I swear I tell myself not to come back to this place. I still comes back it’s because the food is delicious, the problem is the portion it’s getting smaller and smaller. I have read the complaints, I’m not the only one. I sure hope they do something about it.

If you’re ordering online, expect to wait 30 minutes inside the store. The only one that asked me was Annabelle and she gave us a couple drinks for the wait. And she went and looked for my order after she seen me waiting here forever. Everyone else was not concerned at all. I’m only giving it a two star because of the girl who helped me or else I would give it zero stars. Do better because I’m not coming back here I’m gonna get Imperial Garden!!!

My Beijing beef was very soggy and my husband's broccoli beef consisted of a bunch of broccoli and only two small pieces of beef. After he told them about it, they did give him another entre but their attitude wasn't the best. They could do better. Update: I came back here after a while of not coming. Unfortunately it hasn't improved at all. This time I ordered the broccoli beef and it's mostly broccoli, again I had like 3 small pieces of beef. This time me, my family and friends asked for half and half (rice/chow mein), and we got probably half of what they used to serve of chow mein (I'll post a pic of my plate). Also, I'm not sure if they have new ppl working, but there were like 4 or five workers serving, and they were all over the place, they kept getting confused about what food what who's, they didn't give us one of our entrees, we had to go back and get it, and it just looked like they were having trouble coordinating themselves. It was kind of disappointing 🤷🏽‍♀️. I hope they find their groove and improve 🤞🏽, it used to be one of our favorite spots.

Panda Express #0850. They are getting better the lady in the Drive-Thru was nicer and made it a pleasant day to come through and get some food without any problems they're getting better now. But the broccoli was hard as a rock you hit somebody with that they going to die.

If you want your plate loaded with rice and skimped out of portions come here.I ordered a plate and they decided to give me very little chicken and 60 percent of the meal is rice.Dont even waste your money.

Almost all Panda Express is getting bad when it comes to their serving portions. But out of all, this location has to be the worst. They serve tiny little scoops for their 12 dollar plates which seems to get smaller every time. Hope their management reads these comments and does something about it.

Ordered a 3 item plate and received such miniscule portions. Half a scoop of orange chicken? I can see the bottom. Absolutely ridiculous. I frequently visit this location and am highly disappointed.

Just now driving back home from our Labor Day road trip and my wife craving some Panda Express which we all agreed too, Passing by Modesto on 99 North bound punched in on my phone for the closest Panda Express which was 2053 Evergreen Ave Modesto Ca 95350, when we arrived there was a long line and we still decided to wait and order, we waited there for almost 1 hour for our food and we were kind of worried why it was such a long line and wait, well it turns out that we were served MOLDED FOOD, which can caused any one a huge stomach poison for eating food like this as you all already know, please be very careful when you buy fast food from this location, we ( my family ) hardly buy fast food and now that we did this happens, please be careful when out there eating, employees are very disgusting for serving food like this, who ever did this would they be happy their family was served food like this??????????????? I don’t think so, also the food smells like this food has been out of the refrigerator for quite some time, see the pictures I am posting the chow main has no veggies and it was served by it self, this is horrible I will make sure the supervisor and owner of this place knows this is happening so they can track and punish the person or people that are doing these kinds of things,thank you all for reading this be safe God Bless everyone.

Worst experience ever at this Panda Express. 1. It took 20minutes until they could prepare a half selection of food. 2. A corporate Panda employee was visiting the place and noticed a lot of issues going on at this location. 3. I found the lady manager to be rude, she was very unprofessional. Mostly delegating and running around trying to impress the corporate employee. 4. My food was poop warm and portioned small. 5. I found a bug on my walnut shrimp. 6. The bathroom stalls were disgusting and. I saw blood on the toilet seat. 7. Every employee seemed to be very nervous and in disarray due to the boss showing up. 8. When I called in to explain what happened to my food, (the person who answered Bianca) didn’t seem to be friendly or polite. I was given an option to replace my platter not my whole meal. 9. I very dissatisfied with my whole experience and I don’t recommend anyone else to eat here. Unless your completely desperate for food poisoning. 10. Now I’m out $27.00 and unhappy. Should’ve just went to an actual Chinese restaurant.

My husband just came back from Panda Express and they told him that they weren't able to make him the Kung Pao Chicken because they didn't thaw enough chicken to make so he ordered something else. He then ordered Sriracha Shrimp, waited 20 minutes for it and when he got home I opened my plate and it was the wrong shrimp, they gave him Honey Walnut Shrimp!! They not only told him they couldn't make him his order, they didn't give full scoops, and he still waited 20 minutes for nothing!! 😡
