order your food for pickup IT WILL NOT BE READY. I ordered for 6 pm pickup and FINALLY got it at 6:25 pm. It is delicious BUT 25 minutes late. If you are a delivery person this could seriously hurt your bottom line. First waiting on egg rolls. Those were ready then had to wait for shrimp. I think the only thing to do is eat in and order what is ready in front of you. This is hard for me as I have a 95 year old mother who doesn't get around too easily.
Food was not very good at 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday I would expect fresher food The service was incredible Vincent was wonderful and took his time to make sure that we knew exactly the different flavors and our choices.
Went with my son...the food was good. I was hoping for it to be a little more fresh since they just opened. My 5 year old and I however were hungry and enjoyed everything. Staff said hello when we walked in but looked they def did not want to be there that day. However, I understand it's Panda Express on a Sunday morning and no one wants to be working.
Every time I go here the food is not fresh.. it tastes like it has been sitting out. Last time i went there it was cold and I asked for a new order, they just so happen to be putting a new batch out. Who knows how old the one I first received was. This time I went and the sweet fire chicken was hot but the orange was not. Lo mein is never hot and fresh. I hate to complain but to pay $10 for food and it not be fresh is a problem
We enjoyed the food although it was Luke warm at best. Angel was a wonderful employee as she was observed training a new employee. She is a great trainer. I noticed her show an employee how to do things and then let the employee repeat the action. Angel oughta be a line manager or assistant manager in the near future. She did notice our food didn't meet their quality and redid our vegetables for us
The Food Was good!! But however the one that took my Order was weird when it came to getting an entree on my app and Placing my order she had asked me have I ever been to a Panda Express before like what kind of Question is that to say to a Customer which was really werid and odd but Destiny was sooo sweet when she ringed me out greeted me and made me feel more welcome then the one that took my order
The staff was wonderful. The food smelled amazing and was hot. The drinks were awesome. Something made me sick and I couldn't pin point it. Maybe it was me, can't be for sure.
Looks like shrinkflation has hit Panda Express they used to give you a full plate but mow it's only half
The food was great, but that wait! 🤦🏻♀️ We waited 30 minutes AFTER our pickup time. They made my daughter's Cub Meal .... but didn't put any chicken in it. Soooo, she got white rice and super greens. Yum. 🙄 My food was great, well, what I didn't have to give her. I called the store and was told to bring my receipt to get a replacement Cub Meal.
We had the most pleasant girl serve us. She was very nice and smiled the whole time. Not the only problem we had were the noodles were cold and kinda stiff. But she made up for it with her smile.
Its ok. Noodles are a weird texture.. But the cream cheese Rangoons are amazing.. Make sure you get the sweet and sour sauce to go with it, some locations dont even ask if you want dipping sauce
This was my first time ordering their food it was tasteless. I got the Wok Fire Shrimp which cost extra the shrimp was soggy, rice was hard and the greens was awful. After a few bits I threw the platter away. I came I saw I conquered but never again
This place never has fresh food made and I’ve watch them give heaping amounts of food to some people and barely fill the scooper for another. The food looks like it’s been sitting there for hours. This will be my last time going to this location.
Drive through speaker spoke exceptionally fast making it difficult to understand them. Kitchen closing hours aren't posted, a good amount of food isn't available later in the day. No combos are offered, drinks are ordered separately.
To management: My family and I use to come here 1 time a week. Today we ordered the Beijing beef and honestly, quality didn't feel as usual, it had a bad taste. Kung Pao Chicken was also with some chicken skin (fat) and spicier than other times (like if chilly was old). We hope this was only a bad batch or ingredients were low quality.
Ate lunch there yesterday...ordered honey chicken bowl...3/4 of bowl was rice and it was almost like the server needed to count out the chicken that was served...mainly rice and maybe an ounce of chicken...not again... Made mistake of checking out Panda Express today with same results. Not very busy yet out of many entrees. Not at all intrested in ensuring that I was happy.
I ordered a half and half side of fried rice and chow mein and the honey walnut shrimp. The food was very dry.
Went through the drive thru and was told that my girlfriend's meal was only going to be a 3-4 minute wait (beef and broccoli) and 20 minutes later we still didn't have our food, once i went into the restaurant i still had to wait another 3 minutes before we got our food. Wouldn't recommend going to this location unless you have to.
Nice employees in the drive thru, but returned to my office to discover the stingiest portions I’ve ever seen in any Panda Express ever. At least it tasted good, but not worth the $10 I paid.
Nope. I genuinely liked some of the staff, but collecting money at each sale & then donating how much & exactly to whom? That makes P.E. a great restaurant? No. They donate YOUR money, but state that THEY donate money. The kid's meal was a joke. $5.50 & it was 2 chunks of chicken with greasy rice. No. It was a RIP off.The food tastes good or it would get zero stars. Go where integrity means something.
The noodles which I mostly ordered had been cooked for a while. Being that I drove across town to come here for my dinner; perhaps was a mistake! I didn't eat half of what I ordered. Was not hot at all;;some of it was barely warm. Not nice to give someone something that you wouldn't eat yourself. It wasn't the food but the condition.
Check your takeout before you leave the store. We eat here from time to time and it's always been great until tonight. Ordered takeout online and picked it up and took it home. Should have checked it when I picked it up. We got two plates and a bowl. One plate was fine with orange chicken and beef and broccoli. The other plate had stringbean chicken with kung pao chicken and the bowl had stringbean chicken. Both of the stringbean chicken servings were noticeably less then normal, with the bowl looking like it only had half a serving at best. I don't know if they were running out and trying to stretch it to make the orders, but this is unacceptable. This is the main reason I hate doing takeout food from anywhere, you don't know until you get home when you've gotten cheated. If a manager sees this, I would hope that they would tell all their staff, don't short change takeout orders just because you don't think you'll have to face the customers.
The quality of the food has taken a steep dive, especially around dinner time for some reason. The servers are generally very pleasant with the exception of one or two people. The meats are often tough and under seasoned. The entrees often look like they've been left to sit on the line for way too long. When they say they'll make fresh food for you they'll often use it to serve multiple drive through patrons before they remember that you've been waiting 10+ minutes.
Absolutely terrible..... ordered food and they made it wrong. I called back to let them know and see if I could come back to get the right thing and they hung up on me. Called right back and they said they couldnt help and hung up again. When I went up there they said we are closed now. I requested my money back because at that point my food was cold because it had been an hour..... I was told it was fresh when I got it and it's my fault it was cold.
They dont give you much food especially when you order "premium entrees" . The manager openly admitted that she gave me less because its a premium entree . A premium entree you pay extra for! What a rip off. Her lack of clear english is annoying too.
Everytime i go there and the tall mexican guy is serving the food, he count out four shrimp as a portion then over charge me on my food, today i had a mexican couple infront of me and a mexican couple behind me, he loaded all of the mexican people trays to the top but made mine as like i was on a diet or something, i stayed behind to see how much was he going to charge the mexican behind me and he charged him the same as what i was charged but the mexican guy tray was loaded, i wounder what is going on here??? Hmmm...i will not be going back to this location ever again, I hope the owners see my review and do something about this because this is unacceptable and unfortunately it happens every time the big goofy mexican is serving the food, if you want to treat others bad just so you can please your own kind you are in the wrong place and wrong buisness for that buddy, you just lost two loyal customers, me and my fiance
Arrived at 855p, they close at 930p. They had 2 entree options and rice. The doors were locked. I went through the drive thru and the employees were making rude and nasty comments about the previous customer loud and clear over the speaker, which they forgot to turn off.
Has to be the worst customer service EVER. My debit card was taken through the drive thru and never given back and also never got an receipt. When this was brought to their attention, they clearly acted in a nonchalant way as if it wasn’t a big deal. What made matters worse, I was 2 hours away from this location when I found out the extremely slow, unpleasant and non attentive cashier kept my card. Upon getting my card back it took several minutes for the team members to be attentive to my concern.
Preface: Unsure whether the root issue was poor time management or scheduling of employees. Arrived at drive-thru at 12:25 and placed order for two bowls, at this point in time 3 cars are ahead in line. The minutes slowly tick by until 12:40 when we finally make it to the payment window, we pay for our food and are them told it will be another 5 until the food is ready and to go park. At 12:55 the food is finally brought out, so much for a lunch break... I've never had an issue like this at the location further up 60.
My Fiance' & I ordered two plates tonight for dinner and his food was old & cold. The noodles were dry, cold + flavorless. The Beef was dry like he ordered Beef Jerky. Needless to say we will not give Panda Express another penny. My advice, go to a real Chinese Restaurant.
I came in and lady was on phone taking an order. I understand that. Then the girl was on the wok and just looked at me and ignored me. Stood there for 5 mins. Then drive through car pulled up and manager told her to take care of drive thru after I was standing there for 5 minutes. I just left. Bad customer service.
How difficult is it to understand and give the client what they ask for? The drive thru person didn't understand anything, she said that she was so confused and didn't understand what she wanted? very bad service… 10/22/23
I think it’s wack this store doesn’t have the warm teriyaki sauce and only offers the packs. I’m from Florida and never have an issue. I figured it was the same across the board.
This place had an amazing track record since it has opened. That has all changed recently. After suffering from a mild case of food poisoning I will no longer be coming here. The lady at the drive thru laughed when I gave my order, gave me the wrong food (probably the premium stuff they were going to throw out because nobody had ordered it). They also never provided me a receipt to check what order was placed, and never asked me to Donate to the childrens hospital (something I do regularly). Clearly the staff on September 20th did not care at all.
On July 29 l visited the Panda Express located at 12600 Stone Village Way. I ordered the Black Angus Steak. The entire meal was very fatty. The steak was not tender at all. The only part of the meal that l ate was the fried rice. The next day l called the store and talk to the manager. She has at attitude and repeatedly questioned me about my experience. She said she didn't believe me and that she has been working at Panda Express for a long time and she has never heard of the augus steak being very fatty. I said is this how you treat your customers? Is this how you act towards your customers? The manager said what Do you want me to do? (With an attitude) l said isn't there a way for you to make things right? I should not have to tell you what to do. The manager asked me if l had my receipt l said yes and the manager said bring the receipt with you and l will give you a meal replacement free of charge. By the way the manager asked if l took pictures of the meal to prove that l was telling the truth. I said no l didn't but l should not have to do that. This was a horrible experience. I will not return to Panda Express.
Ordered my food via drive thru but had to pull around the front & wait a few mins, ok cool. I was never asked if I needed sauce. After checking my food I noticed no sauce in the bag, get out the car & both doors to the inside were locked. Why???? So if I really wanted the soy sauce I’d have to get in the drive thru line all over again. Luckily I think I have some at home. I hate the service at Panda Express. I’m done this time
This place gives Panda a bad name. The facility is clean, the staff is polite but the food is never fresh and the flavors are always off. They dish up tiny portions and I find the whole thing extremely frustrating, having paid $10 and up for sub par food. . This particular location is in the Wegmans shopping center, on Midlothian turnpike. I’ve tried the food here on three separate occasions bc everyone can have a bad day, but the orange chicken, which I would consider to be the staple entrée, is dry and unfulfilling. They are serving dry chunks of fried bread dipped in sauce. The contents are pasty and or hollow. Where the heck is the chicken? They are always out if something, especially the fresh vegetables and everything else is allowed to sit in the pan for far too long. This location is so much more convenient but I will continue to travel to the location on HULL Street Road. The new management there ensures the food is always fresh and prepared by the recipe. Thanks for listening
My best friend and I ate orange chicken with brown rice and chow mein noodles two days ago. Unfortunately we both got food poisoning. Please be careful! The manager I spoke to did not apologize. However, she did offer a free meal which I declined because I do not want a meal from a place I got sick from. I would like a full refund.
I would like to add the restaurant is very clean, Service was OK , The food was delicious. The portion sizes was unbelievable. She really gave me The smallest amount anyone could ever give someone. I got the 3 meat portion I was super disappointed how they downgraded the portion sizes. Also bought a kids Meal for my Daughter . I spent $27 with tax SMH .They also are charging an extra fee for shrimp SmH . Next time I will take a picture I was rushing . My food looked nothing like these wonderful plates Other people took.
I pulled through the drive through at 10pm thinking this location was open until 10:30 like the other stores, which is completely my fault. But I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes, then drove up to the window and there were two employees there, fully aware I was at the window ignoring me. The least they could do was say “Hey sorry we’re closed!” It was a mistake on my part, but they handled it horribly. Talk to your employees about kindness and professionalism.
Wow, the chow mein noodles taste like what I would imagine glue stick strings would. The beef in the beef and broccoli is weird, and some of the chicken chunks in the orange chicken were dry. I'm okay not returning. The friendly service was nice though.
Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten. They have a sign outside that says “if we don’t hand you a receipt then your meal is on us” They forgot to give me a receipt to stated this policy, and the worker printed a receipt out and threw it at me. I informed the manager and he said he would check the cameras. The camera didn’t even have sound ! Worst customer service ever. They didn’t even honor their policy . Dated 05/23/2025
Came in at 9 pm wanted to get the honey sesame chicken didn’t have any so got a plate with 2x orange chicken and chow mein and cream cheese rangoons, was told to wait out front for them to cook, got them and received them like this with one having no cream cheese, the other 2 having barely having any. Also the chow mein is burned and there is a quarter of an onion in my food too EDIT, try to finish the rest of the food but found a hair in it. Yup not coming back. This is absolutely ridiculous.
My husband just went through the drive thru and asked if he could get the beef and broccoli to which he immediately heard the “chef” in the background mock him and say sarcastically “No you cannot” Seriously?! Where is the manager?? This is disgusting. My husband was kind and made a simple order. This was juvenile and so unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of person I trust to handle my food!
Usually when we come 1-2 times per week we are greeted by a smiling face from a manager named Michael. We always have a very good experience with him and he always takes the time to come and ask how we’re doing and shakes my hand. But tonight we had a different experience: MANAGER MOE: Tonight, my son and I went to this location to eat dinner after baseball practice. We come here one to two times every single week and have never had a bad experience because we have never met the MANAGER MOE. This lady greeted me with no smile had the rudest attitude like someone Pissed in her Cheerios. I have never seen this woman before in my life and she acted like I owed her something. The black pepper chicken did not look as appetizing so I kindly asked her if she could make a fresh one and she made it super difficult and asked me 101 questions. Like I was getting interrogated. She also cut me off multiple times mid sentence which really irritated me which I would imagine would irritate any paying customer to Panda Express. Most of the food was prepped and we were waiting on the oh so difficult, black pepper chicken per the eye roll of the MANAGER MOE. She proceeds to complete the order by scooping the black pepper chicken into my son’s dinner plate and literally sat it right in front of me, knowing that was the last thing that we needed for our order. Meanwhile, I waited at the counter (please check the camera) five minutes, looking at those two plates, knowing that they were ready. In those five minutes, I was waiting again the so called MANAGER MOE BROUGHT A COUPLE MORE ORDERS AND WALKED RIGHT BY ME MULTIPLE TIMES (AGAIN CHECK THE CAMERA) AND NEVER MENTION THAT IT WAS READY. MEANWHILE, MY SON IS PATIENTLY WAITING AT THE TABLE STARVING. I had to ask another very kind employee and she apologized. I do not remember her name, but she was kind enough to let me know that the food that was sitting there getting cold in front of me was actually ready and she handed it to me. If I were a business, I would expect a little bit more especially if I am paying MANAGER MOE THE LEVEL OF SALARY THAT YOU ARE PAYING HER. NO CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS AND WE WILL SECOND-GUESS COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF THIS ONE INCIDENT WITH MANAGER, MOE. The other kind employee kept apologizing, which was very kind and she went to tell MANAGER MOE what I just said. Then she looked at me while my back was turned and rolled her eyes, sadly my 12-year-old son witnessed that and told me or else I would have never seen her NASTY EYE ROLL. I think MANAGER MOE needs Some retraining in her Customer Service skills or possibly find another role That does not involve customer facing interaction. She is absolutely NOT fit for this job. Please pass this feedback along to manager Moe so PANDA EXPRESS CORPORATE can reevaluate what she’s doing here. *Michael - you can confirm this entire interaction on your video recording.
Someone spit in my tea I literally drunk this yesterday and left the rest in my car once the ice melted it can be seen so clear I’m so disgusted I’m never going back and I suggest everyone please check your food and drink before you eat and drink 😣😢😢😢😢😢it’s horrendous with Covid still being out here it’s horrifying.
