HORRIBLE service and COLD food. The employees here are incredibly RUDE - expect to get into an argument with the staff just for asking for basic items like a order receipt or nugget sauce, ketchup etc. They don't give you your total at the speaker and then act like you’re an inconvenience when you pull up to the window. I went to this McDonalds today 2/21/26 and I ordered a ice cream cone I tasted the ice cream it tasted like sugar and water and the color looked yellow asked the employee nicely if I can get another one the employee told her coworker about it the coworker started shaking her head giving me attitude she refuse to give me another cone she refund my money and I paid with credit card she refund the money with cash and threw my money at the register she was a white old lady with a lot of attitude and the tables were a lil dirty and the floor too

I'm usually not in the business of reviewing fast food restaurants but this is a remarkably pathetic establishment with bad service, disgusting restrooms, and cold fries

25 minutes waiting after the drive thru to give us 1 Hamburger, a box of McNuggets and 2 cold and sloppy McChicken sandwiches. When they asked me to pull into the waiting area, I asked them to please hurry. The manager yelled back “it’s cooking!!” Eventually I went inside to see if they forgot us…let me just say ‘cooking’ was not the issue. I’ve never seen such a disorganized group at a McDs. And it wasn’t even busy. They made us late, the food was terrible, and the manager’s attitude was bad. We won’t ever stop here again. This place is McPoorly managed!

Went to use the bathroom, and that bathrooms were so filthy. The woman’s bathroom especially, I would’ve taken a photo but I was too grossed out. While sitting down on the toilet I felt like something was on my back but I thought it was just psychological thinking. But when I stood up and looked at the wall the bathroom was hooked to there were bugs with wings that look like little moths. It was so gross. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE COMING BACK HERE.

It has been at least 3rd times that a completed and charged on-line App order, to this Milpitas branch at 99 N Milpitas, and got canceled order after due to system issue. Raised issue to the branch manager on-site showing the order confirmation, they deny able to take responsibility and acknowledge the order even I was willing to pay again on-site, as they can not provide back the App deal price which used and no longer available on my App. The continue denial from branch manager of any responsibility for the the App system failure causing frustration and not providing the ordered food, was unacceptable.

WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD AT A MCDONALD'S. "Elroy" is the worst manager you guys could have hired. Telling at customers instead of listening. Not only that, but he talks over you if you try asking questions. The more you ask, the louder he talks over you and tells you to get out. Elroy, you're a terrible excuse for a manager.

The manager said I was crazy when I asked for fresh fries saying they'd just come out. When I tried to explain he shouldn't be calling a customer crazy for asking for fresh fries he slammed the window and walked away. Pretty horrible service.

This service was horrible. The workers said they were making my order but really it was sitting in the back. Also, does ice cream shrink? Because my sundae barely had the whole cup. More like 1/3 of the whole item. Do not recommend. Plus the ice cream was 4 dollars.

My burger was cold..cheese didn't even melt. Drinks watered down. Went back to McDonald's to have them fix my order,which they did no problem,I waited in the car, lady banged on my window , not tap banged on my window and yelled your food is done! She scared me and my son..my sister went and complained about it..how unnecessary that was and they kicked her out by manager,she did not want to hear it..never again will I go back!!!

I was surprised today. I picked up a hamburger, but I ran out of lettuce, so I put it back in the hamburger, and there was only 2/3 of the patty in it. It won't happen, but I feel like someone ate it, and I felt really, really bad anyway.
