Food was good customer service, great as usual tho there's always a loud obnoxious table around that talk way too loud but it is what it is!

I love this Applebees! This is my regular spot for a nice cold beer and fresh delicious dinners. All the bartenders and waiters are always doing the most. Management is awesome too. I can't say enough great things about Patrick, the best bartender at Applebee's! Every time | visit, he goes above and beyond to make me feel truly special as a repeat customer. It's been a while since I've been here. I would say things have improved! Great food. Great service! Their happy hour can be enjoyed in the dining area, not just the bar. Stop by for a drink and had to get two of the PERFECT MARGARITA...it was so good! The flowing lava cake 🎉🎉🎉 spectacular and so was Bartenders with a 😁 and courteous service..A+++!

This is my favorite Applebee’s and I just want to say that I went in one day with an oxygen tank with me, and not only did they not question me like all of the restaurants do to see if I was safe to be in there (this was in 2024 so a little after Covid) they made sure to have a clear path to my table so that my tank could roll by and instead of taking me the quick way to my table, which would be up the stairs, they took me to the ramp which was a little longer, but I appreciate it because it showed me that they were willing to go above and beyond to take care of someone with certain needs. I am also autistic so it’s hard for me to speak sometimes and I don’t remember the waiters name but he was very understanding when I tried to speak it was hard, and I was trying to get my point across and I just pointed to things and he understood. When he asked me how I like my steak cause I got bourbon street steak all I said was med… and he was like “ medium you got it” I was so impressed with how he handled the situation, mostly because I couldn’t pronounce the full word as I was struggling. I was also a one person party so the fact that they were nice enough to understand that it was hard for me without asking what disabilities I had like a lot of restaurants I go to do. This was hands-down, a great experience for me. Thank you.

The selection is not as good as it was in the past. 9pm struck and yesssss yesssss I ordered my #BrewtusMargaritaBlended! Well worth the wait and really tasty. I couldn't even finish it. We ordered off the 2/$27: 8oz steak and chicken and shrimp plate. The food was good. I 8had never had the chicken and shrimp combo so I was surprised at how good it was. Food was okay. A bit too salty on everything. But the service (Aaron) and host (didnt get her name) were phenomenal. They made sure my toddler son was taken care of and when he accidentally pressed a video game on the small iPad (where you pay thr bill) on the table...they made sure to take off the $3 charge.

We asked our server Noah if we could order off menu for the chicken burger 🍔 deal. He was really accommodating and granted our request. My cousin and I had the breaded chicken burger and my sister ordered the grilled chicken burger. We were really happy with our delicious meal. The restaurant was very clean and, as always, Applebee's has an amazing team. After all these years, I'm still impressed with how friendly everyone is at Applebee's.

Had a wonderful afternoon with my mom and her cousin. Host was kind and seated us with a table for the wheelchair. Service was great, the drinks, appetizers and entrees were paced so that we never felt rushed or that we were waiting for anything. Had a long visit and conversation over our meal. The restaurant itself was clean. We did not use the restrooms so cannot say about those.

Applebee's is one of those places I seldom visit but am usually pleasantly surprised. With the advent of insane fast food pricing, Applebee's has me sold on their $10 combo. The quality and quantity of their food is far and beyond anything you could get at McDonald's for $10. I got the bacon cheeseburger which was cooked to perfection with some tasty fries and a large drink.

Overall pleased. I don't really understand why they brought my daughter's food out so quickly vs the rest of the food. If she was younger, she would have eaten quickly and been ready to run around by the time the adults got food - which makes for a stressful meal.

I ordered delivery online from the website about 6 times in the past month, one pick up that i meant to mark as delivery. out of these 6 meals 4 of them either had incorrect sides or missing sides. tonight it was chicken tenders with mash potatoes and fries. Didn't get the mash potatoes(I paid a higher price specifically to have 2 sides), even though it said on the receipt and box to have mash potatoes. They also gave me ranch instead of Blue cheese. I dont have the energy to argue for messed up orders, I'm going to the applebees in chino. I even leave a note to double check and I guess they don't.

Me and my almost 3 year old son had a date and we enjoyed dinner, I had a bowl and it was very good, my son had a cheesy pizza but he was missing the pepperoni for sure! Another experience in the history books. Visited this location for a quick bite for a party of nine around 5:30pm. My party ordered meals from fish and chips to several kids meals. Two of the three pieces of fish were cooked, third piece was not. Waitress was nice about the issue and got the manager involved. I love a restaurant that takes responsibility for these sort of circumstances. Otherwise, food was delicious and service was okay based on a few hiccups. Will visit again for a better experience.

The meal was delish. Got their 2 for 33 meal with two chicken shrimp bourbon plates and Asian chili wings on the side. Was chefs kiss for a quick thing. Normally when I go in, our server is Branden. He’s very kind and attentive. He makes the experience awesome, which is why I gave it a 4/5 instead of the 1 based on my last experience. I would rated my last experience with service as a zero if I could. I had Roger this time and he was very rude and condescending. After deciding I rather leave than drink and chat, we met Ariana who was a total sweetheart and very accommodating and helpful on putting a to-go order for us. She answered our questions and if she didn’t know (because she is new), she would go ask instead of shutting us down or acting like she knew that it was not possible at all. Her boss Debbie was also veryyy kind and understanding when we explained our experience earlier. They’re why the place is doing so well. Hope they get recognized and enjoy they’re time there :)

Don't advertise 2 for 26 on your website, when the cost is $35. Ordered via door dash so it costs more for delivery. Update your site. 4/24/24 update - Tried to order via Door Dash. Just want to warn anyone about the shrimp and bourbon chicken on the 2 for 33 . Last night my chicken tasted off it tasted like it had some sort of chemical I continued to eat it because I’ve never had bourbon chicken and thought maybe that’s how it taste I got home and started feeling like I was sweating from the inside and kept feeling like I wanted to throw up and I did all night and what came out last was that same chemical I tasted in the chicken it felt like it burned my throat. i Was at this location today early afternoon. Got there right after they opened the door. ( so it was not overcrowded or busy) I then Was greeted by a thin tall older lady, who asked me what the size of my party was. When I said two she told me (with a sour face) i will have to wait , then left and never returned. I waited for 15-20 min before another party came in. They had the same size party as me and were sat immediately by this gentleman working the bar too. He then asked me if I would like to be sat at a table while I wait for my party. He alone is why I stayed and waited instead of suggesting the restaurants next door to my friend(s). Sad thing is You could clearly tell that lady who I was greeted by was management. So while that Gentleman alone deserves 5 starts , I am just truly appalled and disappointed on how poorly the welcoming staff was.

We ate here after coming from LA one evening. Of course we enjoyed our drinks, food, and our server. However they need heating lamps! It was VERY cold and my drink just happened to be a slushy. 🥶 😂 They must get heating lamps especially with the weather changing. If not for the patrons, at least get them for the employees! 🙏🏾

Have been coming to this location for a few years now. Yesterday's experience was frustrating !!! Ordered drinks and server didn't come back, someone from the bar came and brought our drinks but we were still missing 2, we waited 45 mins until server finally came back and took our order, had to remind him twice that we still were missing some drinks. Food was just ok, or maybe it was that we were kind of upset already. Later he came and asked if we needed something, and we asked for some refills, that again, we had to remind him 3 times and took forever to bring. Not to forget that also the 2nd plate for the "all you can eat menu" took forever and we just took it to go, we just wanted to get out of there! Veronica was rude and had a attitude. She's a manager or supervisor there but was in the front greeting and seating customers. We asked her if we can sit at the bar, there were two areas open and she asked us where we wanted to sit. We told her and she said ok I'll go clean it. She went to clear the dishes and cups out from the area and another customer that was already sitting at the bar deciding to move to one of the spots she was cleaning for us. Instead of addressing it with the customer she tells us to sit on the other side of bar. When I told her we were waiting for her to clean the spot like she said she responded with attitude "do you really want me to tell him to move" . I responded "well yeah you were cleaning those spots for us". She gave me a dirty look and went to speak the the customer. The customer was cool about it and moved but when Veronica came back she ignored us and didn't look out way. She didn't acknowledge us or say the spots were ready, we were standing right in front of her for a couple minutes. We just walked to the bar . She was very unprofessional and has poor customer service. I'm not sure how's or why she's a manager there. All the other staff , bartender, I think her name was Alicia were great and friendly.

We ate here tonight on a drive home from Palm Springs. We've eaten here a few times, so it's familiar and we know what to expect. So, what happened tonight to drop it to a bad rating? I'll start with the easy stuff. Please note that I'm reviewing this restaurant as an Applebee's or Chili's level place. The atmosphere is good. Definitely above average for this type of restaurant - maybe even 4 1/2 stars. Next is service. A little worse than normal. The waiter forgot about us one too many times. I didn't like that. Also, our food was brought out at different times - one meal well before the other. That's not good! So, average for this type of restaurant. Last is food. I wanted to have some pasta - particularly their new blackened chicken penne, but I can't have cream sauce and they don't have a tomato sauce they could use instead. So I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and she had the four chicken tacos - she loves these. Her tacos were spicy - too spicy for her. My burger was good, better than I expected. So that looks like a three star - maybe even four. She had some sort of shaken drink, which she liked and I had a Coke - I'm driving. We also ordered a dessert, some sort of white sauce and caramel nut over ice cream and a brownie or bread. We enjoyed the dessert. All was okay. On the way home, I started feeling bloated. When we got home, I rushed to the bathroom. About a half hour later, she started feeling the same way. I don't think it's anything terrible like salmonella or e-coli, but we did get sick from it. If I could give the food a 0, I would. I believe it happened during the preparation or storage. Will we go back again. I don't think so. I don't like it when I get sick after a meal - and both of us got sick, so it was definitely the food.

I paid almost $12 for this and when it was delivered this is what I got. It’s not even half of the cup. $12 for this wow absolutely ridiculous.

Genuinely the worst waiter and food I've ever had. This waiter made so many mistakes and never asked us how we were doing or if we liked our food, me and my husband kept trying to flag him down to get more drinks and he wouldn't come over. They let me order my food just to come back 20 min later and say they didn't have it and I had to choose something else. The pasta was over cooked, the chicken sandwich was disgusting. Burger and drinks were great, but I will never return to this location ever again.

We came here to eat last night and our waiter ROGELIO C was horrible! We were seated, but it took 15 minutes for him to serve us. We ordered our drinks, but it took another 15 minutes for us to get just our drinks! Once we finally got our drinks, we ordered our appetizers, told him we still needed a little more time to look at the menu before we ordered our actual entrees. Got our appetizers, we ate, but it took 40 minutes for him to have finally checked in with us to see if we wanted anything else. We started ordering our food, but the whole time he was rude and in a rush! After I ordered my entree, he closed his pen & was about to leave, but then my husband started ordering his entree & ROGELIO got annoyed, quickly wrote down my husband's order then left. He didn't ask if we needed refills or anything (our cups were empty) & we didn't have time to ask because he booked it. We received our food about 15-20 minutes later, STILL no signs of our waiter. I'm taking into consideration that it was Saturday night, it was busy he had other tables, but when I started noticing that he was more attentive to other tables and so quick to give them their drinks/refills, that's when I started to get irritated. After another 40 minutes of him by passing us to attend to the table(s) behind us and in front of us, he finally asked if we needed anything. My husband asked for another beer & a refill for me. He said ok, then left. 10 minutes go by and he just comes back with my refill, doesn't say anything to my husband about his beer. He just takes my empty cup and walks away, but as he was starting to walk away, my husband stops him and asked him if his beer was coming, our waiter then starts to walk away again as he is telling my husband his beer will come out whenever it's ready. After my husband got the refill on his beer, we never saw our waiter again until it came closer to us getting our check, even then, my husband had to flag our waiter down to even get the check since we waited ANOTHER 25 minutes. The food was good, but that was the worse service we have ever received! We are never coming back here again.

Let's start off with this was the worst visit to an Applebee's I have ever had from the beginning. Once we were seated we waited 20 minutes and still had not received any acknowledgment from any staff member. I had to get up and go to the front and find somebody to ask to find our waiter so that way they could get us our drinks and help us. We would ask for refills but some of us only got our refills and others did not. When I ordered my dessert, I was eating it and I ended up. Pulling a hair out of my mouth completely disgusted. I was waiting for my waiter to come so I can let him know and he was nowhere to be found. I waited for a really long time to the point. I had to get up and go find another employee to let them know and they said. They would get the manager which the manager never came. Our waiter eventually came and said he heard there was an issue with my food. I told him I found a hair in my dessert and he said the manager said he could take it off the receipt for us. He said the manager would be up to talk to us, we waited a long time and the manager never showed up to speak with us. We ended up paying and leaving without speaking to the manager. I will never come back to this Applebee's ever again.

Hostess received my information for a party if 6. Got a text confirming I was in line waiting for a table. 24 min. later asked who I was then I received the same text again. When she called me up, I saw on their monitor that she had just added me again to the line. She must have forgotten about me, canceled my position in line and the added me again. She seats us then starts talking crap yo the other hostess because she made the mistake of forgetting about us and my husband and I questioned them in it. So as we sat their looking at menus, the second hostess goes and seats another party and gives me dirty looks. That was enough for me. We walked out.

they told us we’d wait 15 mins max. They completely fogoy about us when we were right there. We waited 30 minutes. Turns out they were preparing a table for a family with the same party number that got there later than we did. That table was also empty the entire 30 minutes we waited.

I've been waiting here for over 10 min and haven't even come across a waiter or waitress. No water served nothing but a menu. The place isn't busy at all. The waitress Sai came and helped me

Date: 1/9/25 Time: 5–7 PM This was my second visit to this Applebee’s, thanks to “The Really Big Meal Deal.” When I arrived, no host greeted me, but once she arrived, she was kind enough to add my name to the bar waitlist, as it was full. Shortly after, a server offered me a table, but a seat opened at the bar just in time, and I opted for that instead, freeing up the table for a larger party. The restaurant was busy due to the championship game, which understandably slowed things down. The Burger was great, the patty was moist, the fries were well made but too seasoned. My server, Patrick, started off well but quickly fell short in many areas. Here’s what he did right: • He took my order and dropped my food and drinks off. Heres what he did wrong: • He ignored the trash that had accumulated at my spot, though he cleaned up for others. • He didn’t offer to refill my drinks, and the soda he initially served was room temperature with only a sliver of ice. By comparison, the man seated next to me was served a properly chilled drink with plenty of ice. • Patrick didn’t provide or offer condiments, though he asked the man next to me if he needed any. • Most shockingly, I witnessed Patrick stick his finger inside a beer glass before serving it to a woman. When I suggested he replace it, he refused, saying, “No, I won’t.” It wasn’t until I informed the woman what had happened that he begrudgingly replaced it. • He tried to take my check prematurely, but didn’t process it. Another bartender ended up running my bill after Patrick left the bar for the second of three times. Patrick’s behavior gave the impression that he was unhappy in his role, and his lack of professionalism stood out. The bar could also benefit from more diversity in staff, which might improve both the atmosphere and service. While the meal deal remains a great value, the service at this location left much to be desired, largely because of Patrick.
